High-Speed Rail, Agenda 21, and the Mega-City Plan

The government is talking about bullet trains that will connect American cities. This has to do with Agenda 21. This is really about globalization and the eroding of national borders. This high-speed railway is the brainchild of America 2050, a non-government organization that supports Agenda 21 policies in the United States. America 2050 claims the railway will provide more transit to the growing population in California, that this endeavor is totally necessary to close the gap between northern and southern California. Championed by Obama, the development of a comprehensive high-speed passenger rail network will require long-term commitment at both the federal and state levels.

Why are they telling us about this now? Electric trains are something this country should have had a hundred years ago. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this didn’t actually exist already. The insight into why that didn’t happen centers around petroleum and oil. What a shocker. Back in the early 1900s, the motor industry relied not just on oil for gasoline and lubrication of parts, but also on tires. A lot of people forget that tires are a trillion-dollar industry, and the fact that we keep having to replace them on a regular basis is perfect for business. That’s the idea of business: a profit center with recurring revenues on a product that you can control and maintain. So it makes perfect sense that the oil industry crushed the electric train industry. There were plans drawn up for a railway that would crisscross the nation and would be extremely efficient and quick.

When you’re earning billions and trillions of dollars in the highway industry and the oil and gas industry, you’d lose out if instead of buses and cars everywhere it was all really efficient high-speed trains. They wanted the nation stuck on oil. Some countries are a lot more progressive with high-speed trains, and now finally the government is talking about how this is going to be so great, it’s going to connect all the major cities. This is really just a part of Agenda 21, a part of creating these mega-cities and getting rid of the rural, self-sufficient American. They want to buy you into this dependent system in the city, dependent on the city’s resources and healthcare system, so hopelessly dependent that you have no chance of fighting back or having any say in what your reality is going to be.

Wall Street Insiders Preparing for Financial Collapse

There is more startling evidence that central banks and Wall Street insiders are rapidly preparing for something big. It seems like every three or four months we’re hearing about how there’s going to be a shakeup in the financial sector. It looks like they’re prepping for something. Insiders at central banks all over the globe are making some really unusual moves. They appear to be preparing for something big.

In a previous article entitled “Are the Government and the Big Banks Quietly Preparing for a Financial Collapse,” I speculated that they might be preparing for a meltdown of some sort. Not only that, when you take into account that over six hundred banking sector executives have resigned or been fired or dislodged from their positions in the last twelve months, that’s huge turnover in the banking sector. Are they being pushed out, being squeezed out, or actually resigning because something new is coming through?

A substantial number of Wall Street bankers have been shopping for properties this past summer, bunker-type properties. Homes are being built on retired missile silos. They’re out there, they’re being sold, they’re being built right now. There’s a lot of them, and apparently these Wall Street bankers are interested in these properties. It doesn’t guarantee that something will or won’t happen, but it’s like being a detective, gathering clues and trying to figure out what the evidence is telling us.

Painless Vaccine Delivery Technology

The vaccines thing is just too important not to mention. Vaccines are being pushed in a new and unique way now. They have figured out a way to make them pain-free. MIT researchers have invented a device that administers a minuscule yet high-pressure job of medicine directly into the skin without the use of a syringe. The device can be programmed to administer a wide range of immunizations.

MIT says this device will eliminate the transfer of disease by misuse and reuse of needles. According to the Centers for Disease Control, healthcare workers accidentally prick themselves with needles over 385,000 times annually. At the same time, they’re presenting only the good and not the bad. The Infectious Disease Research Institute, in collaboration with a drug corporation, is in development of vaccines that have a nano-particle or virus-like manufacturing component. This new technology is touted as an immune booster. An Israeli corporation has invented micro-needles as a delivery device for these nano-particles.

Dr. Steven Reed, founder and president of the Infectious Disease Research Institute, claims that since his product is a pain-free device, it could become a popular way to administer vaccines directly into dendritic or immune cells, to be released and distributed throughout the human body. What they’re doing is giving people even less reason to resist what could become the start of a requirement. We’re hearing it now. Parents are being arrested for refusing to vaccinate their children. We’ve got this huge push by the state to come in and say these kids need these vaccinations. The number of vaccinations required now has gone through the roof. It used to be just a couple as a kid to get into school, but now it’s an endless list, repeating over and over, and they’re still being linked to autism and heavy metal poisoning.

The Japanese American Internment: Historical Precedent

For anyone who says it can’t happen in America, it already did. The Japanese American internment was the relocation by the United States government in 1942 of about 110,000 Japanese Americans and Japanese who lived along the Pacific coast of the United States. They were relocated to war relocation camps. This was in the wake of Imperial Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor. Japanese Americans on the west coast of the United States were interned. In Hawaii, over a thousand Japanese Americans, a component of over one-third of the population, had an estimated 1,200 to 1,800 interned. Of those interned, 62 percent were American citizens.

Franklin Roosevelt authorized the internment with Executive Order 9066, signed in 1942, which allowed local military commanders to designate military areas as “exclusion zones” from which any or all persons may be excluded. This power was used to declare that all people of Japanese ancestry were excluded from the entire Pacific coast, including all of California and most of Oregon, Washington, and Arizona, except for those in internment camps. In 1944, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the exclusion orders while noting that the provisions that singled out people of Japanese ancestry were a separate issue outside the scope of the proceedings. The United States Census Bureau assisted the internment efforts by providing confidential neighborhood information on Japanese Americans. The Bureau’s role was denied for decades and was finally proven in the year 2000.

In 1988, Congress passed and President Ronald Reagan signed legislation which apologized for the internment on behalf of the US government. The legislation said that the government actions were based on race prejudice, war hysteria, and failure of political leadership. The US government eventually disbursed more than $1.6 billion in reparations to Japanese Americans who had been interned. If there is anyone who says it can’t happen in America, it already did. Those same excuses of race prejudice, war hysteria, and failure of political leadership could be applied right now in 2012.

FEMA’s Secret Powers and the Executive Orders

What is FEMA? The Federal Emergency Management Agency. We hear about it all the time. They keep being connected to these FEMA camps. Simply put, FEMA is the secret government. This agency has powers that go well beyond any other agency in the nation. They can move entire populations. They can arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without a trial. They can seize property, food supplies, and transportation systems. They can even suspend the Constitution of the United States.

When this concept was first presented, its original mission was to ensure survivability of the United States government in the event of a nuclear attack. Its secondary function was to coordinate as a federal body during times of domestic disasters: earthquakes, floods, hurricanes. Those are the typical ones they publicize. But they have also been given responsibility for many national disasters including forest fires, home heating crises, and refugee situations, as well as military and emergency planning.

A series of executive orders were used to create FEMA. It does not matter whether an executive order is constitutional or not; it becomes law simply by being published in the Federal Register. It goes around Congress. Nearly every single president has pushed executive orders, going outside Congress, always along the same agenda. Each president takes the blame for enacting these executive orders that the people never agreed to.

Here are some of the key executive orders. Executive Order 10990: government takeover of all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports. Executive Order 10995: government seizure and control of all communications media and radio. Executive Order 10997: government takeover of electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals. Executive Order 10998: government seizure of means of transportation including personal cars, trucks, vehicles of any kind, and total control over highways, seaports, and waterways. Executive Order 10999: government takeover of all food resources and farms. Executive Order 11000: government to mobilize civilians to work under government supervision. Executive Order 11001: government takeover of health, education, and welfare functions. Executive Order 11002: national registration of all persons. And then there is the 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the president sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

President Reagan signed Presidential Directive 54 in April 1984, which allowed a secret national readiness exercise. That’s where the code name Rex 84 came from. It basically allows them to suspend the Constitution, turn the government over to military commanders to run state and local governments, and declare martial law.

Rex 84, Operation Cable Splicer, and Garden Plot

Rex 84 was established on the pretext of mass illegal aliens crossing the Mexican-US border. They would quickly be rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 also allowed military bases to be closed down and turned into prisons. Rex 84 is connected to Oliver North and was pushed forward during his time. Connected to Rex 84 are Operation Cable Splicer and Operation Garden Plot, programs which would be implemented once Rex 84 is initiated.

Garden Plot is the program designed to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for the takeover of state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and will thus head up all operations. Presidential executive orders published in the Federal Register are also part of the legal framework for this operation.

We know these camps have railroads and roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can hold a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility that can hold approximately two million people.

Camp Locations and the Government Bid

In Alabama, there are facilities at Maxwell Air Force Base and Talladega Federal Prison. In Alaska, there is the wilderness facility near Eielson Air Force Base, Fort Wainwright, and the one outside Fairbanks. In Arizona, there are locations at Fort Huachuca, in Yuma County on the Colorado River which was a former Japanese internment camp reportedly decommissioned in 1990, and possibly in Phoenix near federal prisons. The list goes on through Arkansas, California with Vandenberg Air Force Base, Edwards Air Force Base, Fort Irwin, and McClellan Air Force Base. Colorado has Trinidad. There are facilities in Delaware, Florida with Pensacola Federal Prison, Georgia at Fort Benning, Hawaii in the Pearl Harbor and Halawa Heights area, and Idaho where Jerome County had World War II Japanese internment camps possibly under renovation, and in Clearwater National Forest. Illinois has multiple locations along the Illinois River and on Highway 6. Indiana has a long list. Kentucky has facilities near the Ohio River, Louisville, Lexington, and Fort Knox. Maryland has Fort Meade and Fort Detrick. Massachusetts has Camp Edwards. Michigan has Camp Grayling. Minnesota has Duluth. Mississippi, Missouri with Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base, Montana with Malmstrom Air Force Base, and Nebraska with Scottsbluff. And the list keeps going, in virtually every state.

Somebody who was investigating these camps, a researcher, was saying that the camps could be staffed and operational within 72 hours of implementation of a directive by Homeland Security or the President. There is a government solicitation, number HSFEHQ-10-R-0037, titled “National Responder Support Camp.” It is 116 pages long. It details staffing requirements for FEMA camps that can be set up across five distinct regions throughout the United States. The camps are located in each of the states, 350 each. The size of these camps varies around five acres per thousand inhabitants, though they will never be less than three acres for populations of 500 or fewer inhabitants. Within the camp boundaries, structures also have a minimum square footage of 63 square feet per occupant, which is slightly less than the current standard for housing prisoners, approximately 72 square feet. Perimeter fencing or barricades are required to be six feet high, enclosing the camp with all traffic in or out to be recorded on a daily log with security restrictions. The contractor should also provide fencing and barricades around areas which are off-limits to occupants. ID badges are required, either blue or red depending on whether the carrier is a temporary or permanent occupant of the camp. These bids are going out right now to contractors to build these for the government.

Who Is Being Labeled a Terrorist?

What we know now is that the establishment is labeling everyone a possible terrorist. Everyone is a threat by default. Occupy Wall Street protesters are labeled as terrorists. Environmentalists and nature lovers are getting labeled as terrorists. People trying to save the whales, save the dolphins, stop deforestation, or stop fracking are being labeled terrorists because it threatens big business.

Anti-GMO activists, people who are into organic food, raw milk advocates are getting labeled as domestic terrorists. Sovereign citizens, individuals who like to live completely off the grid, very anti-Federal Reserve, they’re labeled terrorists. Anyone who promotes gold or silver or precious metals, or talks about the fiat currency system and how to shift to precious metals or barter and trade, you’re a terrorist. Preppers, people who believe you should be prepared for disaster, who stock up on food and water, regardless of the fact that the CDC, the government, and NASA have all told people to prepare and have certain things around the house for an emergency, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security have sent out memos and flyers labeling people and setting suspicion around anyone who could potentially fit any of these free-thinking or survivalist mentalities.

We’ve also seen towns being converted into FEMA camps. There have been Craigslist job postings requesting FEMA camp officers where military training is preferred. They post ads on Craigslist and they get attention and are taken down pretty quickly. Then there are the coffin liners that pop up every couple of years, typically before elections. Hundreds of thousands of coffin liners have been spotted. And we always hear about the train cars with the shackles. Contracts for building and maintaining these things keep coming up, with names like KBR and Halliburton, which are pretty much joined at the hip. We know Dick Cheney was CEO of Halliburton for some time and continues to receive payouts.

Jesse Ventura on his TruTV show actually did a really thorough and insightful investigation. He got into it by talking to elements of Homeland Security about fusion centers. Fusion centers are Department of Homeland Security terrorist monitoring hubs. Pretty much every state has a fusion center. What Jesse confirmed is that these so-called fusion centers are actually in sync with the FEMA detainment camps.

There have been multiple sources, military insiders speaking out, talking about these red and blue lists, or red and black lists. Essentially, on the other side of martial law or a natural disaster, various lists of people would be arrested under martial law with designated red or blue identification. What these insiders have admitted is that most of these operations would in fact involve the US military with foreign troop assistance from the UN and NATO. When a name comes up as a red flag on the computerized list, that person will be arrested, taken to a military camp, and deemed potentially salvageable, possibly able to be reeducated. When a name comes up as a black flag, they will be arrested and put to death, no questions asked. Is that the truth? I don’t know. It’s out there. You be the judge.
