In Stuart’s Own Words – from “Affirmations”
“I was born when I was very young, in Farnham, England. Conditions at birth were very crowded. My twin sister appeared in the physical plane about twenty minutes ahead of me. I like to think that I allowed her pole position, being the proper little gent that I was, but if truth be known I was asleep in the wings and missed the curtain call.”
“My father was an officer in the British navy. At the time of my birth in 1946, he was seconded to the Foreign Office and served as a diplomat. My mother was Sicilian. They met during the Allied invasion of Sicily and were married in three weeks. She was very bright, a professor of languages and the only person that I have ever known who could speak Latin fluently.”
“At age ten, disaster struck. I was shipped from a carefree existence on the beaches of Africa to a British boarding school, a mausoleum of a place that was founded in the year dot. Its philosophies were archaic and bizarre to say the least. Much of it could be traced back to some obscure little man who sat on a sand dune in pre-history, developing ways to manipulate and harass people.”
“I remember my father standing on the tarmac of Accra airport prior to my departure for England, and ceremoniously presenting me with a five pound note ($7.50 at today’s exchange rate.) At the tender age of ten that seemed to me an untold fortune. However, once at school I discovered the sweet shop and through that, along with the ravages of inflation, I experienced my first cash flow crunch about a week-and-a-half into my scholastic career.”
“Cigarettes, it seemed, were a prized form of contraband. As ten-year-old boys were not allowed off the grounds, shortages existed. Demand having been established, I now set about the problem of supply. One morning the gods smiled on me and I met an older student whose function it was to go to the village on his bike each day to collect my master’s newspapers. I pinned him to the wall, and in my best Sicilian accent asked him if he would like to go into business. He said, ‘No.’ Whereupon I punched him in the nose and we became lifelong friends and partners.”
“I remember the tennis coach coming up to me on the last day at that school and asking me why I looked so miserable. From within my tears I mumbled, ‘the business, the business.’ Graduating from school was my first taste of unemployment.”
“I mucked around for a few years and wound up as a stage hand with the prestigious English Stage Company at Sloan Square in London. I had the idea of going into theater management. My twin sister was by now forging ahead with a showbiz career and was appearing weekly on British TV. However, once I found out that the stage manager earned just forty pounds for a seventy hour work week, the roar of the grease paint and the smell of the crowd lost its allure.”
“The swinging sixties were hotting up and the British rock bands were all the rage. On one of my travels I discovered a textile mill in Lancashire that made a kind of a T-shirt vest that miners wore. To my amazement the first boutique I offered them to snapped them up. The problem was one of logistics. I could tye-dye hundreds of T-shirts each day, but drying them was a problem. Luckily, they were greatly in demand and in my customer’s search for sartorial splendor, they failed to notice that the T-shirt hung limply off the hangers still wet.”
“By the age of twenty, I was earning a little over the equivalent of $20,000 per week…. I then signed up for a seven year course at the University of Burn-out, cruising London with a group of exotic characters whose names seemed culled from the cockney hall of fame. My chauffeurs were called Billy the Kid and Slick Vic, and I employed a fellow named Richard the Minder to get me home at night.”
“At the ripe old age of twenty eight I was exhausted. There were hardly any human experiences left to me. Literally, I had been there, done that, and gotten the T-shirt.”
“One morning, nursing a terrible hangover, I decided to discover the meaning of life. I signed up to train as a spirit medium at the College of Psychic Studies. I seemed to have a fair talent for it and not long after I was regularly contacting the spirits of the departed in hopes that they might answer my questions as to life’s wondrous mysteries.”
“During those years of searching, I struggled both spiritually and in the worldly sense. If I had known then what I know now, I could have saved myself much pain and anguish…. I continued to travel and study endlessly… Bit my bit I was able to sift the chaff from the wheat as I worked on myself, my own perceptions began to open up. I developed the ability to enter into deep states of mind and not fall asleep. After five years of training I found that I could hold concentration at the theta brain level (which is 4 – 6 cycles of brain rhythm second) almost indefinitely.
That was the turning point in my quest.”
Stuart rarely appears in public anymore, choosing instead to teach advanced metaphysics to small groups via his Transcendental Tours ™. Stuart is often described as a mystical man with a mysterious, powerful persona. Those who train with Stuart however quickly realize that at heart, Stuart is an enormously loving, generous and caring teacher, whose primary mission is to help seekers recognize their own truth. With that in mind, Stuart is destined to leave a lasting legacy for all those commited to discovering their higher purpose.
The groundbreaking new book “The Sixth Sense” is an amazing inner discovery of your SIXTH SENSE which he defines as sacred energy that taps you into the state of all-knowing. The subtle body (the etheric), Stuart reveals, is a key component in understanding the sixth sense, and he helps you to unlock its mysteries here. Once you open to the power and omniscience of the sixth sense, you can perceive life in all its subtlety and vastness.

In films that present humans alongside alien counterparts, we inevitably learn more about our own humanity than of the alien creature’s new perceptions. When we visit a new country far from home, we make just as many (if not more) discoveries about ourselves as we do about our host nation – as any traveler can attest, looking at our own culture from a distance allows for a better understanding of both its strengths and frailties, and opens it up to a greater dialogue about the world at large.
In 1977, the Voyager 2 probe was sent into space with a recorded message of peace (in 55 different languages) along with an eclectic collection of music and 116 images of life on this planet. John Carpenter, in his 1984 film Starman, explores what might have happened if an alien ship were to encounter this Earthling greeting. Alongside a sweet romance between the two lead characters, there is the story of how American government officials react to the appearance of the “Starman.” A socially-conscious piece of sci-fi, the naive and otherworldly Starman reveals both the government’s uneasiness with extraterrestrials (despite spending trillions on defense yearly) and the public’s split perspectives concerning the existence of real alien beings.
Many UFOlogical scenarios begin with a cataclysmic encounter that destroys the planet. Aliens are often depicted as a race evolutionarily superior to our own, with apocalyptic powers that can be used to levitate objects, save lives, start cars – different remarkable skills for different alien life forms. For years, comics, books, television shows and films have drawn people to the world of UFOs and extraterrestrial activities. In the 1940s and 50s, freakish events – the end of the Second World War, the unforgettable image of the atom bomb’s mushroom cloud and a pervasive storm of anticommunist sentiment – inspired the creation of a slew of sci-fi masterpieces. The Roswell Crash happened in 1947, only two years after the atomic bomb was dropped on Japanese citizens. These early B-movies put the nation’s fears of invasion and destruction on film. The reality of an alien invasion, after the paranoia and chaos of the era, did not seem so outside the realm of possibility.
The “mysterious” nature of aliens, and their continued unconfirmed legitimacy by the U.S. government only adds to their appeal. While many prominent scientists have attested to the likelihood of their existence, the proof of alien abductions and landings has been largely discredited. Carl Sagan, in one of his last interviews, said that extraterrestrial intelligence is a “wonderful prospect, but requires the most severe and rigorous standards of evidence.”
For most UFO enthusiasts, theories about advanced civilizations on other planets are a matter of sheer speculation, with little consideration for standards of scientific conjecture. That said, it is difficult to consider extraterrestrial life in terms of our own. Different types of thinking are needed to properly consider a race of beings capable of journeying among the stars – we need to be mentally flexible, as these beings are truly alien and, in all likelihood, of an appearance that our eyes will be completely untrained to see.
What reasons could there be to hide evidence of aliens? Since the Roswell, New Mexico incident, many believe that there are sweeping security measures and secrecy in place to keep the subject under wraps. But the public is not convinced. According to two National Geographic polls held in 2012, 36 percent of Americans believe UFO’s exist, and 79 percent believe a government coverup is responsible for withholding detailed alien information.
This past summer, microbiologists in California discovered bacteria that survive, not by eating “food” as we commonly think of it, but by feeding on electricity. NASA has theorized that beings in the “dark energy biosphere”, beneath deep sea beds, consume so little energy that their “means of living could theoretically be used by extraterrestrial life living in other areas of the solar system, or universe.” Both of these findings prove that limiting space exploration to “Earth-like” planets will limit our discovery of other living beings. If we are modeling our assumptions as to what an alien life needs on our own, isn’t that missing the entire point? Who knows what kind of conditions another life form needs to thrive? Astronomers from the government-backed SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) have recently conceded that the chance of discovering life on other planets is inevitable and will likely occur within the next 20 years.
If there are beings capable of harnessing pure energy, they may take the form of these electron-feasting bacteria. Certain species are also capable of producing electrons while metabolizing chemicals, leading scientists to believe that they may be an eventual source of natural energy.
Today, with energy prices skyrocketing, the environment in crisis mode, and no clear solution in sight, it could make sense toinvest in projects towards this end. While we haven’t yet been visited by other forms of life, by harnessing pure energy we may edge closer to a new kind of sustainability. Canadian science fiction writer Karl Schroeder has posited that “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from nature” (borrowing from Arthur C. Clarke’s original, “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic”). Aliens may blend seamlessly into the galaxy, their artificial systems no different from our natural ones. In Carpenter’s film, after finding the welcome messages from Voyager, the Starman heads to Earth – only to discover the hostility of American military men when he is shot down by the U.S. Air Force. But when Starman was released, we were living in a different time. There are hundreds of millions of galaxies in space, and within them millions and millions of stars. If even 1/100 of them contain “life” in any definition, that is still billions of planets with extraterrestrial beings. It’s time we found comfort, rather than fear, in the fact that we are not alone. And even if there aren’t others out there in space, the principle of coexisting peacefully can be applied equally back here on Earth
It’s long been speculated that Lauryn Hill disappeared from music because of her fear of the “media protected military industrial complex”,.
Grammy award-winning singer Lauren Hill has been ordered by a judge to “undergo counseling because of her conspiracy theories.” What was her conspiracy theory? That the music industry oppresses people with actual talent in favor of pumping out mindless nonsense.
Hill was sentenced to 3 months in jail followed by three months’ home confinement after failing to pay a tax bill because she had withdrawn from society following threats to her family.
In June last year, Hill posted a diatribe to her Tumblr account complaining of how themusic industry is “manipulated and controlled by a media protected military industrial complex.”
Even other recording artists have made it clear that anyone who doesn’t conform to the strict demands of the music industry or even, as Nicole Scherzinger recently remarked, sell their soul to satan, tends to find success hard to maintain in an industry that punishes individuals who dare to speak their mind.
In numerous performances and speeches over the last few years, Hill has attempted to warn young people about how “pop culture cannibalism” and the deliberate reductionism of art and music is damaging a whole generation and turning them into passive, unthinking consumers – destroying inspiration and true creativity in the name of profit.
The Judge’s order that Hill undergo what amounts to brainwashing and re-education simply for publicly proclaiming the fact that the music industry is designed to strangle true talent while promoting amoral, vacuous, mindless, turgid drivel, is part of theincreasing trend towards labeling common sense as a mental illness if it goes against the establishment grain in any way.

Regarding his religious beliefs, Rogan has stated that he is not completely opposed to the concept of a “higher power” such as a god. However, Rogan stated in September 2010, during a guest appearance on the Alex Jones radio show, that he does not follow any organized religion.[27]
One of the recurring themes in his work and life is the use and support of entheogens, such as cannabis, psilocybin mushrooms and DMT, toward the exploration and enhancement of consciousness.[28] Rogan supports the medical and recreational use of cannabis.[29] He has also starred in the marijuana documentary The Union: The Business Behind Getting High.[30] Rogan was featured in the History Channel documentary, Marijuana: A Chronic History, as an advocate of legalized medical use of marijuana. He is also the presenter of the 2010 documentary DMT: The Spirit Molecule.[31]
Another recurring theme is his interest in the use of sensory deprivation and the isolation tank.[32] In a number of recent videos on YouTube and his own podcast, Rogan describes his personal experiences with isolation tanks and shares his insights into using them for various purposes, such as exploring the nature of consciousness and improving performance, health, well being and creativity.[33][34]
Immortal Technique has voiced a desire to retain control over his production,[3] and has stated in his music that record companies, not artists themselves, profit the most from mass production and marketing of music. He claimed in an interview to have sold close to a combined total of 200,000 copies of his three official releases.[4]
Storytelling is a lost art in rap. Not many do it anymore. Storytelling is a testament to a writer’s creativity, all great writers have a great imagination. So you have to be able to create a plot that people can visualize. With a movie, you can see whats going on but when you can make someone see what you’re saying as you’re saying it, then thats a special talent. The knowledge comes from my roots in Hip Hop. In the beginning there were songs like “The Message”, “The Breaks”, then Public Enemy, KRS, X-Clan…those groups raised social consciousness in rap and thats the era i came up in, so naturally i understand the obligation to teach in my music, words are powerful and the things you say carry weight. I had to evolve and im still growing to where i dont get too wild anymore because i’ve corrupted enough minds. -KRino
With evidence growing that training the mind or inducing specific modes of consciousness can have beneficial health effects, scientists have sought to understand how these practices physically affect the body. A new study by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reports the first evidence of specific molecular changes in the body following a period of intensive mindfulness practice. The study investigated the effects of a day of intensive mindfulness practice in a group of experienced meditators, compared to a group of untrained control subjects who engaged in quiet non-meditative activities. After eight hours of mindfulness practice, the meditators showed a range of genetic and molecular differences, including altered levels of gene-regulating machinery and reduced levels of pro-inflammatory genes, which in turn correlated with faster physical recovery from a stressful situation. “To the best of our knowledge, this is the first paper that shows rapid alterations in gene expression within subjects associated with mindfulness meditation practice,” says study author Richard J. Davidson, founder of the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds and the William James and Vilas Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. “Most interestingly, the changes were observed in genes that are the current targets of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs,” says Perla Kaliman, first author of the article and a researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Research of Barcelona, Spain (IIBB-CSIC-IDIBAPS), where the molecular analyses were conducted.
Mindfulness-based trainings have shown beneficial effects on inflammatory disorders in prior clinical studies and are endorsed by the American Heart Association as a preventative intervention. The new results provide a possible biological mechanism for therapeutic effects.
Gene Activity Can Change According To Perception
According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, gene activity can change on a daily basis. If the perception in your mind is reflected in the chemistry of your body, and if your nervous system reads and interprets the environment and then controls the blood’s chemistry, then you can literally change the fate of your cells by altering your thoughts.
In fact, Dr. Lipton’s research illustrates that by changing your perception, your mind can alter the activity of your genes and create over thirty thousand variations of products from each gene. He gives more detail by saying that the gene programs are contained within the nucleus of the cell, and you can rewrite those genetic programs through changing your blood chemistry.
In the simplest terms, this means that we need to change the way we think if we are to heal cancer. “The function of the mind is to create coherence between our beliefs and the reality we experience,” Dr. Lipton said. “What that means is that your mind will adjust the body’s biology and behavior to fit with your beliefs. If you’ve been told you’ll die in six months and your mind believes it, you most likely will die in six months. That’s called the nocebo effect, the result of a negative thought, which is the opposite of the placebo effect, where healing is mediated by a positive thought.”
That dynamic points to a three-party system: there’s the part of you that swears it doesn’t want to die (the conscious mind), trumped by the part that believes you will (the doctor’s prognosis mediated by the subconscious mind), which then throws into gear the chemical reaction (mediated by the brain’s chemistry) to make sure the body conforms to the dominant belief. (Neuroscience has recognized that the subconscious controls 95 percent of our lives.)
Now what about the part that doesn’t want to die–the conscious mind? Isn’t it impacting the body’s chemistry as well? Dr. Lipton said that it comes down to how the subconscious mind, which contains our deepest beliefs, has been programmed. It is these beliefs that ultimately cast the deciding vote.
“It’s a complex situation,” said Dr. Lipton. People have been programmed to believe that they’re victims and that they have no control. We’re programmed from the start with our mother and father’s beliefs. So, for instance, when we got sick, we were told by our parents that we had to go to the doctor because the doctor is the authority concerning our health. We all got the message throughout childhood that doctors were the authority on health and that we were victims of bodily forces beyond our ability to control. The joke, however, is that people often get better while on the way to the doctor. That’s when the innate ability for self-healing kicks in, another example of the placebo effect.
Mindfulness Practice Specifically Affects Regulatory Pathways
The results of Davidson’s study show a down-regulation of genes that have been implicated in inflammation. The affected genes include the pro-inflammatory genes RIPK2 and COX2 as well as several histone deacetylase (HDAC) genes, which regulate the activity of other genes epigenetically by removing a type of chemical tag. What’s more, the extent to which some of those genes were downregulated was associated with faster cortisol recovery to a social stress test involving an impromptu speech and tasks requiring mental calculations performed in front of an audience and video camera.
Biologists have suspected for years that some kind of epigenetic inheritance occurs at the cellular level. The different kinds of cells in our bodies provide an example. Skin cells and brain cells have different forms and functions, despite having exactly the same DNA. There must be mechanisms–other than DNA–that make sure skin cells stay skin cells when they divide.
Perhaps surprisingly, the researchers say, there was no difference in the tested genes between the two groups of people at the start of the study. The observed effects were seen only in the meditators following mindfulness practice. In addition, several other DNA-modifying genes showed no differences between groups, suggesting that the mindfulness practice specifically affected certain regulatory pathways.
The key result is that meditators experienced genetic changes following mindfulness practice that were not seen in the non-meditating group after other quiet activities — an outcome providing proof of principle that mindfulness practice can lead to epigenetic alterations of the genome.
Previous studies in rodents and in people have shown dynamic epigenetic responses to physical stimuli such as stress, diet, or exercise within just a few hours.
“Our genes are quite dynamic in their expression and these results suggest that the calmness of our mind can actually have a potential influence on their expression,” Davidson says.
“The regulation of HDACs and inflammatory pathways may represent some of the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic potential of mindfulness-based interventions,” Kaliman says. “Our findings set the foundation for future studies to further assess meditation strategies for the treatment of chronic inflammatory conditions.”
Subconscious Beliefs Are Key
Too many positive thinkers know that thinking good thoughts–and reciting affirmations for hours on end–doesn’t always bring about the results that feel-good books promise.
Dr. Lipton didn’t argue this point, because positive thoughts come from the conscious mind, while contradictory negative thoughts are usually programmed in the more powerful subconscious mind.
“The major problem is that people are aware of their conscious beliefs and behaviors, but not of subconscious beliefs and behaviors. Most people don’t even acknowledge that their subconscious mind is at play, when the fact is that the subconscious mind is a million times more powerful than the conscious mind and that we operate 95 to 99 percent of our lives from subconscious programs.
“Your subconscious beliefs are working either for you or against you, but the truth is that you are not controlling your life, because your subconscious mind supersedes all conscious control. So when you are trying to heal from a conscious level–citing affirmations and telling yourself you’re healthy–there may be an invisible subconscious program that’s sabotaging you.”
The power of the subconscious mind is elegantly revealed in people expressing multiple personalities. While occupying the mind-set of one personality, the individual may be severely allergic to strawberries. Then, in experiencing the mind-set of another personality, he or she eats them without consequence.
The new science of epigenetics promises that every person on the planet has the opportunity to become who they really are, complete with unimaginable power and the ability to operate from, and go for, the highest possibilities, including healing our bodies and our culture and living in peace.

Have you ever entered an empty room, or office, and felt “uncomfortable”? Feeling perhaps quite happy to get out of that room, or office, as soon as possible? Maybe you have found somewhere that feels “bad” at one time yet feels “okay” at another time? This could be where we work, live, or somewhere we are visiting or passing through.
What about people? Do you know anyone who seems to have a “negative” aura? Whenever you are near them you feel more depressed, angry or fearful, than you normally do? How about the opposite? Do you know anyone who seems to make you feel better just by being around you, not even needing to say anything to you to improve things?
Apart from feeling worse around certain people and/or in certain places, do you find that you sometimes lose a lot of energy (psychic draining) in these circumstances? Do you have a problem with such things as insomnia, poor sleep, nightmares or low energy levels? Perhaps you are constantly lacking in energy? Maybe being diagnosed as having chronic fatigue? Or maybe you always seem to be getting colds, illnesses or other problems?
If the answer is “yes” then chances are you may be under intentional, or unintentional, negative psychic influence. What some people call being under psychic attack. Can anything be done about such situations? Yes, psychic protection is what one can learn to counter such things. Before talking about psychic protection however, we may wonder what it is and how it works. To better understand this, we need to understand these negative influences. Put simply they are usually categorised into two types. Thought energies (or if they have a shape – thoughtforms) and negative spirit influence. Now, you may instantly think I am talking about dead people. I am not. We are all “spirits”. Some of us are physically alive and some of us aren’t. We do not become a spirit when we physically die. We are already one.
One may also say, “But I cannot see/hear spirits. This is proof they don’t exist.” Well, I cannot see radio or television waves in this room. Does that mean they aren’t here? I wouldn’t think so. Much the same as hearing. I cannot hear a dog whistle. But dogs can! It would be rather foolish for me to conclude such a whistle made no noise simply on the grounds that “I didn’t hear it.”
Negative thought energies are created by someone (dead or alive) thinking negative thoughts, e.g. anger, hatred, fear etc. If the person is thinking these thoughts about us then they are automatically projected in our direction. In addition, as negative spirits are attracted to negative energy these people will often accompany the energies. Particularly if this is done “formally”, i.e., a spell.
Fortunately, there is defense against these things. Positive energies will dissolve negative ones, and we can arrange for positive spirits to help protect us against negative ones. There is nothing particularly profound about it. To cancel out a fire, water is a good response. The principle of using the opposite response to a spell is along the same lines.
The negative thought content of a spell, or any other form of psychic attack, can be “cancelled out” by directing a positive thoughtform of the same, or greater, strength at it. When they meet, the negative thoughtform will dissolve. This can be achieved by such things as prayer, visualisation, etc. A common example of the latter is to imagine you are surrounded by a “protective” bubble of light. One can also imagine oneself being a hot ball of light. Like the sun. Radiating a hot, bright, light outwards.
The effect of negative entities can be “cancelled out” by positive entities of the same, or greater, strength. If the positive spirits predominate then many of the negative entities can be “cleared” (permanently) to spirit worlds.
Getting help from positive spirits is arranged by requesting it. Prayer in other words. It should be remembered we can do more than arrange “protection” this way. A good wording for such a prayer, and a list of recommended approaches is at http://home.vicnet.net.au/~johnf/aprayer.htm
Here is an example:
“I ask the Divine Light Forces (Forces of God) for…
(1) Protection against all that is not of the light (alive and dead).
(2) Healing on all levels
(3) Guidance with my life. Especially in the area of ____________________ e.g. knowing what I should be doing spiritually, help with becoming a channel for love, light, healing, guidance and inspiration. Preparing for meetings and/or seminars etc.
(4) Divine love, light and healing energies to go to __________________ (people we live/work with) as well as all who are working against our spiritual progression.
Other points worth noting :
There are some interesting books that can be purchased on this topic including a booklet I have written. The authors range from psychics to medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, etc. There is a list of some of the books primarily related to the topic of psychic protection on my web site.
Light coloured clothes tend to encourage light coloured energies. For best health never wear dark colours.
If someone is currently sending you negative effects, as in a spell, then you need to direct light, etc. to them constantly until you feel they have stopped. If you “clear” yourself today then there is no reason why they cannot dump you with new discordant energies tomorrow!
Negative thinking/emotions such as anger, fear, etc. weakens our aura and reduces our “protection”. Positive thinking/emotions such as love, etc. strengthen our aura and improves our “protection”.
Keep in mind that things take time. Some people think praying for one night and imagining white light around them for five minutes will solve all their problems. This is unlikely. Suppose discordant effect had built up around you and/or your house for ten years. Do you think it reasonable to expect it to go in five minutes? Think of it this way. If you had a blow torch could you melt an iceberg? The answer is, of course, yes, but it would take more than five minutes!

The hallucinogen in magic mushrooms may no longer just be for hippies seeking a trippy high.
Researchers at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine have been studying the effects of psilocybin, a chemical found in some psychedelic mushrooms, that’s credited with inducing transcendental states. Now, they say, they’ve zeroed in on the perfect dosage level to produce transformative mystical and spiritual experiences that offer long-lasting life-changing benefits, while carrying little risk of negative reactions.
The breakthrough could speed the day when doctors use psilocybin–long viewed skeptically for its association with 1960s countercultural thrill-seekers–for a range of valuable clinical functions, like easing the anxiety of terminally ill patients, treating depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, and helping smokers quit. Already, studies in which depressed cancer patients were given the drug have reported positive results. “I’m not afraid to die anymore” one participant told The Lookout.
The Johns Hopkins study–whose results will be published this week in the journal Psychopharmacology–involved giving healthy volunteers varying doses of psilocybin in a controlled and supportive setting, over four separate sessions. Looking back more than a year later, 94 percent of participants rated it as one of the top five most spiritually significant experiences of their lifetimes.
More important, 89 percent reported lasting, positive changes in their behavior–better relationships with others, for instance, or increased care for their own mental and physical well-being. Those assessments were corroborated by family members and others.
“I think my heart is more open to all interactions with other people,” one volunteer reported in a questionnaire given to participants 14-months after their session.
“I feel that I relate better in my marriage,” wrote another. “There is more empathy — a greater understanding of people, and understanding their difficulties, and less judgment.”
Identifying the exact right dosage for hallucinogenic drugs is crucial, Roland Griffiths, a professor of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins who led the study, explained to The Lookout. That’s because a “bad trip” can trigger hazardous, self-destructive behavior, but low doses don’t produce the kind of transformative experiences that can offer long-term benefits. By trying a range of doses, Griffiths said, researchers were able to find the sweet spot, “where a high or intermediate dose can produce, fairly reliably, these mystical experiences, with very low probability of a significant fear reaction.”
In the 1950s and ’60s, scientists became interested in the potential effects of hallucinogens like psilocybin, mescaline, and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) on both healthy and terminally ill people. Mexican Indians had, since ancient times, used psychedelic mushrooms with similar chemical structures to achieve intense spiritual experiences. But by the mid ’60s, counterculture gurus like Dr. Timothy Leary and Aldous Huxley were talking up mind-altering drugs as a way of expanding one’s consciousness and rejecting mainstream society. Stories, perhaps apocryphal, circulated about people jumping out of windows while on LSD, and some heavy users were said to have suffered permanent psychological damage. By the early ’70s, the US government had essentially banned all hallucinogenic drugs.
But recent years have seen the beginning of a revival of mainstream scientific interest in mind-altering drugs, and particularly in the possibility of using them in a clinical setting to alleviate depression and anxiety. A 2004 study by the government of Holland (pdf) found psilocybin to have no significant negative effects.
Here in the United States, too, the climate may be shifting. In a statement accompanying the announcement of the Johns Hopkins findings, Jerome Jaffe, a former White House drug czar now at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, said the results raise the question of whether psilocybin could prove useful “in dealing with the psychological distress experienced by some terminal patients?”
The hope is that the long-lasting spiritual and transcendental experiences associated with psilocybin could–if conducted in a controlled and supportive setting, and with appropriate dosage levels–help ease patients’ fear and anxiety, allowing them to approach death with a greater sense of calm. (You can see one terminally ill cancer patient speak movingly about the positive effects of psilocybin here.)
Griffiths thinks the drug may have the potential to alleviate the suffering of terminal patients. He’s currently leading a separate Johns Hopkins psilocybin study, using volunteers who are depressed after being diagnosed with cancer. “So far we’ve had–anecdotally only–very positive results,” comparable to the study with healthy volunteers, he said. A study from the University of California, Los Angeles last year reported similar positive results.
But Griffiths said his study, under way for three years, has only recruited 20 patients, in part because oncologists are more interested in curing cancer than helping patients cope with its effects, so they don’t refer provide many referrals. “Most oncologists just don’t get it,” he said. “It’s not the focus of their research, and they’re busy people.”
But the experience of one volunteer in Griffiths’s study offers a glimpse of the potential benefits. Lauri Reamer, 47, told The Lookout that she participated in two Johns Hopkins psilocybin sessions last September, not long after ending intensive chemotherapy and radiation to treat a rare form of leukemia that, several times in the preceding few years, had almost taken her life.
Reamer, an anesthesiologist from Ruxton, Md., with three young daughters, said that although her disease was in remission by that time, she was still suffering psychologically from the trauma of the illness and the treatment. She had walled herself off emotionally, she said, and was unable to show empathy for others or even for herself.
The psilocybin had an immediate impact. “At the end of the session, I was just in this joyous, happy, relaxed state,” she said. “The drug was gone–what was left was just this peaceful calm.”
That calm had lasting benefits. Reamer said the experience–what she called “an epiphany”–gave her the impetus to get out of a failing marriage. Since doing so, she said, both she and her daughters have been much happier.
“I don’t think it was the drug that did it,” she said. “It was the drug that helped me find the clarity.”
That’s not the only improvement. “My sleeping has gotten better. My relationships have gotten better with people,” she said. “The fog has lifted.”
“The best thing it did for me was heal me psychologically and emotionally and allow me to be back in my kids’ lives, be back to being a mother,” Reamer concluded. As she spoke, she was taking her daughters–two 15-year old twins, and a 6-year-old–on a trip to Hershey Park.
And although doctors tell her that, thanks to the effect of the illness and the treatment, she likely has only 10 or 15 years to live, she’s able to approach that challenge with equanimity.
“My fear of death kind of disappeared,” she said. “I’m not afraid to die anymore.”
Griffiths, of Johns Hopkins, said Reamer’s experience isn’t an outlier among the volunteers, both sick and healthy, who have tried psilocybin. “People feel uplifted, and very often have a sense that everything is O.K. at one level,” he said. “That there’s sense to be made out of the chaos.”
“When you see people undergoing that kind of transformation,” he added, “it’s really quite moving.”

As we move forward
Anytime you come closer to something
Your vision should get clearer
Am I right?
[K-Rino]
You are a tool and the hidden hand is using you
Please don’t be delusional
The rulers of this world practice confusing me
The people and the Priest and the Imam’s
Have been jammed by government scams
Mind systematically programmed
Blatant black hatred and racism
The way they laced the whole world and nation with traces of Satanism
Misplaces of paganism
The Founding Fathers enslaving
And tensions were no different then Bushes and Reagan’s vision
1776 they took action
This Illuminati took form and was spawn from a Colombian faction
Just flip your one dollar bill over
And if you want me to expose the true code of deception, I will show ya
We live in a designed wicked system
The number 13 is consistent in Masonic symbolism
It represents transformation, 12 completes the cycle
So 13 is rebirth and regeneration
The meanings of this symbol are strategically hid
On the left side you see a 13 layered pyramid
Over that, sits the The All-Seeing Eye where the light shines
A sign of the Devil watching over you at all times
With the words “Annuit cptis”
13 letters meaning “He has favored our undertakings”
Will you accept this?
Or will you learn the science and ignore ’em
Under the pyramid you see “Novus ordo seclorum”
Translated: “New Order of the World, or the New World Order”
Authors and Satanic fathers of mass slaughter
The Eagle that you see on the right
Sits below 13 stars with a shield that has 13 stripes
And an Olive branch in its claws with 13 leaves
Which is suppose to be in its talon to represent peace
But peace was always on a decrease
His other claw holds 13 arrows of war set to be released
And the letters at the bottom of the pyramid are fixed
With the Roman Numerals that equal 1776
The United States of America exists
In a deep devilish abyss with truth and paganism mixed
Every President that ever lived was foul
They gather at Bohemian Grove where they bow down before the Owl
See the Owl is wise and sees through the darkest of night
And there’s a small one on the dollar near the one on the top right
It ain’t hard to understand this government was never for us
The Eagle was based off the Egyptian god Horus
The 13 colonies grew into wicked sovereignty
And made no apology for the obvious idolatry
Subconsciously we follow the ways of the BEAST
And pay homage to pagan gods when we say the days of the week
Like Sunday, they worship the Sun
Monday, is Moon’s Day
Tr the god of war was worshipped on Tuesday
Odin the Chief god is who Wednesday is named for
Thursday is Thor’s Day, god of thunder, the mighty Thor
Friday was named after Frigga notice the pattern
Saturday is the Roman god of agriculture Saturn
Frigga was the goddess of love the wife of Odin
The polytheistic theology needed decoding
The rituals like trips across the sand this man takes
The skull and bones fraternity, the secret handshakes
But understand he receives only 33 degrees
He secretly believes in Lucifer and other deities
Many powerful and rich people are controlled by these
They even hold the soul of several of your favorite emcees
Politicians thinning lies, tongues whittled with thorns
And use hand gestures shaped in the form of Devil horns
You don’t feel the city home cuz you don’t know what it entails
Satan tampers with stem cells and sprays chemtrails
The so-called holidays are hypocrisy
Established to use religious doctrines to commit annual robbery
Christmas split in half is Christ Mas
The so-called birth of Jesus where every home has glowing lights cast
Christ the anointed One, mass the birth celebration
But Jesus’ birth was kept secret due to the situation
The King initiated a death plot
Cuz a Messiah was prophesied to rule so Jesus’ murder was authorized
No one knows the actual date
That’s why sometimes you see ‘Xmas’
X means unknown but ignorance affects us
A fraud that was purposely flawed
December 25th is the birthday of the wicked ruler Nimrod
This whole disguise is part of Satan’s universal wise
A Holy Prophet’s life being pimped and commercialized
Traditions like lights on trees
Rooted in the Nicaea Council in 325 AD by Constantine
These matters would decreed
The concept of a virgin birth was actually conceived and then agreed
With graven images in the temple
The fish on your car is called Oannes, a Babylonian symbol
It’s visibly contradictory, telling your children lies
You need to make them study Santa Clause’s sick history
But yet we go wherever Satan leads us
The falsehoods we practice in his name ain’t got nothing to do with Jesus
The Infinite Human is a concept that dates back millennia. Somehow, we have become experts at ‘limitation’, and applying it wherever possible. This episode is the first of a multi-part series of which is dedicated to YOU, the listener. Tune in to understand how important our definitions, believe systems, and emotional state becomes in relation to achieving goals, reaching ‘success’, and ultimately experiencing true happiness. Realize the power of NOW, the power of LOVE, and the power of SELF. Remember that the essential nature of the universe, is that it is non-material. After understanding this, it is easier to see how we can choose to have the things we want, or just the reasons why we can’t.

The single animal study of pineal function indicates that fluoride exposure results in altered melatonin production and altered timing of sexual maturity. Whether fluoride affects pineal function in humans remains to be demonstrated. The two studies of menarcheal age in humans show the possibility of earlier menarche in some individuals exposed to fluoride, but no definitive statement can be made. Recent information on the role of the pineal organ in humans suggests that any agent that affects pineal function could affect human health in a variety of ways, including effects on sexual maturation, calcium metabolism, parathyroid function, postmenopausal osteoporosis, cancer, and psychiatric disease. SOURCE: National Research Council. (2006). Fluoride in Drinking Water: A Scientific Review of EPA’s Standards. National Academies Press, Washington D.C. p221-22. “In conclusion, the human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Fluoride is associated with depressed pineal melatonin synthesis by prepubertal gerbils and an accelerated onset of sexual maturation in the female gerbil. The results strengthen the hypothesis that the pineal has a role in the timing of the onset of puberty. Whether or not fluoride interferes with pineal function in humans requires further investigation.” SOURCE: Luke J. (1997). The Effect of Fluoride on the Physiology of the Pineal Gland. Ph.D. Thesis. How often do you feel stress and anxiety? How often do you meditate? Those who meditate can attest that meditation equals relaxation!
How do I meditate?
The first step is learning how to meditate. There are many different forms of meditation techniques, and many of these techniques can be intertwined with one another. My best advice is to study as many forms of meditation as possible, such as transcendental meditation, vipassana, mirror meditation, yoga and so on, and then choose several methods that you enjoy the most. As mentioned, you can also mix meditations to create your own, personalized meditation routine. Here at in5d, we cover a wide range of techniques and methods, so try them out and see which ones you like the best!
Meditation benefits
There are many physiological, psychological and spiritual meditation benefits, such as how meditation reduces anxiety and stress while enhancing energy and vigor. Meditation improves your ability to focus and to concentrate. Spiritually, meditation gives you that sense of oneness while connecting to your higher source of power as well as to your higher self.
The Harvard affiliated Mind-Body Medical Institute completed a meditation study in which they discovered a ‘relaxation response’ to meditation in which various biochemical and physical changes happened to the subject’s bodies. Notable differences included changes in metabolism, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate and brain chemistry.
The most notable meditation benefits are the complete feeling of relaxation and how it brings you closer to your higher source of power.
Meditation increases serotonin levels which help to promote relaxation
Serotonin is neurotransmitter that is produced in the brain and is made from the amino acid, tryptophan. Tryptophan is found in high amounts in turkey, so it’s not surprising that after you eat a turkey dinner, you have the feeling of relaxation. This is the same relaxation feeling that you receive when you meditate!
Medical research has indicated the people with low levels of serotonin are more likely to have anxiety and depression, which are usually treated with Big Pharma medications, but can generally be addressed through meditation.
Do you ever feel good after watching the nightly news?
As we know, we cannot control the elite, but with positive thoughts and intentions through meditation, we can change our physical reality and well-being. The main stream media promotes an agenda of fear and anxiety as a means to control the population through mind control measures. On occasion, they will finish with a “feel good” story to make a good last impression on you. Meditation does the exact opposite! When your meditation is complete, you feel incredibly relaxed and at peace with the world.
Just do it and have fun!
In our busy lives, it is sometimes difficult to find the time to meditate every day, but if we make it part of our daily routine, then we can always find the time to meditate. The best time to meditate is when you feel like it! Research has indicated that it is most beneficial to meditate in the morning when you are less likely to fall asleep, but in this writer’s opinion, there isn’t a bad time to meditate. Just do it and have fun!
