Show Recap
On the May 16, 2013 edition of Decrypted Matrix Radio, Max tackled the explosive topic of chemtrails and geoengineering with testimony from an ex-military whistleblower, exposed the CIA-connected defense contractor awarded a massive government cyber security contract, and covered stories ranging from oil price-fixing raids to a governor’s veto of anti-whistleblower legislation targeting factory farm investigators.
Ex-Military Whistleblower Confirms Chemtrails and Geoengineering Programs
Max featured the testimony of Kristen Meghan, a former U.S. Air Force bio-environmental engineer who spent nine years on active duty working in industrial hygiene and environmental safety. Meghan revealed that she had initially set out to debunk chemtrail claims through her professional expertise in auditing chemical inventories, but her investigation led her to the opposite conclusion. She found discrepancies in chemical procurement records and encountered resistance when she attempted to trace specific substances through proper channels. After 11 years in federal service, Meghan left government employment and began speaking publicly about what she described as real geoengineering operations. The show also discussed confrontations with prominent geoengineering advocates who admitted to atmospheric spraying programs while downplaying health effects on populations below.
CIA-Connected SAIC Lands Government Cyber Security Contract
The broadcast examined Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), the defense and intelligence contractor with deep CIA ties, being awarded major government cyber security contracts. SAIC had long been described as one of the largest and most secretive government contractors in America, handling classified projects across intelligence, defense, and homeland security. In 2013, the company was awarded a contract through the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation program worth up to billion. Max questioned the wisdom of handing cyber security responsibilities to a company so deeply embedded in the intelligence community, warning that the same entities conducting surveillance were now being paid to secure the systems they had been exploiting.
Mainstream Media Conspiracy Label Tactics and Internet Control
Max discussed the mainstream media’s ongoing strategy of labeling any opposing viewpoint as a “conspiracy theory” to discredit dissenting voices without engaging the substance of their arguments. The show connected this to reports of 11 governments meeting in Peru to discuss frameworks for controlling internet content and communications — a development Max framed as the global coordination of digital censorship under the guise of governance and security.
Oil Price-Fixing Raids and Tennessee Governor Vetoes Ag-Gag Bill
The broadcast covered European regulators raiding major oil companies as part of a price-fixing probe, suggesting that the manipulation of energy markets was yet another example of the rigged economic system Matt Taibbi had exposed in Rolling Stone weeks earlier. On a positive note, Max reported that Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam had vetoed the state’s controversial Ag-Gag bill, which would have required anyone documenting animal abuse at factory farms to turn over footage to law enforcement within 48 hours — effectively criminalizing undercover investigations. The state attorney general had called the bill “constitutionally suspect” under the First Amendment, and the veto was celebrated by animal welfare advocates, journalists, and celebrities including Carrie Underwood and Ellen DeGeneres.
