Twenty files. Five categories of evidence. Documented industrial disasters whose institutional cover-ups extended the damage. Atmospheric and ecological patterns whose causes are publicly disputed but whose data is real. Clusters of deaths in narrow scientific specialties whose pattern is statistically anomalous. Suppressed treatments and cures whose existence is documented but whose dissemination has been blocked. And the fringe — phenomena at the edges of what consensus science is willing to address, included here because the suppression pattern around them is itself the evidence.
This file mixes evidentiary classes more than the others. To read it well, distinguish them. Category one: documented industrial disasters with institutional cover-up extension. Fukushima, BP/Halliburton, Hurricane Katrina's FEMA response, Hurricane Maria's Puerto Rico delay. The events happened, the death tolls are real, and the institutional records of the cover-up are the case file. Status badges: Coverup.
Category two: ecological / atmospheric patterns whose causes are publicly disputed. Bee colony collapse, mass animal die-offs, the chemtrail/aerosol-spraying question, weather-modification programs (HAARP, cloud-seeding, Operation Popeye). The data is real (collapse rates, dead-bird counts, satellite-imagery trails); the institutional explanation has historically lagged the documented operational programs. Several were classified for decades and have since been admitted (Operation Popeye, declassified 1972; cloud-seeding contracts, public). Status badges: Disputed.
Category three: dying-scientist clusters. Microbiologists in the early 2000s, 5G-research scientists, and others who died in narrow specialty windows in numbers exceeding actuarial expectation. The cluster is documented; the institutional response has been "no evidence of connection." Status: Disputed. Category four: suppressed treatments. Cures and protocols whose existence is documented but whose dissemination has been institutionally constrained — Royal Rife frequency therapy, Hoxsey, Burzynski, the persistent ivermectin-COVID dispute. Status: Disputed. Category five: the fringe. Phenomena at the edges of consensus science — the artificial-moon hypothesis, hollow earth, ancient astronauts — included because the suppression pattern around them mirrors the suppression patterns documented elsewhere in the Master List. Status: Stub. The fringe entries are working hypotheses, not claims.
The Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami on 11 March 2011 caused the loss of cooling at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. Three reactors (1, 2, 3) experienced full meltdowns; reactor 4's spent-fuel pool was structurally compromised. For approximately five years, TEPCO and the Japanese government publicly maintained that the meltdowns were "partial." In 2016, TEPCO formally admitted that all three cores had melted through containment vessels and that the term "core melt" had been deliberately avoided in public communication on the explicit instruction of senior officials. The admission was made in a TEPCO internal investigation report; the public position had been a coordinated misrepresentation across TEPCO and the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency.
The ongoing release: as of 2024, contaminated cooling water continues to accumulate at the site. In August 2023, Japan began the controlled release of treated tritium-contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean — a release that, while approved by the IAEA on the basis of the relatively low biological persistence of tritium, has been opposed by South Korea, China, and Pacific Island nations. The deeper unresolved question is the disposition of the actual melted reactor cores, which remain inside the destroyed reactor buildings. The corium has not been physically located or extracted. The decommissioning timeline runs to 2050+; the long-term groundwater contamination question has not been resolved.
The dossier-level institutional pattern: a private utility, regulated by an agency that was financially dependent on the industry it regulated, operated nuclear facilities at a coastal location with documented inadequate seawall protection (the original 5.7m seawall vs. the documented 38.9m tsunami in 1896 at the same coastline). The 2012 National Diet of Japan Independent Investigation Commission (NAIIC) — the only formal independent inquiry — concluded the disaster was "manmade" and resulted from "the very many layers of collusion between the regulators and the operator." That finding has not produced any criminal accountability for senior TEPCO officials. The pattern is the LIBOR pattern is the FDA pattern is the DoD pattern. Cross-reference Vector 06.
The Deepwater Horizon offshore drilling rig exploded and sank in the Gulf of Mexico, killing 11 workers and producing the largest marine oil spill in history (4.9 million barrels released over 87 days). The Macondo well had been cemented by Halliburton with a foamed-cement formulation that BP's own internal documents had flagged as inadequate; the blow-out preventer manufactured by Cameron International had failed multiple inspections in the months before. The decision-tree of cost-cutting on safety margins is documented in the BP Bly Report (2010), the Presidential Oil Spill Commission Report (2011), and the subsequent litigation.
The Corexit 9500A dispersant question is what places this entry on the dossier rather than treating it as a routine industrial accident. Corexit, an oil-dispersing agent banned by the United Kingdom and several other countries on the basis of toxicity studies, was deployed in unprecedented quantities (1.84 million gallons) directly at the wellhead and on the surface. The principal effect of the dispersant is to break oil into smaller droplets that sink rather than wash ashore — visually reducing the surface footprint while extending the toxicological footprint into the water column and seabed. Independent toxicology has consistently shown that Corexit-dispersed oil is approximately 52 times more toxic than oil alone (Roberts et al. 2014, Environmental Pollution). The decision to use Corexit at scale was made jointly by BP and the EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, who in subsequent testimony acknowledged she did not have authority to compel BP to use a less toxic alternative because the Oil Pollution Act assigned that decision to the responsible party.
The cumulative public-health consequences for Gulf Coast residents — documented in the National Academies of Medicine's Deepwater Horizon Health Effects studies (ongoing) — include sustained respiratory, neurological, and dermatological symptoms in cleanup workers and coastal-community residents, particularly in Louisiana and Mississippi parishes. The class-action settlements have been substantial; the cumulative public-health cost has not been comprehensively measured. The institutional message — that the EPA had no enforcement authority over the dispersant decision, and that BP retained operational control of the cleanup — is its own case file on regulatory capture in the post-2010 environmental-disaster framework.
Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast on 29 August 2005. The principal cause of death and devastation in New Orleans was not the hurricane itself but the failure of the levee system protecting the city — failures the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had been warned of for decades and had documented but not corrected. The 2006 Independent Levee Investigation Team (Berkeley/UC) concluded that the levee failures were the result of design flaws by the Corps, not the storm's strength. The federal post-storm response — directed by FEMA Administrator Michael Brown, a former horse-show association executive with no emergency-management background — was so inadequate that thousands died of preventable causes (dehydration, drowning in attics they could not escape from, untreated medical conditions) in the days after the storm. The deeper file context: Katrina also accelerated the depopulation of historically Black neighborhoods (Lower Ninth Ward) through subsequent zoning and rebuilding decisions that benefited developers over residents. The 2009 Naomi Klein "Shock Doctrine" thesis — that the Katrina aftermath was used to push privatization of New Orleans's public-school system, charter-conversion at scale, and the dismantling of the public-housing system — has been substantively documented in the post-Katrina policy record.

Across multiple narrow scientific specialties over the last twenty-five years, clusters of researcher deaths have occurred at rates that have produced ongoing dispute about whether the clustering exceeds actuarial expectation. The most documented case is the 2001-2005 "dead microbiologists" cluster — over thirty microbiologists, virologists, and biological-weapons researchers died of unusual causes (small-aircraft crashes, sudden hemorrhages, hits-and-runs, suicides, "unknown causes") in a four-year window following 9/11 and the 2001 Anthrax attacks. The cases included Don Wiley (Harvard, fell from a Memphis bridge after AAAS conference, body recovered weeks later); Robert Schwartz (Centers for Innovative Technology, stabbed at his Loudoun County farm); Tanya Holzmayer (Russian-American virologist, shot at her California door); Vladimir Pasechnik (Soviet bioweapons defector, "stroke" UK 2001); Benito Que (Miami, beaten in his lab parking lot). The cluster was extensively documented by journalist Steve Quayle and by AP's Joel Engel; the institutional response has been that each death is independently explicable. A statistical analysis published by Dr. Eugene Mallove (himself later murdered in 2004) concluded the cluster substantially exceeded actuarial expectation for the population.
The 5G/EMF research-scientist cluster is more recent and less comprehensively documented — but the deaths of Dr. Martin Pall's research colleagues, several BioInitiative-affiliated researchers, and the persistent harassment campaigns documented by Devra Davis (Environmental Health Trust) suggest a similar pattern. The climate-research-scientist deaths during the Trump administration's deregulatory period (2017-2020) is its own ongoing thread. None of these clusters constitutes proof. Each constitutes a question, in narrow specialty windows, that the institutional response system has not engaged with.
The institutional position: visible long-lasting cloud trails behind aircraft are persistent contrails (water-vapor condensation), not deliberate atmospheric injections. The institutional record is more complex. Operation Popeye (1967-72) was a documented U.S. Air Force weather-modification operation conducted over Vietnam to extend the monsoon season and disrupt the Ho Chi Minh Trail; the program was classified at the time and acknowledged after the 1974 Senate hearings. Operational cloud-seeding by silver iodide injection is a current public practice in approximately fifty countries, including by U.S. state governments (Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, North Dakota, California). Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) — the deliberate release of sulfate or calcium-carbonate particles into the stratosphere to reduce solar radiation — is the subject of active research at Harvard's Solar Geoengineering Research Program, MIT, and the University of Cambridge. The Harvard SCoPEx (Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment) was, after years of delay, formally paused in 2024 following sustained public objection; it has not been formally cancelled.
The dispute on what visible aerial trails actually contain is the contested layer. Independent rainwater testing in multiple jurisdictions (Mt. Shasta, CA; the Pacific Northwest watershed; portions of Hawaii) has produced documented elevated barium, aluminum, and strontium readings — elements consistent with stratospheric-injection candidate compounds and not with normal background levels. The institutional position is that these elevated readings are explainable by industrial pollution, agricultural activity, and natural variation. The lawsuits have been few and largely unsuccessful; the scientific dispute continues. The frame this file is willing to advance is narrower than the popular "chemtrail" framing: there is documented operational geoengineering research, there is documented historical weather-modification deployment, there is documented ongoing cloud-seeding by U.S. state and foreign governments, and the public-information environment around the active research has not been transparent.
U.S. commercial honeybee colony losses have averaged 30-50% annually since 2006, when "Colony Collapse Disorder" was first formally identified. The European honeybee population has shown similar but somewhat less severe loss patterns. The scientific consensus on causation is multifactorial — neonicotinoid pesticides (clothianidin, imidacloprid, thiamethoxam), Varroa destructor mites, glyphosate herbicide, the Israeli Acute Paralysis Virus, electromagnetic-field interference with bee navigation, and habitat loss are all documented contributing factors. The dispute is over relative causal weighting, particularly the neonicotinoid contribution. The European Union banned outdoor use of clothianidin, imidacloprid, and thiamethoxam in 2018; the U.S. EPA has not. Bayer and Syngenta, the principal manufacturers, have invested in legal and lobbying resistance to the bee-collapse-as-pesticide-effect framing comparable in scale to the tobacco industry's earlier resistance. The structural fact: a third of human food production depends on bee pollination, and the trajectory has been negative for nearly two decades without producing the regulatory response the data warrants.

The "Beebe, Arkansas blackbird die-off" (4,000+ red-winged blackbirds dropping from the sky on New Year's Eve 2010-11) entered public consciousness as the canonical case in this category. The official cause: trauma from sudden noise (likely fireworks) causing flock disorientation and collision deaths. The dossier-level question is the broader pattern: rolling-window animal die-off events documented by Mother Nature Network, the End Times Prophecy Headlines tracker, and the USGS National Wildlife Health Center over the past fifteen years have produced a substantial database of incidents — beached marine mammals, dead-fish kills (Chesapeake Bay 2011, multiple subsequent), bird die-offs in flight, the persistent "starving sea lion" pattern on the U.S. West Coast since 2013. The institutional position is that each event has independent local explanation. The dissenting view — advanced by researchers including Sandra Cuza and others — is that the cumulative pattern represents a systems-level environmental shift not adequately captured by per-event explanation. Cross-reference: the 2020-2024 highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 die-off pattern, which has produced billions of poultry deaths and unprecedented die-offs in wild bird populations and now mammalian populations including dairy cattle, has shifted the institutional framing of this category.

The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami produced the deadliest natural disaster of the 21st century, killing approximately 230,000 across fourteen countries. The 9.1-9.3 magnitude undersea earthquake off Sumatra is well-documented seismologically. The dossier-level dispute concerns the unusual pre-tsunami evacuation pattern at Diego Garcia (the U.S./UK military base in the central Indian Ocean), which was reportedly informed of the seismic event in time to evacuate personnel — while no comparable warning was disseminated to the populated coastlines of Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and India in the hours between the earthquake and the tsunami's arrival at distant shorelines. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (Hawaii) detected the earthquake within minutes; institutional warnings to affected coastline governments were either delayed or ineffectively transmitted. The asymmetry between the U.S. military base's evacuation and the absence of coastline warnings is documented but has never been formally institutionally addressed. The dossier-level frame is not that the tsunami was caused by anything other than tectonic processes, but that the institutional warning capability existed and was selectively deployed.

The 2010 Haiti earthquake produced 220,000+ dead and triggered the largest international humanitarian response in modern Caribbean history. The Clinton Foundation, the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund, the American Red Cross, and the UN's MINUSTAH operation became the principal vehicles for international aid disbursement. Investigative reporting in the years following — most prominently by ProPublica and NPR (Justin Elliott and Laura Sullivan, 2015) — documented that the American Red Cross, which raised approximately $500 million for Haiti relief, had built six permanent houses in five years following the earthquake. The Clinton Foundation's involvement, including the Caracol Industrial Park development, has been the subject of sustained dispute regarding project selection, contractor relationships, and the disposition of approximately $13 billion in international aid. The 2010 cholera outbreak introduced by Nepali UN peacekeepers killed 10,000+ and infected 800,000+ — the UN formally accepted "moral responsibility" in 2016 without paying compensation. The dossier-level frame is that the Haiti earthquake was a natural event whose institutional response was the case file: the wealth transfer of international aid through major NGO and political-foundation infrastructure produced documented outcomes substantially worse than the funds raised should have permitted.

Composite entry covering treatments and protocols whose existence is documented but whose dissemination has been institutionally constrained. Royal Raymond Rife's frequency-therapy work (1930s, demonstrated TB and cancer-treatment efficacy in San Diego clinic, equipment seized 1939); the Hoxsey herbal cancer treatment (1950s-60s, Mildred Nelson clinic continued in Tijuana after FDA banned U.S. operations); the Burzynski antineoplaston protocol (Stanislaw Burzynski's three-decade FDA litigation over treatments showing efficacy in pediatric brain-stem gliomas); the pre-2020 ivermectin literature on antiviral activity (which became politically charged during COVID but had a published literature spanning multiple antiviral indications going back decades); chlorine dioxide / MMS (Jim Humble's documented protocols, banned by FDA, with persistent reports of clinical effects that the institutional response has labeled toxicology). The structural pattern is consistent: a non-patentable, low-cost, or off-patent treatment shows clinical signal; the institutional regulatory response is not "let's study it" but "this is unproven, and offering it constitutes practice without license." The dossier is not claiming that all suppressed-cure narratives are correct — many are not, and the cancer-fraud space is genuinely full of bad actors. The dossier is claiming that the pattern of regulatory aggression toward non-patentable treatments is documented and exceeds the pattern of regulatory aggression toward patentable treatments with comparable evidence bases. Cross-reference Vector 06 file 011 (Pharmaceutical Cartel).
Status Composite entry. Each named treatment requires separate dossier-level evaluation.
The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a U.S. ionospheric research facility in Gakona, Alaska, operated until 2014 by the U.S. Air Force / Navy / DARPA, and transferred to the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2015. The official mission: study of the ionosphere using high-power high-frequency radio transmissions for communications, surveillance, and basic plasma-physics research. The dossier-level dispute is whether HAARP's documented capabilities — focused-beam ionospheric heating, ELF/VLF wave generation, Earth-penetrating tomography — have been deployed beyond the publicly stated research scope. The Bernard Eastlund patents (#4,686,605, 1987, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere") explicitly describe weather-modification, communications-disruption, and "potentially destroying communications" applications. The patents, assigned to ARCO, are documented; whether the post-Eastlund operational programs have implemented those applications is the contested question. The 2014 EISCAT-3D facility in Scandinavia and the Russian SURA Ionospheric Heating Facility represent comparable international capability.

Morgellons is a condition first reported in 2002 by Mary Leitao, in which patients experience the sensation of fibers or filaments emerging from the skin. The CDC's 2012 study concluded the syndrome was a form of "delusional parasitosis" — a psychiatric diagnosis. Independent researchers including Dr. Marianne Middelveen, Dr. Raphael Stricker, and the Charles E. Holman Foundation have published peer-reviewed work characterizing the fibers as biological keratin produced by the patient's own body in response to a Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme) infection — a finding consistent with emerging research on extracellular vesicles in chronic infection. The dossier-level question is the institutional pattern of diagnostic dismissal of conditions for which the underlying biology is incompletely understood. Cross-reference: Gulf War Illness, Long COVID, and the broader category of "medically unexplained syndromes" whose subsequent biological substrates have been progressively documented.
Status Working hypothesis.
The first 2014 discovery of a 30m-wide crater in the Yamal Peninsula initiated documentation of a now-substantial collection of similar features across Siberia. The accepted scientific explanation: pingo-like methane gas explosions caused by permafrost thaw, releasing accumulated methane hydrates. The deeper geophysical question remains whether the rate of formation will accelerate as Arctic temperatures continue rising; the climate-feedback implications are substantial.
The CIA/DIA Stargate Project (1972-95) operationally researched remote viewing as an intelligence tool. The program was officially declassified in 1995. The publicly-released documents include thousands of pages of remote-viewing operational reports, training materials, and assessments. The post-1995 status of remote-viewing-class capability research is unclear; the 2017 release of the Stargate Project archive provides the substantive record. The institutional position has been that the program produced no operationally useful intelligence; the participant accounts (Joe McMoneagle, Russell Targ, Hal Puthoff) describe a more nuanced record.
The Göbekli Tepe excavations (Klaus Schmidt, 1995-2014) and the broader pattern of pre-Younger-Dryas megalithic sites have substantially complicated the orthodox archaeological timeline. The mainstream institutional response has incrementally accommodated the new dating; the broader Graham Hancock thesis (a globally distributed advanced pre-Younger-Dryas civilization terminated by 12,800 BCE comet impacts and subsequent flooding) remains contested but has moved from outright dismissal to institutional engagement. The Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis (Firestone et al., 2007; the Comet Research Group's subsequent work) has received increasing peer-reviewed support. The dossier-level frame: the orthodox timeline is being revised on the geological evidence, and the question of how much was missed in the prior consensus is a real one.
The Apollo missions produced substantial scientific data on lunar properties that have, in subsequent decades, accumulated as anomalies relative to the standard formation model. The "moon rings like a bell" finding (Apollo 12 lunar-module deliberate impact, November 1969, produced seismic resonance for hours not minutes); the lunar mass concentrations (mascons) whose distribution has not been fully explained by the giant-impact hypothesis; the lunar-far-side topographic divergence from the near-side. The institutional response has been incremental refinement of the giant-impact model. The dossier-level frame is that the "natural object" hypothesis for the moon has unresolved questions that have, in the popular imagination, produced the "artificial moon" speculation that the original Master List references. The dossier does not claim the artificial-moon hypothesis; it claims that the anomalies the hypothesis is responding to are real data points.
The "hollow Earth" hypothesis — that the planet contains substantial internal cavities or is structured around an internal sun — is at the outer edge of consensus geophysics and is the entry on this list with the weakest documentary base. The seismic-tomography data (which is interpreted under the standard solid-mantle/liquid-outer-core/solid-inner-core model) is the canonical institutional response. The dossier-level frame is that the hypothesis is included not as a claim but as part of the long-running tradition of cosmological speculation that has, on occasion, produced reframings adopted by later consensus (continental drift, plate tectonics, the giant-impact hypothesis itself were all once fringe). The hollow-Earth hypothesis as currently advanced does not have comparable evidentiary support.
Status Working hypothesis only. Lowest-confidence entry in this dossier.
The storm's late-October 2012 landfall, eight days before the U.S. presidential election, produced documented disruption of New York and New Jersey voting infrastructure, the suspension of the Romney campaign's late-stage activities, and the canonical "Christie embrace" of President Obama. The dossier-level question on Sandy is whether the timing was coincidental or whether atmospheric-conditions modeling of sufficient skill was deployed. The frame is speculative.
The cumulative oceanic dumping pattern includes documented illegal radioactive dumping by U.S. military forces in the post-WWII period (the Farallon Islands, off San Francisco), the persistent Pacific Garbage Patch microplastic accumulation, the deliberate post-Fukushima Pacific tritium-water release (file 001), and the Japanese-fishing-fleet bottom-trawling damage to Pacific seamount ecosystems. The institutional framework around international ocean-resource governance is the London Convention (1972) and UNCLOS (1982); enforcement against state actors has been weak.
The most abstract entry in the file. The original Master List included "Intentionally Misaligned Reality Paradigm" and "Infinite Human Potential" as composite categories — the framing being that consensus reality, as taught and reinforced by mainstream institutions, is not merely incomplete but actively curated to constrain awareness of human capability and the broader nature of consciousness. The frame includes the long history of suppressed psychic-capability research (Stargate, file 014), the suppressed-consciousness research (Bohm, Pribram, the broader holographic-universe thesis), and the perennial spiritual-tradition claim that human consciousness participates in reality at a level the materialist consensus does not acknowledge. The dossier-level frame: this is not a claim. It is a meta-framing of the categories above. The Master List, in aggregate, is one extended argument for the proposition that the consensus reality paradigm is incomplete in specific, documented ways — and that taking that incompleteness seriously is the precondition for getting to clearer answers on every other vector in the file.
Status Meta-framing. The reader's relationship to this entry is the author's deepest editorial commitment.
This is the final dossier in the seven-vector Master List. The companion vectors have documented assassinations, mass-casualty events, manufactured pretexts, financial scandals, and the surveillance and pharmaceutical infrastructures that hold the system in place. This file's job is the part that doesn't fit the conventional conspiracy frame — the environmental crimes, the ecological-system collapses whose causes the institutional response has been slow to engage with, the documented-but-suppressed treatments and capabilities, and the genuine unknowns at the edges of what consensus science is willing to address.
The five categories of evidence (industrial cover-ups, ecological patterns, dying-scientist clusters, suppressed treatments, the fringe) are not equivalent in evidentiary weight. The reader is asked to hold them at different confidence levels — Fukushima at near-certain coverup, the bee-collapse causation question as institutionally underexamined, the artificial-moon hypothesis as a working speculation. The status badges on each entry are not decorative. They are the editorial commitment.
Across all seven vectors, the Master List's claim is structural: the pattern of suppression, the pattern of cover-up, the pattern of institutional resistance to follow-up — these are themselves the evidence. Read together, the file is no longer a collection of conspiracy theories. It is a working account of how the modern institutional class actually operates, and what it costs. That is the editorial commitment of the Master List, and the reader is invited to verify it entry by entry, vector by vector, against the primary sources cited at the end of every dossier.
