Welcome to Decrypted Matrix on Revealing Talk Radio dot com. It’s Thursday, November first, two thousand twelve. Exciting times for us, a lot to cover. There’s a lot happening out there, and I was able to nail down the topics pretty good. I think we can squeeze all of this into an hour or so. Plenty of interesting things out there today.
What topics are we thinking about? The power and the healing power — maybe some would call it the miraculous power — of water. There is healing power within water. We’ll talk about some of the experiments they’ve done with water and the conscious connection to your mind and how the water molecules respond.
We’ll talk about the reasons why the US drone policy is really a scary story. There’s an expert on this topic who takes over briefly in the form of a video, which for you guys will be an audio presentation. The Healing Power of Water
Water is found in nearly every place on earth and is also part of us. According to several researchers, our bodies and planet are roughly seventy percent water. Most people know this. Even though we’re familiar with water, most of us have little clue of what it truly is. In school we’re told that water is made of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom — H2O. Water has very unique characteristics that allow it to transform itself into three different states of matter: liquid, solid, and gas. These definitions of water are accurate, but they’re missing some very essential information.
One of the most important things about water is that modern society has conditioned us to think water is a dead element. Most still do not realize the true potential of water. Water is not just an element — it is conscious, alive, and intelligent. Water is a nearly universal solvent, cleansing every part of our bodies and cells. But at the highest order, it is a transporter of energy and frequencies. Water is pretty intelligent, we’re finding out.
The researchers and quantum physicists are now starting to really understand the water connection, along with the mind-body connection at the atomic and molecular level. Why is your consciousness aware? Why does reality feel one way, yet when we look at atoms at the subatomic fundamental levels, they’re behaving so strangely? They’re like they’re in all positions at once, and only collapse into a specific reality or position when the observer is watching. This is really weird. Even Einstein said there is some spooky stuff going on — “spooky action at a distance.” Particles behave in opposite directions across the universe, communicating in real time with no delay. It’s communicating instantaneously. So that means there’s some way out there to learn to communicate instantaneously.
One researcher, Dr. Masaru Emoto, and his books Messages from Water volumes one, two, and three — he claims that water contains a consciousness that can be influenced through prayer, music, sound wave forms, words, thoughts, and even written words. There are documentaries you can watch about water and its healing potential. What Emoto did was expose water to different kinds of varying types of intent, experimenting with different thoughts, and then examining how that affects those water molecules. They froze the water and pulled out frozen crystals, and each one had a different pattern. The negative ones had irregular patterns that are not beautiful and majestic, while the positive thought forms created stunning, beautiful crystalline structures.
The true nature of water — according to certain esoteric teachings, water is the first compound atomic substance from which the other one hundred forty-four smaller elements emerge. Besides being conscious, alive, and intelligent, water also has amazing healing potential. To bring forth the true healing power of water, we need to turn dead water — the H2O that we currently have — into its higher form, living water.
Water is great for raising the frequencies of cells. For cells to function properly, they need water. A lack of water in cells means that frequencies can drop to the point where they can die. Besides raising the frequency, water also helps cells communicate with each other. Water has incredible healing potential. It can communicate with all substances and is most powerful as a manifestation of life force. It acts like a catalyst to assist the healing process, helps cells communicate, and helps heal each other. When the water can convert energy frequencies, it can help increase our energy frequency when we drink it.
So in theory, if we can keep our body’s energy frequency above sixty-two megahertz — apparently the research is saying we should not have to worry about getting sick, because harmful microorganisms have a hard time thriving in a body with energy that is vibrating above sixty-two megahertz. You think the healthcare industry knows about this? They should. But it’s been withheld. The American Medical Association acts as the gatekeeper. Of course they don’t want you to know about the body’s natural ability to withstand sickness and disease much more easily if the appropriate frequencies are maintained.
Water has great healing features, but lack of access to clean water is becoming a real issue in many areas of the world. Billions right now are living without clean water to drink. We’ve got to get the technology released — free energy technology with filters that can run forever, clean themselves. You could have clean water in areas of the world with suppressed nations that do not have those types of resources. When powerful and influential minds come together, they absolutely could create some change on that.
US Drone Policy: Three Reasons It’s Really Scary
It’s important that we stop US drone technology. For listeners who may be new, this is becoming a serious issue. This can be the handing over of control to the machines — a very slippery slope. Three reasons US drone policy is really scary.
It’s widely reported that drone strikes are supported by the entire establishment. Both Obama and Romney support the usage of that technology. When you’ve got top Democrats and top Republicans getting along on something, you know that something is up. Here are three reasons why drone strikes are really frightening.
Number one: their supposedly surgical precision. Unlike carpet bombing an entire city, they claim to know the one or two bad guys and just take them out without harming anyone else. But drones are causing huge numbers of civilian casualties. A study by researchers at Stanford and NYU concludes that as many as eight hundred eighty-one civilians, including one hundred seventy-six children, have been killed by US drone strikes in northern Pakistan since 2004. What’s more, follow-up strikes have been targeted repeatedly toward rescuers trying to help the wounded.
Number two: drone strikes are happening in countries with which we have not declared war. President Obama uses this extrajudicial kill list — nobody knows how such decisions are being made. As the New York Times reported, the unilateral decision to execute by drone is not just immoral on its face; the only thing it damages is America’s standing in the world.
Number three: the Federal Aviation Administration estimated that within twenty years, as many as thirty thousand drones could be filling the skies over America, doing everything from monitoring local activity to executing warrants for local and state law enforcement. Some will be the size of a small bird. As it stands, the taxpaying public has basically zero information on how drones are being used and by which parts of government. The ACLU has filed a series of Freedom of Information Act requests to find out more about the technical capabilities of drones. We need to force the government to be transparent about drones long before the machines are watching over us all.
We are flying killer robots for assassination, aiming at and killing civilians mostly. Then civilians who come to help the wounded are being struck again in these double-tap strikes. It’s absolutely disgusting. Mitt Romney and Barack Obama will both get up there and say they totally support the use of drones to kill terrorists. But you’re flying killer death robots which could easily be turned on you when artificial intelligence decides you’re the enemy.
You’re not even really killing terrorists. You could argue they’re actually defending their homeland from occupiers and flying death robots. When you kill one of their children, you’ve got a new enemy. It has nothing to do with counterterrorism — it has everything to do with terrorism. Flying killer death robots that shoot missiles from forty thousand feet at people who can’t see or hear anything coming except an upcoming explosion — that’s terrorism. They can’t even sleep at night because they fear getting struck, so they’re living in constant fear. When they do sleep, whole families sleep together in the same room so the family gets taken out together.
They’re talking about putting thirty to fifty thousand drones over United States skies. Do you want this? You probably don’t. You probably had no idea this was going on if you’re new. For the core listeners, you know about this.
The Illuminati, Nazis, and the Illegal State of Israel

In 1917, British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour penned a letter to Zionist Lord Walter Rothschild in which he expressed support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine — a way to control billions in the Middle East. The Balfour Declaration justified the seizure of Palestinian land and the post-World War Two establishment of Israel. Israel would serve not as some high-minded Jewish homeland, but as the linchpin in the Rothschild family’s control over the world’s oil supply. Edmond de Rothschild built the first pipeline from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean to bring Persian Gulf oil to Israel. He founded Israeli General Bank and is considered the father of modern Israel by the Israelis.
The Rothschilds are estimated to be worth hundreds of billions. People who you think are wealthy — Bill Gates, Warren Buffett — those are the publicly known wealthy. When you get up before the Rothschild level, you’re off the radar. You pay the puppets to take the blame for the decisions you’re making. That’s how rich you are — you don’t need to worry about people knowing who you are. They are the largest shareholders of the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve, and almost every private central bank in the world. The only countries without central banks tied to this system are the ones currently on the radar for invasion: Iran, Syria, Libya. It’s not rocket science to figure out that the countries the US wants to invade are simply ones that don’t yet participate in the central banking system.
Why does the United States have over a thousand military bases worldwide and arguably the most nuclear weapons? The Rothschilds, through the oil cartels with the Rockefellers — the Four Horsemen: BP, Shell, Chevron, and Texaco — utilize the United States military as essentially a mercenary force deployed to protect their interests, paid for by US taxpayers. Israel serves the same purpose in closer proximity to the oil fields. The Israeli Mossad is essentially a Rothschild-Rockefeller family security force. The Rothschilds exert political control through the Business Roundtable.
Cecil Rhodes, of the Rhodes Scholarship, founded De Beers and Standard Chartered Bank. The Roundtable takes its name from the legendary Knights of King Arthur. The Holy Grail is synonymous with the Illuminati notion that elites possess royal or holy blood — justification for their lording over the people and resources of the planet. According to former British intelligence officer John Coleman, who wrote The Committee of Three Hundred, the Roundtable is armed with immense wealth from gold, diamond, and drug monopolies and is designed to take control of monetary policies and political leadership in all countries.
Rhodes and Oppenheimer were deployed to South Africa where they launched the Anglo-American conglomerate, dominated Africa, got all the tribes to fight with each other, and created the divide-and-conquer strategy that worked very well. The resources were stolen, all the mines were taken over, and the native peoples of Africa were stripped of their intrinsic wealth. Rhodes and Oppenheimer cornered both gold and diamonds and created the diamond cartel — an assertion that diamonds are scarce when they are actually plentiful.
At Princeton, the Roundtable founded the Institute for Advanced Study as a partner to All Souls College at Oxford. It also spawned the Rockefellers’ General Education Board. Its members included Robert Oppenheimer, Niels Bohr, and Albert Einstein. In 1919, the Rothschilds’ Business Roundtable spawned the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London and its sister organizations worldwide, including the US Council on Foreign Relations. Henry Kissinger keeps turning up and popping up everywhere. Roundtable co-founder Lord Carrington was president of both the Royal Institute and the Bilderberg Group’s inner circle, dominated by the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, and thirty-third degree Freemasons. At this level, these guys are all rubbing elbows with each other, all vying for control.
The Nazi-Banking Connection
The article continues into the Nazi connections to the banking industry and how Hitler’s war machine was funded. Montagu Norman, director of the Rothschild-controlled Bank of England in 1934, decided to covertly fund Hitler. Royal Dutch Shell chairman Sir Henry Deterding helped in this effort. In the US, I.G. Farben, Exxon, DuPont, and GM supplied the Nazi war machine, but they also supplied the Japanese. These guys were selling their war weapons and fundamental war compounds to both sides of the conflict.
Prescott Bush and his companies were seized during World War Two for trading with the enemy. He got all the money back after the war, which financed the Bush political dynasty. At the heart of Hitler’s inner circle were the secret societies — Skull and Bones at Yale, the Thule Society — concepts of a master race and the “Great White Brotherhood,” which the Nazis used to justify their idea of a racially preordained world order. These same concepts can be found in today’s New Age movement, sprinkled throughout. The New Age magazine was first published by the Scottish Rite Freemasons in Washington, DC. Henry Kissinger was an early supporter.
The Germanic tribes and certain orders were keepers of ancient mysteries which have their origins in Atlantis, where seven races of godlike beings were said to have existed. The Nazis believed these were beings who lost their godlike powers by interbreeding with humans. You can’t go down the rabbit hole without stumbling into aliens, the Nazis, UFOs — it gets into the craziest stuff.
Bush’s Project Hammer, 9/11 Corruption, and Stolen Gold
This is a really popular article on the site right now. In 1989, President George H.W. Bush began the multibillion-dollar Project Hammer program, using an investment strategy to bring about the economic destruction of the Soviet Union — destabilization of the ruble, funding KGB operatives, and the seizure of major energy and munitions industries by gangsters in the Soviet Union. Those reserves were subsequently returned to the international bankers and corporations.
The same group of people showed up in the Project for a New American Century. These were the global leadership of the time. The co-founder of that program was William Kristol, son of Irving Kristol, considered the godfather of neoconservatism.
The program involved the takeover of Russia’s oil industry. On September eleventh — George H.W. Bush was the one who made the really symbolic speech. I believe it was ten years to the day before 9/11 that he gave the “thousand points of light” speech, specifically mentioning bringing about the New World Order. How appropriate.
Top security brokers had offices in the World Trade Center. Specific offices were targeted where the planes hit — specific floors containing evidence related to ongoing investigations. Records were stored on hard drives in World Trade Center Seven, which was demolished despite never being hit by a plane. The article explains how the gold was missing from the vaults and how private banking equity firms were participating in the theft. Really scary stuff, but it explains exactly what’s going on and why we see this continued chaos.
The Rigged Financial System and Solutions
A friend who is close to the financial markets said to me, “You know what, Max? Have you ever noticed how the money flows? Every time, without fail, the most money will always go to where it benefits the least amount of people.” Think about what that means. Whenever these decisions are being made and there’s massive amounts of money at stake, that money is going to be used and spent in ways that benefit the absolute least amount of people. That’s the way the stock market works ultimately. That’s the way the securities industry works. This isn’t capitalism — this is crony capitalism, because no one plays fair. It would be capitalism if everyone were playing fair. When has that happened? Exactly.
