1 cup of water
1Teaspoon Raw Organic Spirulina
1Teaspoon Raw Organic Chlorella
¼ cup chia seeds
3Large Cucumber
3 Stalks Celery
Handful of Spinach,
Handful of Kale,
1 Swiss Chard leaf
4 yellow or orange mini sweet bell peppers
1 Green Bell Pepper
3Roma Tomato
4Table Spoons Barleans Blueberry/Pomegranate Flax Oil
Try to use all organic veggies if possible.
This Recipe yielded two quarts and filled my whole Vitamix. I did not put all the ingredients at once. I recommend blending them in order they are listed using a very high power blender.
