Hurricane Sandy: HAARP and Weather Manipulation

Ladies and gentlemen, Revealing Talk Radio presents the Decrypted Matrix with your host Max. It’s October 29th. Mother nature — what is going on right now? Or is she? Is this a real hurricane, or was it manipulated by advanced weather technology? You know it exists. The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program — HAARP — directed energy weather manipulation. This technology has been discussed at great lengths for ten, maybe twenty years. It has been the dream of the government to be able to control the weather, to instigate weather activity — hurricanes, earthquakes. We’ve got evidence all over the place that Hurricane Sandy hitting the eastern seaboard tonight might actually be artificial. You’re going to want to stay around for this episode. Absolutely informative show for you tonight, so please don’t go anywhere.

It’s just after midnight on the eastern seaboard, and I imagine many diehard listeners are not able to tune in right now due to power loss — transformers overloading, power surges. We’re seeing pictures coming in right now from New York. Very dark. Very dark in New York. Some parts of Manhattan were submerged in five feet of water. Absolutely unreal, ladies and gentlemen. The timing — just before the election.

President Obama was today at FEMA headquarters. In this video, Obama is sitting in front of U.S. flags with gold fringe, and in the background are two Army generals. For those of us who pay attention, it certainly seems to be a message, and it’s something to the tune of incoming martial law. We’ve been preparing for this. We had the warning signs in early August, around August 10th through the 13th. We did a preparing-for-martial-law episode — hope you tuned in, hope you started to stock up. This might be the big one.

The gold-fringed flag relates to the whole distinction between admiralty law, maritime law, common law versus statute law. Very tricky things, the way they implement these laws. For those who follow researchers like Jordan Maxwell and Jim Marrs, these guys know what the gold fringe on the flag is all about.

Evidence That Sandy Was Planned

Tonight we talk about this hurricane and the evidence we have that HAARP is shifting the track of Hurricane Sandy, or at the very least influencing it. We have evidence that maybe Sandy was planned back in 1997. There was a 1997 drill based upon the 1938 killer hurricane, and the name used was Hurricane Sandy. In 1997, they ran a drill of a massive hurricane called Sandy hitting the eastern seaboard and eventually making landfall — the exact spectacle we’re seeing happen now.

Westchester County communications officer Sandy Fried, an amateur radio operator and OES staff member, recently attended a training seminar at the National Hurricane Center in Miami. Part of the training was a simulation using data from the hurricane of 1938, which caused major losses on Long Island and Westchester. The texts of the simulated importance forecasts and discussions for the hurricane’s probable track were sent home with the seminar attendees. The simulated storm was named Sandy. Coincidentally, Fried was nine years old during the real hurricane of 1938. The data they used in this drill simulation was time-shifted to simulate landfall around six p.m. on a Saturday. They generated automatic web status pages and emails to the Westchester area. So they held a drill around a Hurricane Sandy that was devastating to the eastern seaboard. That’s evidence piece number one.

Moving along — Benjamin Fulford, a financial expert and journalist covering underground news out of Japan. He regularly writes about secret societies out of Japan, like the White Dragon Society and the Triads. Here’s what Fulford has to say today: “Multiple open sources contacted the White Dragon Society this week to warn that the massive storm hitting the U.S. northeast this week was a HAARP attack by the Nazi faction of the Western oligarchy.” So we’ve got Benjamin Fulford, well recognized in the alternative news community, coming right out to say that high-level anonymous sources contacted the White Dragon Society — a powerful group out of Japan — to warn that the massive storm in the U.S. northeast was a HAARP attack by the Nazi faction of the Western oligarchy. That’s piece number two.

HAARP Technology Explained

Let’s get back to basics. HAARP — long believed to be the shadow government’s way of manipulating the weather — has been rumored to be behind another instance of it. HAARP is very technical in nature, but in short order, it is the use of ground-based antenna arrays — tens of thousands of antennas on the ground that can be used to direct their signals, each one independently, into the atmosphere, specifically wherever they choose. You control these arrays the same way they’re shooting up directed beams of energy. When you can control them via a computer system, map out weather patterns, map out the way that air rises, you can send directed energy to specific locations. You heat pockets of air, get storms really growing, and instigate them into a full-fledged hurricane.

There are people who can monitor the HAARP signals in real time. This can be picked up by sensors and equipment. HAARP’s publicly stated purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. The HAARP program operates a major facility named the HAARP Research Station. Some of the things they publicly state — “ionospheric enhancement technology” — they expect you to not know what it means. They’re messing with nature.

It’s not just the HAARP array in Alaska. There’s an entire network of arrays working in concert. These arrays can be ground-based, satellite-based, sea-based, mobile, or even handheld — civilian or military. There are signal echo buoys in our oceans. The ionosphere is fortified with chemtrails — the aluminum and barium and other metals they’re putting in the atmosphere via aerosol spraying, which we know for sure is happening. Why would they dump metal particles up there? Metals are very reflective. If they’re shooting energy up into the ionosphere with space-based arrays, they want their energy to bounce back down off the ionosphere, thus creating earthquakes or using heated pockets of air to manipulate a hurricane, for example. Using a computer, they know exactly where they have to heat the air to help cause a storm, to help grow a natural storm and then make it bigger using this technology.

If you look at the HAARP activity map, did you know HAARP was bombarding the northeast right now in frequencies? Between Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon — massive bombardment of frequencies onto the northeast, right where this is going to hit most severely. The evidence is adding up.

Weather Weapons, the UN Treaty, and Historical Precedents

The Air Force has written briefings stating they want to control the weather by 2025. They’re well on their way, folks. We’re watching it, we’re seeing it happen. There’s a video on YouTube called “HAARP Engineering Frankenstorm Hurricane Sandy.” What it reveals is satellite radar capturing sonic signatures and chemtrails en masse, and multiple weather systems with suspicious elements going on simultaneously. This is probably a super storm created with this technology.

You can ask yourself, if this technology exists, who benefits? Why would they do it? What would possibly be gained by manipulating a storm that has killed so far forty people? It’s being called the storm of the century on the East Coast. Conveniently timed right before the 2012 election — arguably the biggest, most significant election ever. All national news networks are warning the election could be directly affected. They’re already saying the election could be delayed because of this devastation — loss of services, electricity, travel.

The reality of weather modification is no conspiracy theory. What it does happen to be is the most unbelievable October surprise. We’ve been talking about an October surprise — something, anything that would allow them to create mass chaos, institute government programs, invoke executive orders, allow FEMA to flex their muscle again and build more momentum with the camps.

Why don’t we steer hurricanes away from these murderous rampages instead of directing them into populated areas? There’s obviously no question that we have this technology, and there’s no excuse to not use it for good. Since before the 1950s, weather modification techniques have existed. The threat of weather weapons was so significant that the United Nations felt it necessary to draft a treaty ensuring no nation would use this new means of warfare against one another. Why would the UN draft a treaty if weather modification was just a conspiracy theory? They wouldn’t. Many nations came together to address this treaty. Clearly, these new means of warfare are real.

These weapons have apparently been used against nations that did not want to fall in line with the banking system. Japan was hit with a tsunami and earthquake, which was actually to blame for the Fukushima disaster and meltdown. HAARP was going on for days before. People in Japan saw strange, rainbow-colored clouds just hours before the tsunami. Rainbow-colored clouds were also seen in Haiti just before the earthquake there — massive devastation. These countries were just about to break free from the stranglehold of the central banking system. They didn’t want to be part of it, and they got hit with devastating earthquakes as a mode of forcing compliance.

The UN treaty defines environmental modification techniques as any technique for changing, through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes, the dynamics, composition, or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, or outer space. I could go all night about HAARP and the evidence that many environmental “disasters” in the past were actually artificially constructed using advanced technology the government-military-industrial complex has had for some time.

We also had the evidence from Hurricane Katrina. This could have been another super storm — completely uncharacteristic for that region. That hurricane went directly over hurricane monitoring stations and paused. They caused the storm to hover directly above that monitoring station because just before the flooding, multiple sources reported that explosions were used to blow the levees in New Orleans for maximum damage. Guess who got all the contracts to rebuild? The same people you always hear about — Halliburton and the like.

Rogue General Arrested Over Benghazi Stand-Down Order

Switching gears to a story about a rogue U.S. general arrested for activating special forces teams and ignoring the Libya stand-down order. We know the official story surrounding the events of September 11th, 2012 in Benghazi. The official story has officially fallen apart after numerous flip-flops by the Obama administration. Originally intended to paint the incident as a Muslim outcry over an anti-Islamic video, whistleblowers revealed that the U.S. government — including the White House, State Department, national intelligence agencies, and the U.S. military — had startling details that suggest not only did operational commanders have live video and audio communications from drones overhead and intelligence assets on the ground, but that some commanders in the military were prepared to act after being told to stand down.

It’s important to understand that Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, and Tyrone Woods were not killed at a consular office in Benghazi. There was no such office there. They died at one of the largest CIA operation centers in the Middle East, which was located in Benghazi and served as the logistics headquarters for arms and weapons being shipped out of post-Gadhafi Libya.

CIA agents on the ground twice asked for permission to help Ambassador Stevens. They were told to stand down. After the commanding officer, U.S. General Carter Ham, was ordered to essentially surrender control of the situation and let Americans on the ground die, he made the unilateral decision to ignore orders from the Secretary of Defense and activated special operations teams at his disposal for immediate deployment to the area. Let’s give it up right now for General Carter Ham. Thank you, General, for doing your best, for trying to get support to that area.

According to reports, once the General’s move became known, he was arrested within minutes by his second-in-command and relieved of duty. The information I heard today was that General Ham, as head of AFRICOM, received the same emails the White House received requesting help and support as the attack was taking place. The General immediately had a rapid response unit ready. He contacted the Pentagon: “Get ready.” Then he received the order to stand down. His response was, “Screw it,” and he was going to help anyhow. Within thirty seconds to a minute after making the move to respond, his second-in-command apprehended General Ham and told him he was now relieved of his command.

The question now is whether the American people will hold to account the chain of command responsible for leaving our people behind, fabricating a politically expedient story, and continuing to sell the now-defunct narrative even after the details were found to be false and misleading. The general who made the decision to assist diplomatic and intelligence assets on the ground will likely be retired or worse, while those who ordered the removal of embassy security details and told U.S. forces to stand down get to go about their business, likely risking more American lives in the future.

Does this sound familiar? The stand-down orders of September 11th, 2001 — Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta testified that he was in the basement of the Pentagon with Cheney, who was conveniently in charge that day of all military operations. A young man kept coming in: “Mr. Cheney, the plane is one hundred miles out. Mr. Cheney, the plane is seventy-five miles out. Mr. Cheney, the plane is fifty miles out. Does the order still stand?” Cheney turned around and said, “Of course the order still stands. Have you heard anything to the contrary?” Seconds later, the Pentagon was struck. Stand-down orders happened then, and they happened again in Benghazi. General Carter Ham, to his credit, did not want to stand down. He had the drone footage, he had what he needed to get in there and help, but he was relieved by his second-in-command.

UFO War in Antarctica

Now for the craziest news of the night — claims from scientists that there is a UFO war taking place in Antarctica. There are actually a few outlets covering this. Kerry Cassidy from Project Camelot just the other day was broadcasting about UFO wars, nanotech, and artificial intelligence with her guests discussing the UFO wars that may or may not be going on right now in Antarctica.

The claim is being made by a former U.S. Navy contractor and scientist named John Kettler. He alleges there is a UFO war raging in the waters off Antarctica. According to information available on October 26th, 2012, published by the Veterans Today news service, Kettler and other military converts and scientists say the expanding UFO war is taking place in waters near Antarctica. Kettler cites unnamed sensitive sources to substantiate his claims that a U.S.-led coalition of naval forces is now engaging with hostile extraterrestrial forces. This UFO war is an extension of alleged naval battles off the coast of San Francisco, reported earlier by Gordon Duff from Veterans Today, who refers to his own unnamed and reliable sources.

There’s little more than a collection of unnamed sources supporting such allegations, and there is good reason to consider whether this could be a psychological warfare operation that may be related to planning for a false flag event. That’s definitely possible. Admiral Richard Byrd’s famed 1946-1947 expedition, Operation High Jump, reportedly did encounter and battle a mysterious UFO force in the Antarctic waters.

According to Kettler, who claims witness accounts from the U.S. Navy, along with its allies, are battling hostile extraterrestrial forces. Based on reported locations in the Pacific, the UFO war continues to expand, with heavy action in the Antarctic Ocean. According to highly sensitive sources, two submarines from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy were slammed together, resulting in injuries to some personnel inside. It goes on to claim that UFOs traveling at twenty-five thousand miles per hour left the Arctic Ocean in a group and went to Guadalajara, Mexico. Another group of fifteen went to Argentina. Twelve more emerged and went to Chile.

UFOs in the Antarctic — not the first time we’ve heard this. Could the hurricane be by design, conveniently timed as a distraction from all of this? Who knows. We do know about Project Blue Beam — a staged alien invasion scenario. When the whole terrorist threat gets used up, they bring out the alien scenario so that the world must unite under one government, one religion, one monetary system — the global elitists want a unified one-world government, one religion, one monetary system. They want everyone to be a cyborg, to be able to send you thoughts, information, and buying decisions. It’s all been drawn out by the elite for a long time. How much of this is real? How much of it is by design? Multiple sources around the globe are talking about this, so the best thing I can do is share it with you and let you make your own decisions.
