The Problem With Accumulated Fluoride
Sodium fluoride, a compound added to municipal water supplies across the United States, is an accumulative toxin. For anyone who grew up drinking fluoridated water, the substance has gradually built up in the body over the course of years, concentrating primarily in bones, the thyroid gland, and the pineal gland.
Switching to non-fluoridated water is an important first step, but it does not address the fluoride already stored in the body. The question of how to reduce that existing burden is worth examining, even though no single method has been conclusively proven to eliminate all accumulated fluoride.
Approaches That May Support Fluoride Detoxification
Several strategies have been reported by individuals seeking to reduce their fluoride load, with anecdotal reports of improvements including reduced joint pain, fewer chronic headaches, improved mental clarity, and weight changes.
Adequate daily sunlight exposure appears to play a role in supporting pineal gland function, as does ensuring sufficient time in darkness. This balance helps regulate melatonin production, which is the primary function of the pineal gland. Regular physical exercise similarly supports healthy melatonin cycles.
A Simple Liver-Supporting Tea Protocol
A raw liver detox protocol, despite its intimidating name, involves straightforward dietary adjustments: drinking two cups of a simple tea daily, reducing consumption of processed and preserved foods, and increasing intake of raw, whole foods.
The tea recipe calls for one thick slice of lemon and one piece of fresh ginger (approximately two-thirds of an inch, peeled and lightly bruised) placed in a cup of boiling water. After steeping for two minutes, the lemon and ginger are removed and the tea is consumed immediately.
This combination is believed to support the liver in its natural detoxification processes. While individual results vary, the protocol carries minimal risk and consists entirely of common food ingredients.
