Feng Shui
Most Feng Shui principles are based on Chinese superstition, and impart little practical truth. That said, many of the principles regarding this ‘art of placement’ accord with perceivable subconscious regards and encourage pranic harmony within the domestic sphere. Unfortunately, most specialist Feng Shui books are regurgitations of earlier writings (embellished with contemporised exemplars) and do little to distinguish ancient superstition from ageless truth. A distillation of this nature is, indeed, reliant upon personal experimentation and experience rather than intellectual resonance. So, below are a few Feng Shui ‘pointers’ that I have empirically tested and consider viable for bedrooms, which are the most important rooms for pranic consideration:
1.) Sleep in a bedroom (or better yet, a house) of pyramidal or conical design. Obviously, this is not a feasible option for those who live in ‘developed’ countries wherein architectural emphasis is placed – quite intentionally – on oppressively flat-roofed and rectangular-bodied expressions, but it is true that ‘pointed’ structures are noticeably superior at transmitting and receiving the Earth’s natural energy. It is unsurprising, then, that many of the world’s greatest energetic sites – for instance, the Washington Monument and other obelisks, the Egyptian pyramids, or Mount Shasta – are shaped thus, or that intuitive cultures favour tipis and wigwams to orthogonal alternatives.
2.) Position your bed so that its headboard rests against a wall, and so that you can leave the bed from either side. A cornered arrangement constricts the room’s pranic flow, and this might manifest in unenviable ways (for example, an inefficiency in healing the etheric body during sleep, or difficulties contacting your inner voice).
3.) Further improvements might include: removing all mirrors (especially mirrors whose reflections encompass the entire room) and vegetation, choosing a wooden bed rather than a metal or fabric one (which has a strong headboard and no drawers or compartments underneath it), removing all posters featuring negative or enigmatic themes, choosing desks and tables with rounded edges, clearing all clutter and non-essential items, removing or reducing electrical equipment, and avoiding yellow wallpaper (which overstimulate the mind). You might consider adding a wind chime, fish tank, orgone generators, a dimmer switch and/or posters with relaxing or cheerful themes.
Spinning
Spinning is a great way to energise the chakras, the astral body’s gyrating energy centres whose vigour affects our physical welfare. Within the context of the current energetic shift, however, the benefits of daily spinning are of particular value insofar as it is an especially vital way of achieving, and maintaining, the vibrational state required for transition. To my knowledge, spinning was first recommended by the Pleiadians in Bringers of the Dawn (although the Casiopaeans seconded its usage):
‘[An] activity we recommend for those of you who wish to move into a vast acceleration of energy is spinning. Move from left to right, spinning around and focusing your vision on your thumb, counting and spinning. We recommend that you spin thirty-three times at least once a day. You may build up to the thirty-three spins very slowly. If you are able to work up to thirty-three spins, three times a day, so that you are spinning ninety-nine times, well, we will see how long you stay on the planet – or at least in this dimension. When you complete spinning, however many times you spin, bring your palms together at chest level. Press them together, keeping your eyes open, and balance yourself with your feet a shoulder’s width apart so that you feel anchored and still feel the spinning at the same time. This tremendously accelerates the spinning of the chakra systems inside your body, which tremendously accelerates the rate at which you can interpret and receive data’ (pg. 226).
Unless there is an occult significance to spinning from left to right of which I am unfamiliar, I see no harm in spinning in the direction to which you find comfiest (based on my experience, people of a predominantly left-brained temperament prefer spinning to the right, whereas those of a right-brained temperament prefer the left). Spinning precisely thirty-three times (or multiples thereof), however, is important. Numerology of a spiritual persuasion is an ambiguous and subjective enterprise, and few researchers seem intellectually honest enough to admit that there are few consensually agreed upon meanings behind particular numerical sequences. Search for the meaning behind 1:11, for instance, and you will receive hundreds of contradictory answers. That said, the master number ‘33’ is consistently regarded as a number of truth, positivity, affirmation, and divine guidance, and understanding of its significance reverberates afar: the human spine contains thirty-three vertebrae, the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry contains thirty-three degrees, etc. Therefore, if you are seeking to accelerate your vibrational state and wish to attempt spinning, consider adhering to the Pleiadians’ proposed number thereof.
Water Distillers
Water distillers are probably the most essential health-oriented purchase available. Unlike the comparatively useless water filter, which cannot remove fluoride from tap water, distillers evaporate and then condense the water, producing an almost one hundred percent pure supply of it. Many people don’t feel compelled to buy a distiller until they view the thick, yellow, metallic poison remaining post-purification.
Most distillers cost around £180, which is reasonable for a device that will then last forever (its filters are inexpensive and require replacement every two months).
Non-electrical, manual distillers are also available for those who rightly believe that there will be a water and/or electrical crisis during the years ahead. So long as rain comes, thirst is not an issue with such equipment.
Metallic Filling Removal
The vast majority of dentists today use amalgam fillings, which are alloys comprised of at least 40% mercury (and usually many other metals also). Mercury not only has neurotoxic effects on the immune and nervous systems of developing children, but it contributes greatly to depression in adults. It has also been linked to other ills such as fatigue, heart issues and even Alzheimer’s disease.
Basically, there is not a single justifiable reason for using metals to fill tooth cavities, especially when composite resin or porcelain fillings provide a perfectly legitimate substitute. Amalgam and mercury fillings can be removed, but the cost is high because of the skill and danger involved in the procedure (it is quite ironic that almost all dentists employ and even laud metallic alloys, yet admit that their removal is dangerous because of the mercury content).
As with the medical and pharmaceutical industries, dentistry is very much a money-oriented enterprise and its embracement of such toxicity reflects Illuminist subversion. It doesn’t have to be this way, but so long as dentists and their employers continue to emphasise cost over long-term health issues, both parties are criminal.

I am aware that there are millions of people out there desperate to escape the soullessness and false charisma of the city in favour of a more authentic lifestyle, so this might be a good stepping stone for such a transition.
Recommended Healing Herbs and Plants
Echinacea – the greatest herb available for improving and maintaining the immune system. Especially useful for battling government-created viruses such as bird or swine flu, or during pandemics.
Garlic – the single greatest food available to mankind, and truly Nature’s polymath. Garlic is best ingested raw, but remember that it is quite a volatile herb; the body needs to become accustomed to its power before regular consumption becomes agreeable. One can avoid the foul taste, as well as tongue burning, by chopping the garlic into small slices and taking it with a small amount of water or juice.
Ginger – a great plant for treating morning sickness and removing parasites. Also one of the few herbs (along with liquorice, cinnamon and peppermint) that actually tastes nice.
Ginkgo Biloba – a great herb for improving blood circulation, thereby boosting memory and concentration.
Liquorice – a plant that has great demulcent and expectorant effects, as well as more antidepressant compounds than any other plant known to man. Sadly, I cannot take it anymore because it kept giving me severe headaches (liquorice is fifty times sweeter than sugar), but I still recommend it to others.
Oregano – an anti-bacterial herb whose potency and speed in removing bodily impurities (including colds and other viruses) deserves wider recognition. Many online and high street suppliers offer diluted extracts; try and find a product containing at least 75% Carvacrol.
Spirulina and Chlorella – two green superfoods cultivated in open channel raceway ponds that detoxify the body remarkably well. They also rebuild nerve tissue, regulate blood sugar levels, increase mental functioning, repair DNA damage, heal tumours and cancerous cells, provide the body with more protein than meat and more calcium than milk, and much else.
St. John’s Wort – an excellent plant for defeating depression and for cultivating or maintaining an optimistic attitude (essential during times of harvest!).

(NaturalNews) It is becoming increasingly difficult for fluoride fanatics to defend the practice of artificial water fluoridation, thanks to a plethora of new reports highlighting its many dangers. A new study published in the journal Neurologia reveals that chronic exposure to, and ingestion of, the synthetic fluoride chemicals added to water supplies can cause serious brain and neurological damage. Confirming several others recently published, the study further exposes the lunacy of deliberately adding toxic chemicals to the water supply in the name of saving teeth.
“The prolonged ingestion of fluoride may cause significant damage to health and particularly the nervous system,” write researchers Valdez-Jiminez, et al. in their report. “Fluoride is capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier, which may cause biochemical and functional changes in the nervous system during pregnancy, since the fluoride accumulates in brain tissue before birth.”
There you have it, folks. Fluoride chemicals, which are derived from the waste emitted by the aluminum and phosphate mining industries, by the way (http://www.naturalnews.com/031541_Fluoride_documentary.html), cross directly into the brain where they lodge themselves and cause disease. They also enter the thyroid and pineal glands and disrupt proper hormone production, which leads to various other illnesses.
There simply is no denying the deadly truth about fluoride anymore. Ample evidence is continually being released that exposes fluoride as a highly-toxic chemical poison, and even the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) admits that fluoride is a toxin. It is also worth mentioning that the April 12, 2010, issue of TIME magazine lists fluoride as one of the “Top Ten Common Household Toxins.” Dubbing fluoride “neurotoxic and potentially tumorigenic if swallowed,” and it is difficult to determine how anyone can suggest that adding such a chemical to drinking water is in any way beneficial.
“Fluoride can be toxic by ingesting one part per million (ppm), and the effects are not immediate, as they can take 20 years or more to become evident,” adds the new report.

Fluoride compounds which are put in water (fluoridation), toothpaste and supplement tablets (including some vitamins) were never tested for safety before approval. Recent independent research by scientists not associated with dental trade organizations has shown the following:
Neurotoxic and Lowers IQ
In 1995, neurotoxicologist and former Director of toxicology at Forsyth Dental Center in Boston, Dr. Phyllis Mullenix published research showing that fluoride built up in the brains of animals when exposed to moderate levels. Damage to the brain occured and the behavior patterns of the animals was adversely effected. Offspring of pregnant animals receiving relatively low doses of fluoride showed permanent effects to the brain which were seen as hyperactivity (ADD-like symptoms). Young animals and adult animals given fluoride experienced the opposite effect — hypoactivity or sluggishness. The toxic effects of fluoride on the central nervous system was subsequently confirmed by previously-classified government research. Two new epidemiological studies which tend to confirm fluoride’s neurotoxic effects on the brain have shown that children exposed to higher levels of fluoride had lower IQs.
A study published in Brain Research shows that rats drinking only 1 part per million fluoride (NaF) in water had histologic lesions in their brain similar to Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. In addition, evidence was seen pointing to possible damage to the blood brain barrier from extended fluoride exposure. This study was the third in a series of papers published by Varner et al. Brain Research Vol. 784 No. 12 p 284-298 (1998). Results of this recent study and other studies showing significant dangers from low-level fluoride exposure were presented at a recent scientific symposium.
Causes Cancer
The Department of Health in New Jersey found that bone cancer in male children was between two and seven times greater in areas where water was fluoridated. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) researchers confirmed the bone cancer-causing effects of fluoride at low levels in an animal model. A new study has shown that fluoridation of water is linked to uterine cancer deaths.
Changes Bone Structure and Strength
Fluoride gradually builds up in the bones and causes adverse changes to the bone structure. Quite a few studies have shown that fluoridation leads to increases in hip fractures. The tensile strength of the hip is destroyed over time by fluoride ingestion.
Causes Birth Defects and Perinatal Deaths
A toxicologist in the United Kingdom recently found that perinatal deaths in a fluoridated area was 15% higher than in neighboring non-fluoridated areas. The fluoridated area had a higher socio-economic status and would have been expected to have less perinatal deaths. The fluoridated area also had a 30% higher rate of Down’s Syndrome. Chile banned fluoridation because of research by the world-reknowned researcher, Dr Albert Schatz, which showed a link to infant deaths due to fluoridation.
Proven Ineffective
Fluoride compounds in water and in supplements do not provide any significant cavity-protecting effects. All of the recent large-scale studies of water fluoridation have shown that there are no positive effects. That is why countries without fluoridation have shown an equal improvement in dental health as those with fluoridation. (See Research Item #5.) There is scientific evidence that excessive fluoride exposure leads to increased levels of caries. Even pro-fluoridation scientists admit that there is not any properly-conducted research showing that fluoride supplements help prevent cavities. (Note: check vitamins carefully to be sure they do not include fluoride.)
Impairs Immune System
Independent research has shown that fluoride impairs the functioning of the immune system. In the United States, where toxic fluoride compounds are regularly added to water and given to children since the 1960s and 1970s, we are beginning to see an overwhelming number of people of that generation who are developing chronic immune system disorders.
Causes Acute Adverse Reactions
Several double-blind studies have shown that fluoridated water can often cause acute adverse reactions (in addition to the chronic poisoning effects discussed below). Some of the effects seen in double-blind studies include: gastrointestinal symptoms, stomatitis, joint pains, polydipsia, headaches, visual disturbances, muscular weakness, and extreme tiredness. Causes Initial Stages of Skeletal Fluorosis
Fluoride can cause severe skeletal fluorosis at high levels. Chronic, long-term exposure to levels of fluoride commonly found in water and food in the U.S. can cause the beginning stages of skeletal fluorosis including: pains in bones and joints, sensations of burning, pricking, and tingling in the limbs, muscle weakness, chronic fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders, reduced appetite, backache, osteoarthritis, etc. In fact, decades of ingestion of fluoride from water and other common sources can be expected to cause these symptoms in large numbers of people based on calculations of fluoride intake and excretion. (Keep in mind that fluoride is a cumulative poison since it builds up in the body of years.) Very few healthcare practitioners are capable of diagnosing such a condition because healthcare practitioners are not trained to test for or recognize the effects chronic poisoning from fluoride.
Increases Lead and Arsenic Exposure
Fluoride compounds put into water are often contaminated with lead, arsenic and radio nuclides since the fluoride compounds are toxic waste byproducts which largely come from pollution scrubbers of fertilizer plants. A study published in 2000 showed that the dumping of toxic silicofluoride compounds into water (“fluoridation”) causes an increase in blood lead levels in children.
Fluoride Causes Osteoarthritis
In a study published in Rhuematology International in 2001, researchers found a link between fluoride exposure and the development of osteoarthritis. The level of exposure that caused osteoarthritis is common in the United States.
Contributes to the Development of Repetitive Stress Injury
A clinical study in New Zealand showed that fluoride ingestion may be a contributing factor in the development of Repetative Stress Injury (RSI) since such ingestion may encourage the development of apatite crystal formation. Elimination of fluoride plus regular supplementation of magnesium appeared to help RSI patients considerably.
Causes Permanent Disfigurement of the Teeth in Many Children
A very large and increasing number of children are experiencing dental fluorosis which is a permanent adverse structural change to the teeth.
Inhibits Key Enzymes
As fluoride builds up in different parts of the body over decades it can disrupt the actions of many key enzymes. This fact has been known for a long time.
Supresses Thyroid Function

Independent Experts Oppose Dumping Fluoride Into Water
Over 1500 professionals at the US EPA, including toxicologists and risk assessment experts voted unanimously to oppose the fluoridation initiative in California because of the health risks involved. Unethical
Fluoridation amounts to forced medication of the water supply. Such practices demonstrate a complete lack of ethics on the part of its promoters. Studies as early the 1930s showed extreme hazards to man and the environment due to fluoride dumping and exposure. Companies and organizations involved used the promotion of “fluoridation” as a way to avoid lawsuits due to dumping toxic wastes and later for economic gain. Banned in Many Countries

Many independent researchers, organizations, holistic healthcare experts and a growing number of dentists who avoid the use of toxic substances are warning their patients to avoid fluoridated water and fluoridated toothpaste and to definately not give children any fluoride since they appear to be more susceptible to the neurological toxicity from fluoride.
If your water department adds toxic fluoride compounds to the water, the best course of action is usually to drink and cook with bottled “spring” water. Carbon filters do not remove fluoride compounds to any significant extent. Avoid putting fluoridated water in humidifiers. Many non-organic juices have large amounts of fluoride from pesticide residues. It is best to juice your own vegetables and fruits from organic produce or go to a health food store to purchase organic juices.
Avoid toothpastes that have fluoride even if the manufacturers claim that the fluoride came from “natural” sources. Even though topical fluoride treatment may have an effect to help remineralize cavities at the early stages, the combination of a healthy diet, proper dental hygiene and saliva can have a similar effect. It is impossible to avoid swallowing some fluoride from fluoridated toothpaste. I have tried various toothpastes and current use the natural Weleda toothpaste with baking soda. I like that fact that it does not contain fluoride or the detergent, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS).

Lawsuit Filed To Protect Themselves from Unfair Patent Enforcement on Genetically Modified Seed
Action Would Prohibit Biotechnology Giant from Suing Organic Farmers and Seed Growers If Innocently Contaminated by Roundup Ready Genes
NEW York: On behalf of 60 family farmers, seed businesses and organic agricultural organizations, the Public Patent Foundation (PUBPAT) filed suit today against Monsanto Company challenging the chemical giant’s patents on genetically modified seed. The organic plaintiffs were forced to sue preemptively to protect themselves from being accused of patent infringement should their crops ever become contaminated by Monsanto’s genetically modified seed.
Monsanto has sued farmers in the United States and Canada, in the past, when their patented genetic material has inadvertently contaminated their crops.
The case, Organic Seed Growers & Trade Association, et al. v. Monsanto, was filed in federal district court in Manhattan and assigned to Judge Naomi Buchwald. Plaintiffs in the suit represent a broad array of family farmers, small businesses and organizations from within the organic agriculture community who are increasingly threatened by genetically modified seed contamination despite using their best efforts to avoid it. The plaintiff organizations have over 270,000 members, including thousands of certified organic family farmers.
“This case asks whether Monsanto has the right to sue organic farmers for patent infringement if Monsanto’s transgenic seed or pollen should land on their property,” said Dan Ravicher, PUBPAT’s Executive Director. “It seems quite perverse that an organic farmer contaminated by transgenic seed could be accused of patent infringement, but Monsanto has made such accusations before and is notorious for having sued hundreds of farmers for patent infringement, so we had to act to protect the interests of our clients.”
Once released into the environment, genetically modified seed can contaminate and destroy organic seed for the same crop. For example, soon after Monsanto introduced genetically modified seed for canola, organic canola became virtually impossible to grow as a result of contamination.
Organic corn, soybeans, cotton, sugar beets and alfalfa also face the same fate, as Monsanto has released genetically modified seed for each of those crops as well.
Monsanto is currently developing genetically modified seed for many other crops, thus putting the future of all food, and indeed all agriculture, at stake.
“Monsanto’s threats and abuse of family farmers stops here. Monsanto’s genetic contamination of organic seed and organic crops ends now,” stated Jim Gerritsen, a family farmer in Maine who raises organic seed and is President of lead plaintiff Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association. “Americans have the right to choice in the marketplace – to decide what kind of food they will feed their families.”
“Family-scale farmers desperately need the judiciary branch of our government to balance the power Monsanto is able to wield in the marketplace and in the courts,” said Mark A. Kastel, Senior Farm Policy Analyst for The Cornucopia Institute, one of the plaintiffs. “Monsanto, and the biotechnology industry, have made great investments in our executive and legislative branches through campaign contributions and powerful lobbyists in Washington.”
In the case, PUBPAT is asking Judge Buchwald to declare that if organic farmers are ever contaminated by Monsanto’s genetically modified seed, they need not fear also being accused of patent infringement. One reason justifying this result is that Monsanto’s patents on genetically modified seed are invalid because they don’t meet the “usefulness” requirement of patent law, according to PUBPAT’s Ravicher, the plaintiffs’ lead attorney in the case.
“Evidence cited by PUBPAT in its opening filing today proves that genetically modified seed has negative economic and health effects, while the promised benefits of genetically modified seed – increased production and decreased herbicide use – are false,” added Ravicher who is also a Lecturer of Law at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.
Ravicher continued, “Some say transgenic seed can coexist with organic seed, but history tells us that’s not possible, and it’s actually in Monsanto’s financial interest to eliminate organic seed so that they can have a total monopoly over our food supply,” said Ravicher. “Monsanto is the same chemical company that previously brought us Agent Orange, DDT, PCB’s and other toxins, which they said were safe, but we know are not. Now Monsanto says transgenic seed is safe, but evidence clearly shows it is not.”

Jim Gerritsen, a family farmer in Maine who raises organic seed and is President of lead plaintiff Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association based in Montrose, Colorado, said, “Today is Independence Day for America. Today we are seeking protection from the Court and putting Monsanto on notice. Monsanto’s threats and abuse of family farmers stops here. Monsanto’s genetic contamination of organic seed and organic crops ends now. Americans have the right to choice in the marketplace – to decide what kind of food they will feed their families
– and we are taking this action on their behalf to protect that right to choose. Organic farmers have the right to raise our organic crops for our families and our customers on our farms without the threat of invasion by Monsanto’s genetic contamination and without harassment by a reckless polluter. Beginning today, America asserts her right to justice and pure food.”
Ed Maltby, Executive Director of plaintiff Northeast Organic Dairy Producers Alliance (NODPA) said, “It’s outrageous that we find ourselves in a situation where the financial burden of GE contamination will fall on family farmers who have not asked for or contributed to the growth of GE crops. Family farmers will face contamination of their crops by GE seed which will threaten their ability to sell crops as organically certified or into the rapidly growing ‘Buy Local’ market where consumers have overwhelmingly declared they do not want any GE crops, and then family farmers may be faced by a lawsuit by Monsanto for patent infringement. We take this action to protect family farms who once again have to bear the consequences of irresponsible actions by Monsanto.”
David L. Rogers, Policy Advisor for plaintiff NOFA Vermont said, “Vermont’s farmers have worked hard to meet consumers’ growing demand for certified organic and non-GE food. It is of great concern to them that Monsanto’s continuing and irresponsible marketing of GE crops that contaminate non-GE plantings will increasingly place their local and regional markets at risk and threaten their livelihoods.”
Dewane Morgan of plaintiff Midheaven Farms in Park Rapids, Minnesota, said, “For organic certification, farmers are required to have a buffer zone around their perimeter fields. Crops harvested from this buffer zone are not eligible for certification due to potential drift from herbicide and fungicide drift. Buffer zones are useless against pollen drift. Organic, biodynamic, and conventional farmers who grow identity-preserved soybeans, wheat and open-pollinated corn often save seed for replanting the next year. It is illogical that these farmers are liable for cross-pollination contamination.”
Jill Davies, Director of plaintiff Sustainable Living Systems in Victor, Montana, said, “The building blocks of life are sacred and should be in the public domain. If scientists want to study and manipulate them for some supposed common good, fine. Then we must remove the profit motive. The private profit motive corrupts pure science and increasingly precludes democratic participation.”
David Murphy, founder and Executive Director of plaintiff Food Democracy Now! said, “None of Monsanto’s original promises regarding genetically modified seeds have come true after 15 years of wide adoption by commodity farmers. Rather than increased yields or less chemical usage, farmers are facing more crop diseases, an onslaught of herbicide-resistant superweeds, and increased costs from additional herbicide application. Even more appalling is the fact that Monsanto’s patented genes can blow onto another farmer’s fields and that farmer not only loses significant revenue in the market but is frequently exposed to legal action against them by Monsanto’s team of belligerent lawyers. Crop biotechnology has been a miserable failure economically and biologically and now threatens to undermine the basic freedoms that farmers and consumers have enjoyed in our constitutional democracy.”
Mark Kastel, Senior Farm Policy Analyst for plaintiff The Cornucopia Institute said, “We need the court system to offset this power and protect individual farmers from corporate tyranny. Farmers have saved seeds since the beginning of agriculture by our species. It is outrageous that one corporate entity, through the trespass of what they refer to as their ‘technology,’ can intimidate and run roughshod over family farmers in this country. It should be the responsibility of Monsanto, and farmers licensing their technology, to ensure that genetically engineered DNA does not trespass onto neighboring farmland. It is outrageous, that through no fault of their own, farmers are being intimidated into not saving seed for fear that they will be doggedly pursued through the court system and potentially bankrupted.”
Admittedly, it sounds like the most foolhardy of criminal capers, and one of the cheekiest, too.
Outside the police station in the small Victorian mill town of Todmorden, West Yorkshire, there are three large raised flower beds.
If you’d visited a few months ago, you’d have found them overflowing with curly kale, carrot plants, lettuces, spring onions — all manner of vegetables and salad leaves.
Today the beds are bare. Why? Because people have been wandering up to the police station forecourt in broad daylight and digging up the vegetables. And what are the cops doing about this brazen theft from right under their noses? Nothing.

Well, that’s not quite correct.
‘I watch ’em on camera as they come up and pick them,’ says desk officer Janet Scott, with a huge grin. It’s the smile that explains everything.
For the vegetable-swipers are not thieves. The police station carrots — and thousands of vegetables in 70 large beds around the town — are there for the taking. Locals are encouraged to help themselves. A few tomatoes here, a handful of broccoli there. If they’re in season, they’re yours. Free.
So there are (or were) raspberries, apricots and apples on the canal towpath; blackcurrants, redcurrants and strawberries beside the doctor’s surgery; beans and peas outside the college; cherries in the supermarket car park; and mint, rosemary, thyme and fennel by the health centre.
The vegetable plots are the most visible sign of an amazing plan: to make Todmorden the first town in the country that is self-sufficient in food.
‘And we want to do it by 2018,’ says Mary Clear, 56, a grandmother of ten and co-founder of Incredible Edible, as the scheme is called.
‘It’s a very ambitious aim. But if you don’t aim high, you might as well stay in bed, mightn’t you?’
So what’s to stop me turning up with a huge carrier bag and grabbing all the rosemary in the town?
‘Nothing,’ says Mary.
What’s to stop me nabbing all the apples?
‘Nothing.’
All your raspberries?
‘Nothing.’
It just doesn’t happen like that, she says. ‘We trust people. We truly believe — we are witness to it — that people are decent.’
When she sees the Big Issue seller gathering fruit for his lunch, she feels only pleasure. What does it matter, argues Mary, if once in a while she turns up with her margarine tub to find that all the strawberries are gone?
‘This is a revolution,’ she says. ‘But we are gentle revolutionaries. Everything we do is underpinned by kindness.’
The idea came about after she and co-founder Pam Warhurst, the former owner of the town’s Bear Cafe, began fretting about the state of the world and wondered what they could do.
They reasoned that all they could do is start locally, so they got a group of people, mostly women, together in the cafe.

‘Wars come about by men having drinks in bars, good things come about when women drink coffee together,’ says Mary.
‘Our thinking was: there’s so much blame in the world — blame local government, blame politicians, blame bankers, blame technology — we thought, let’s just do something positive instead.’
We’re standing by a car park in the town centre. Mary points to a housing estate up the hill. Her face lights up.
‘The children walk past here on the way to school. We’ve filled the flower beds with fennel and they’ve all been taught that if you bite fennel, it tastes like a liquorice gobstopper. When I see the children popping little bits of herb into their mouths, I just think it’s brilliant.’
She takes me over to the front garden of her own house, a few yards away.
Three years ago, when Incredible Edible was launched, she did a very unusual thing: she lowered her front wall, in order to encourage passers-by to walk into her garden and help themselves to whatever vegetables took their fancy.
There were signs asking people to take something but it took six months for folk to ‘get it’, she says.
They get it now. Obviously a few town-centre vegetable plants — even thousands of them — are not going to feed a community of 15,000 by themselves.
But the police station potatoes act as a recruiting sergeant — to encourage residents to grow their own food at home.
Today, hundreds of townspeople who began by helping themselves to the communal veg are now well on the way to self-sufficiency.
But out on the street, what gets planted where? There’s kindness even in that.
‘The ticket man at the railway station, who was very much loved, was unwell. Before he died, we asked him: “What’s your favourite vegetable, Reg?” It was broccoli. So we planted memorial beds with broccoli at the station. One stop up the line, at Hebden Bridge, they loved Reg, too — and they’ve also planted broccoli in his memory.’
Not that all the plots are — how does one put this delicately? — ‘official’.
Take the herb bushes by the canal. Owners British Waterways had no idea locals had been sowing plants there until an official inspected the area ahead of a visit by the Prince of Wales last year (Charles is a huge Incredible Edible fan).
Estelle Brown, a 67-year-old former interior designer who tended the plot, received an email from British Waterways.
‘I was a bit worried to open it,’ she says. ‘But it said: “How do you build a raised bed? Because my boss wants one outside his office window.”’
Incredible Edible is also about much more than plots of veg. It’s about educating people about food, and stimulating the local economy.
There are lessons in pickling and preserving fruits, courses on bread-making, and the local college is to offer a BTEC in horticulture. The thinking is that young people who have grown up among the street veg may make a career in food.
Crucially, the scheme is also about helping local businesses. The Bear, a wonderful shop and cafe with a magnificent original Victorian frontage, sources all its ingredients from farmers within a 30-mile radius.
There’s a brilliant daily market. People here can eat well on local produce, and thousands now do.
Meanwhile, the local school was recently awarded a £500,000 Lottery grant to set up a fish farm in order to provide food for the locals and to teach useful skills to young people.
Jenny Coleman, 62, who retired here from London, explains: ‘We need something for our young people to do. If you’re an 18-year-old, there’s got to be a good answer to the question: why would I want to stay in Todmorden?’
The day I visit, the town is battered by a bitterly-cold rain storm. Yet the place radiates warmth. People speak to each other in the street, wave as neighbours drive past, smile.
If the phrase hadn’t been hijacked, the words ‘we’re all in this together’ would spring to mind.
So what sort of place is Todmorden (known locally, without exception, as ‘Tod’)? If you’re assuming it’s largely peopled by middle-class grandmothers, think again. Nor is this place a mecca for the gin-and-Jag golf club set.
Set in a Pennine valley — once, the road through the town served as the border between Yorkshire and Lancashire — it is a vibrant mix of age, class and ethnicity.
A third of households do not own a car; a fifth do not have central heating.
You can snap up a terrace house for £50,000 — or spend close to £1 million on a handsome stone villa with seven bedrooms.
And the scheme has brought this varied community closer together, according to Pam Warhurst.
Take one example. ‘The police have told us that, year on year, there has been a reduction in vandalism since we started,’ she says. ‘We weren’t expecting this.’
So why has it happened?
Pam says: ‘If you take a grass verge that was used as a litter bin and a dog toilet and turn it into a place full of herbs and fruit trees, people won’t vandalise it. I think we are hard-wired not to damage food.’
Pam reckons a project like Incredible Edible could thrive in all sorts of places. ‘If the population is very transient, it’s difficult. But if you’ve got schools, shops, back gardens and verges, you can do it.’
Similar schemes are being piloted in 21 other towns in the UK, and there’s been interest shown from as far afield as Spain, Germany, Hong Kong and Canada. And, this week, Mary Clear gave a talk to an all-party group of MPs at Westminster.
Todmorden was visited by a planner from New Zealand, working on the rebuilding of his country after February’s earthquake.
Mary says: ‘He went back saying: “Why wouldn’t we rebuild the railway station with pick-your-own herbs? Why wouldn’t we rebuild the health centre with apple trees?”
‘What we’ve done is not clever. It just wasn’t being done.’
The final word goes to an outsider. Joe Strachan is a wealthy U.S. former sales director who decided to settle in Tod with his Scottish wife, after many years in California.
He is 61 but looks 41. He became active with Incredible Edible six months ago, and couldn’t be happier digging, sowing and juicing fruit.
I find myself next to him, sheltering from the driving rain. Why, I ask, would someone forsake the sunshine of California for all this?
His answer sums up what the people around here have achieved.
‘There’s a nobility to growing food and allowing people to share it. There’s a feeling we’re doing something significant rather than just moaning that the state can’t take care of us.

I now place in everyone’s hand the complete answer to tooth cavities.
Following this procedure there will not be one more cavity, one more gingivitis case, or one more fluorosed, brittle, cracked tooth in the world.
Bad teeth in Ireland, Canada, the USA, Britain, Australia and New Zealand will now be curbed. The 55-year fight with fluoride promoters (dentists) in these countries is over since research now establishes for certain that fluoride makes the teeth WORSE and not better (refs 1,2,3). My book, Good Teeth, Birth to Death lays out in no uncertain terms all the detail to achieve my claims.
I have talked to thousands of people about their teeth, many of whom have perfect teeth. In all those cases of perfect teeth, the practice of rinsing while eating has been the reason, and not fluoride. I am convinced that perfect teeth have little or nothing to do with genetics. The best way to have perfect teeth besides staying away from greedy or incompetent dentists is to pursue the following behavior:
1. Rinse acids off the teeth during eating (ref 4).
2. Brush the teeth with bar soap (ref 5).
3. Take calcium pills with vitamin D daily (ref 6).
4. Take monosodium phosphate daily (ref 7).
5. Take freshly made sodium ascorbate daily for gum connections to the teeth (ref 8).
6. Dispense with the worry that bacteria harm teeth: THEY CANNOT (ref 9).
7. Dispense with the worry that sugar destroys teeth. I find sugar has little or nothing to do with cavities (ref 10).

Acidic foods
By drinking a sip of water along with the acid during eating, the acid reacts chemically with water immediately to form hydronium ion and thus the enamel is saved. One can use milk or coffee for the same purpose, since they are both non-acidic.
Some harmful acids (with pH <4) which are tart to the taste and attack the enamel include lemons, grapefruit, oranges, pineapple, kiwi fruit, tomatoes, vinegar, cider, vitamin C (especially chewable) and stomach acid [compare Foods to handle with caution]. The lower the pH, the more rapidly the acids attack. Body acid (extremely weak) is insignificant in this process. Non-acid foods such as beans, bread and potatoes have no action on teeth. Worry about such foods is over. The only worry about non-acid foods is if they will crack the teeth due to their hardness. Chewing ice, unpopped corn kernels, extremely hard nuts, bones or other hard objects is not smart, since teeth do have a breaking strength.
Reenamelization
Reenamelization is necessary on a daily basis because the enamel leaches slightly with water as well as the bones over decades leading to holey bones and holey teeth even in the absence of acid attack. Without reenamelization, we could never have good teeth.
Bacteria inoffensive to teeth
Witness the billions of animal and human remains in the earth which have lost all the flesh and are reduced to tooth enamel and bones. It is quite evident that the teeth have been through bacterial contact but are unaffected. The same with human teeth. They cannot be affected by bacteria, because there is no carbon or hydrogen in enamel, which bacteria subsist on. Fluoride
Fluoride in the gels used (inappropriately) to harden the enamel is extremely toxic at a concentration of 13,000 ppm (1.3%). Keith Kantor of McMinneville Oregon was killed in the dentist’s chair 3 years ago by swallowing half a teaspoon of the gel. His brother nearly died from the same treatment, but was saved by having calcium gluconate administered to him.
Dr. Albert Schatz, Nobelist who discovered streptomycin, found several decades ago that sharks’ teeth with their excessive fluoride would dissolve just as readily in citric acid as ordinary non-fluoridated teeth, laying to rest the hypothesis that fluoride would stop cavities. The dental people (American Dental Association) pushed aside this discovery and Dr. Schatz’ discoveries regarding excessive baby mortalities caused by fluoridation in Chili, South America as insignificant.
They returned his mail 3x unopened and would not deal with him.
Three kidney dialysis patients at the University of Chicago Medical School were killed 3 years ago when nurses used unpurified Chicago tap water for dialysis. Chicago water has 2 ppm fluoride in it during the winter.
Fluoridated water is lethal to dialysis patients. Fluoride is also very harmful to the kidneys of ordinary people.
One can look up the lethal dose of a large number of chemicals all the way from botulinum and snake poison toxins to sugar, a non-toxin, on pages 57 and 58 of my book Good Teeth, Birth to Death. It is interesting that the lethal dosage of fluoride compound for a 50 kg man is 2.5 mg (fluoroacetic acid), and 400 mg for arsenic oxide. Numerous people, animals and fish on earth, especially in the U.S., have been killed by fluoride, but very few, if any, by arsenic.
Toothpaste companies now are required to put warning signs on tubes so children will not consume enough of the 1000 ppm (.1%) material to make them sick or cause death. This requirement arises out of lawsuits in which children were poisoned by fluoride-containing toothpaste.
The best available data indicates about 120,000 cancer patients are killed annually because of fluoride in their drinking water. These include patients with every type of cancer. The dramatic increase of cancer cases in the US in recent times can probably be laid directly on the shoulders of the dentists due to their tireless energies in converting city councils to put fluoride in the water for “the children’s teeth.” They are able to do this because of large government grants. It is irrational to believe just “anything” in the environment causes cancer. The unique character of fluoride ion in destroying enzymes deserves attention.

This article states we have a tooth decay epidemic in the US since 42% of people over 65 years of age have no natural teeth, 44-year-olds have an average of 30 decays, 17-year-olds have an average of 11 decays, the blacks and the poor are twice as bad as this and the American Indians have four times the tooth trouble. American Indians have free dental care, and have had since almost the beginning of fluoridation. If fluoride helped prevent cavities at a rate of 80% per 15 years as the proponents of fluoride claimed in the beginning of the early studies of the forties, US residents would now have less than 2 cavities per person (my calculation).
(ref 2) In MediZine, V6 #2, April of 2000, the American Dental Association again states that a dental epidemic exists and 42% of those over 65 years of age and 25% of those over 44 years of age have no natural teeth. They admit their ignorance as to why.
(ref 3) 4 curves representing a total of 480,000 students and covering over 30 years of study indicate that the increasing concentration of fluoride in drinking water from 0 to 1 ppm increases the cavities 7, 43, 22 and 10% in Japan, Tucson, India and the US (see GTBD, pp 44,45,46 and 49). In other words, fluoridation about doubles cavitation from the normal (my calculation). Numerous studies verify the fact that fluoridation of water increases cavities.
(ref 4) Tooth enamel (essentially calcium phosphate) reacts with all acids to form cavities (see any chemistry text dealing with solubilities). The proton of the acid pulls the phosphate right out of the enamel, and fast.
(ref 5) Renormalization of the teeth occurs when they are clean. All toothpastes make a barrier of glycerine on the teeth which would require 20 rinses to get it off. A good solution for clean teeth, which I have used for 5 years, is bar soap. Wet the brush, swipe the bar two or three times with it, then brush the teeth thoroughly and the gums gently. Rinse with water three or four times. All oils are washed off the teeth and the gums are disinfected. The bacteria are killed by the soap*. The teeth are then ready for remineralization with calcium and phosphate in the diet. The enzyme adenosine diphosphatase delivers phosphate to the enamel surface. Do not use liquid soaps. Their different composition is harmful to the protoplasm.
Comment by Healing Teeth Naturally: Dr. Judd is possibly somewhat wrong in this statement. It appears that generally, normal household soap does not kill bacteria. Rather, the friction of brushing with soap breaks down the germ wall and the ability of soap to emulsify allows microbes to be rinsed away with water. (ref 6) Calcium (1.2 g if it is the only source) with vitamin D can be obtained from Walgreens at a very reasonable price of about 5 cents per pill. Other required vitamin and mineral requirements of the body can be found on page 56 of Good Teeth, Birth to Death. Vitamin D helps to deliver calcium to its needed site. All acid-soluble calcium compounds such as calcium carbonate or calcium citrate are suitable with D. It goes without saying that calcium is necessary in building calcium phosphate teeth.
(ref 7) Monosodium phosphate ($20./lb delivered, food grade from 1-800-344-2047) is the best supplement for phosphate since it is very pure and highly soluble in water. Simply take about 1/5 teaspoon (1 gram), dissolve it in 1 inch of water in less than a minute, then fill up the glass and drink it daily. This takes care of all the bones, teeth, DNA, RNA and at least 30 phosphate-containing enzymes which are listed on page 53 of my Good Teeth, Birth to Death book. Our bodies run on enzymes and we are hard put to lose any of them. Even the brain requires them. Phosphate also regulates body pH. (ref 8) Vitamin C powder at Trader Joes is $9.99/lb. Put 1 level tsp (4 g) in a glass, add 1/2 tsp Arm and Hammer baking soda, add 1 inch of water, let fizz, dilute to 8 oz and drink. The compound made here is fresh sodium ascorbate. This is about 1000 x as soluble as C, and is more reactive towards antibody and connective tissue construction and viral destruction. Thus the gums knit back to the teeth, avoiding any kind of oral surgery for “receding gums.” Receding gums are nothing but gum pockets caused by toothpaste and especially fluoride, which severs all proteins because of its highly negative character. Fluoride is the smallest negative ion on earth, and consequently is the most intensely negative particle on earth. As such, fluoride breaks the positive hydrogen bonds, which hold the coils together, in proteins and enzymes.
(ref 9) We know that bacteria have nothing to do with loss of enamel.
(ref 10) Sugars (fructose, glucose and sucrose) were found in my laboratory studies to be unable to dissolve calcium phosphate to any extent, even in hot water solution. The reason for this is that the chelation process of the sugar towards teeth is slow because of the large size of the molecule and perhaps for the particular shape of the chelate formed. Sugars are not the cause of tooth cavities to any great extent, but still it will do no harm to rinse them off the teeth after consuming candy, especially the sticky variety. The adhering barrier will prevent reenamelization.
(ref 11) Fluoride at very low levels destroys at least 66 out of 83 enzymes (p. 53, GTBD) by uncoupling the hydrogen bond linkage between the enzyme coils. Fluoride causes 113 known ailments (p. 54, GTBD). Ten of these were established through double blind studies, which although noteworthy, may be of no more significance than the individual diagnoses.

A great amount of REPUTABLE DENTAL RESEARCH proves the following:
1. Tooth cavities will be ended simply by rinsing acids off the teeth. ACIDS ALONE EAT THE ENAMEL. There would be no cavities in the world if all people rinsed acids from their teeth promptly. Just sip water, milk or other liquid while eating. Water reacts with acids.
2. Foods and drinks, other than those containing acids, have no action on tooth enamel. SUGARS HAVE NO ACTION ON THE ENAMEL.

4. Teeth reenamelize when clean. TO MAKE TEETH CLEAN ONE BRUSHES WITH ANY BAR SOAP. Soap washes off in just 2 rinses. What about toothpastes? Glycerine in all tooth pastes is so sticky that it takes 27 washes to get it off. Teeth brushed with any toothpaste are coated with a film and CANNOT PROPERLY REENAMELIZE.

5. Taking calcium and phosphate in the diet results in reenamelization of the teeth, but only when they are clean. Bar soap does a perfect job in cleaning the surface. The enamel thickens and becomes less sensitive. Adenosine diphosphatase furnishes phosphate to teeth.
6. Gums are disinfected by brushing with any bar soap. Not only bacteria and viruses are destroyed promptly by small amounts of soap in water, but also white flies and aphids. Gardeners: Spray 1 tsp of dishwashing soap in 1 gallon of water to kill white flies and aphids.
7. Plaque, a poorly formed crystal stuck to the bottom of the enamel, is prevented and eventually removed by brushing with bar soap. Dental procedures to get the badly formed crystals off dig holes through the enamel. These cavities catch food and cause gum infection.
8. Prevention of plaque retards gum pockets. Gum pockets are formed as the plaque pushes the gums away from the teeth. Gum pockets, from 1 to 8 mm deep, are also formed by FLUORIDE, which severs the protein molecules adhering the gums to the teeth. SOAP PREVENTS GINGIVITIS caused by bacteria lodged in the gum pockets.
9. VITAMIN C AND PHOSPHATE help knit the gums back to the teeth. Pressing against the gums with fingers forces adhesive materials from the gums onto the teeth, which helps the process. Abscesses can be offset by holding Cepacol (14% alcohol) in the mouth 5 minutes.
10. Receding gum surgery will end when the gum pockets cease. The very mention of the procedure, which involves transferring flesh from the roof of the mouth to the excised area of the gums, is a heinous and useless procedure which ought to pass into oblivion.
11. Removal of fluoride from drinking water, pastes or gels saves the enzyme adenosine diphosphatase so it can deliver phosphate to calcium at the tooth surface, resulting in a beautiful, semi-flexible enamel.
12. As stated above, the gums can be reconnected to the teeth by taking vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (1 tsp) with Arm and Hammer baking soda (1/2 tsp) in 1 inch of water, letting it fizz and then diluting to 1/2 to 1 cup with water, then drinking. The resulting SODIUM ASCORBATE is non-acid, very pure and a thousand times more soluble than vitamin C. Sodium ascorbate is more reactive than ascorbic acid (C) in building connective tissue and antibody structures and more effective in killing some viruses and bacteria.
13. Receding gums and plaque are ended when soap is used for brushing and vitamin C is taken daily as described in #12.

14. 30% of American youths ages 8-10 have no cavities. 100% of Ugandan youths ages 6-10 have no cavities. What does this tell us?

The reason Ugandan youths have 3 times better teeth than American youths is because they do not consume as many acid foods, have no fluoride in their drinking water, have regular meals rather than sipping acid drinks all day, have more calcium and phosphate in their diet, and have fewer dentists to work on their teeth.
16. Dental literature says 42% of Americans over 65 have no natural teeth, while 25% of those over 43 have none.
17. Dental literature says Americans age 43 average 32 cavities, those age 17 have 13 cavities, blacks and poverty stricken (without calcium and phosphate) have twice this and the native Americans have four times this amount. The Native American plight can be blamed on their poor nutrition, excessive fluoridation, and free but improper dental care.
18. If fluoridation were effective in preventing cavities, Native Americans would have the least cavities. They have had forced fluoridation for approximately 62 years.
19. Fluoride in water at I part per million INCREASED tooth cavities in four large reliable studies 7, 22, 45 and10 % (average 21 %). The reason far these increases has to do with the fact that adenosine diphosphatase is destroyed by fluoride and CALCIUM FLUORIDE which slips into the enamel, is alien to the tooth composite and makes the enamel weak, brittle and discolored.
20. The health of American teeth will increase to be very nearly perfect if the regimen of water rinsing, soap brushing and taking calcium, phosphate and vitamin C in the diet is implemented.
21. Fortunately, we now know the current teeth-perfecting protocol of dentistry with fluoridation is flawed. If the early estimates of 80% tooth improvement in childrens’ teeth by age 13 were true, each American would now have less than one cavity. That is far from true. The teeth in America are in a sorry state, and at the present time are getting worse.
22. Numerous top scientists over the past 60 years have discarded the theory that fluoride helps teeth, or is a nutrient helpful to man
23. To avoid fluoride is to prevent more than 114 ailments listed with references in a book “Good Teeth Birth to Death” by Gerard F. Judd , Ph. D. These 114 medical side effects extend all the way from cancer down to headaches caused by 1 ppm fluoride in the water. Thirteen of these side effects are proved by a double blind study on 60 patients by 12 physicians, 1 pharmacist and 1 attorney.
24. The mechanism for destruction of enzymes by fluoride has been proven by x-ray studies. Hydrogen bonds are broken by fluoride.
25. Fluoride is the smallest negative particle on the face of the earth. Since the fluoride particles are so small and so intensely negative, they connect with the hydrogen bonds holding the enzyme coils in place and ruin every enzyme molecule at very low concentration, around 1-3 ppm. These enzymes are often 3,000 or more times the small size of the fluoride. The effect is ruinous.
26. To avoid fluoride is to prevent the destruction of 83 enzymes listed with references in Good Teeth, Birth to Death, by Gerard F. Judd , Ph. D.. Fluoride is a severe biological poison. Being intensely negative, it unlatches positive hydrogen bonds in enzymes AND proteins.
27. It is fortunate we have learned fluoride is a nerve poison. Fluoride causes cavities. There is not the slightest doubt.
28. Methylmercury formed from amalgams in the body is deadly. It causes brain disease. Fillings made of quartzite and epoxy are a safe substitute.

Before you engage in any form of alternative medical care, remember that conventional medicine normally is held to high standards of proven effectiveness and safety. Just because something is natural or holistic doesn’t mean it can’t damage your health or well-being. It took eight years and nine experiments with more 1,000 participants, but the results offer evidence that humans have some ability to anticipate the future.
“Of the various forms of ESP or psi, as we call it, precognition has always most intrigued me because it’s the most magical,” said Daryl Bem, professor of psychology emeritus, whose study will be published in the American Psychological Association’s Journal of Personality and Social Psychology sometime next year.
“It most violates our notion of how the physical world works. The phenomena of modern quantum physics are just as mind-boggling, but they are so technical that most non-physicists don’t know about them,” said Bem, who studied physics before becoming a psychologist.
Publishing on this topic has gladdened the hearts of psi researchers but stumped doubting social psychologists, who cannot fault Bem’s mainstream and widely accepted methodology. Bem became interested in the scientific study of psi (unexplained processes of information or energy transfer) when he was asked to find methodological flaws in one psi researcher’s successful extrasensory perception studies — and couldn’t.
“The research and this article are specifically targeted to my fellow social psychologists,” Bem said. “I designed the experiments to be persuasive, simple and transparent enough to encourage them to try replicating these experiments for themselves.” Bem’s innovation in the experiments reported in the article was to “take well-known phenomena in psychology and reverse their time course.”
Rather than present a stimulus and measure a subject’s response, Bem measured the subject’s response before the stimulus was presented. In some earlier experiments by other psi researchers, participants were hooked up to physiological measuring equipment similar to a lie detector that measured emotional arousal. They sat before a computer and watched randomly selected images; some were erotic or very negative (“like the bloody photos you see on CSI”) images.
“Your physiology jumps when you see one of those pictures after watching a series of landscapes or neutral pictures,” Bem said. “But the remarkable finding is that your physiology jumps before the provocative picture actually appears on the screen — even before the computer decides which picture to show you. What it shows is that your physiology can anticipate an upcoming event even though your conscious self might not.”
Bem’s nine experiments demonstrated similar unconscious influences from future events. For example, in one experiment, participants saw a list of words and were then given a test in which they tried to retype as many of the words as they could remember. Next, a computer randomly selected some of the words from the list and gave the participants practice exercises on them. When their earlier memory test results were checked, it was found that they had remembered more of the words they were to practice later than words they were not going to practice. In other words, the practice exercises had reached back in time to help them on the earlier test.
All but one of the nine experiments confirmed the hypothesis that psi exists. The odds against the combined results being due to chance or statistical flukes are about 74 billion to 1, according to Bem.
Throughout his career Bem has taken paths less traveled. In 1994 he co-authored a series of experiments on telepathy published in another APA journal, the Psychological Bulletin. “In my work, I have always pursued problems or puzzles that strike me as interesting and have not worried about how it might affect my career. I have a maverick approach to many psychological topics, and I consider myself fortunate that Cornell has always given me the freedom to do that.”
Bem, who came to Cornell in 1978 and retired in 2007, said it is unusual for him to work on one topic for eight years, “but this one was a biggie and seemed like an appropriate thing to end my career with. The journal in which it will appear is the same journal that published my very first article 50 years ago.”
Bem said he conducted the experiments because he believed that existing research strongly implied that precognition is real. “I went in optimistic that I would be able to find it with these experiments,” he said. “After I started getting positive results, my undergraduate research team seemed puzzled by my enthusiasm and said, ‘But didn’t you tell us you thought these would work?’
“I said yes, but when I actually see them work, that’s very different.”

This page details my fundamental beliefs, and functions as the site’s basic reference point. As you scroll down, you may notice that it is a lengthy and complex list. However, only the first point is important, for it is the absolute, objective truth that encompasses all subsequent illusory truths. It underlines the origin of the game; all truths thereafter are simply the game’s metaphysical rules and microcosmic particulars. At its core, absolute truth is elementary and unburdened by intellectualism.
Of course, this list represents a set of personal beliefs that may prove inaccurate in both theory and articulation thereof. No mind on Earth knows the truth, because no Earth mind can comprehend the macrocosm. Third density is the density of polarisation rather than comprehension, but if we can grasp the fundamentals whilst incarnated here, then we will unveil the footpaths towards deeper understanding.
Much of what I write below correlates with the Law of One and other sources of resonance, whereas much else is derived from personal insight and observation. Although I doubt that my belief in the objective truth will change, it is possible that my beliefs in the illusory truths will. This is the problem with publishing your beliefs; if they change over time, then all subsequent publications are viewed as jarring contradictions rather than natural evolutions. It would not surprise me if this understanding forced many credibility-conscious researchers to cling, quite reluctantly, to outgrown conjectures and erstwhile convictions. Personally, I endeavour to remain intellectually honest and to allow this list to evolve as I do. Ultimately, however, I do believe that each point herein is true – they have endured the persistent trials of intuition, and were composed with a warm inner accord.
The Objective Truth
Oneness
We are all a part of one infinite consciousness (the Source) that chose to experience itself subjectively in order to explore itself as a creator, and to discover what it is (unconditional love, creativity, harmony and infinity) by experiencing what it is not (hatred, destruction, chaos and limitation). Thus, it created the ‘game.’
All truths hereafter are simply the rules of an illusory game, mere aberrations of this objective truth. They are only ‘real’ insofar as a computer simulation often seems real when played. All that vibrates is illusory, and all except the Source vibrates.
The Illusory Truths
The Game
1.) Life is an illusory game comprised of densities and dimensions. As infinite spiritual beings, we voluntarily choose to play the game and commonly start from the first density, the world of gross matter. As we gradually ascend the densities (the number of main densities remains debatable; I choose seven because I believe that each density correlates with the seven main chakras), we move closer towards convergence with our true nature, the Source.
2.) There are two basic alignments within the game; the ‘positive’ orientation of Service to Others (STO), and the ‘negative’ orientation of Service to Self (STS). The main purpose behind existence in third density (the density in which we are currently incarnated) is to orientate, then consistently follow our chosen path.
3.) Third density is the first and last density wherein STO and STS forces co-exist simultaneously. Thenceforth, each density until sixth branches into STS and STO equivalents. That is, while there is only third density, there is a fourth density positive, fourth density negative, fifth density positive, and fifth density negative. Third density STO-oriented incarnations ascend the positive equivalents, whereas third density STS-oriented incarnations ascend the negative equivalents. Sometimes the polarised densities superficially interact, but the incarnates (sometimes called personas) of each respective equivalent cannot usually perceive the other.
4.) Although neither orientation is ‘better’ than the other, the STO path is required for higher ascension insofar as the qualities that the path cultivates in ourselves – unconditional love, oneness and altruism – are the qualities of our true nature. For most STS entities, but there will come a time – typically in higher fifth density – when they realise the futility of self-service. It may take trillions of years, but the spiritual equivalent of a self-aware black hole will gradually recognise its increasingly unsustainable existence. Thus, before sixth density entry is permitted, the former STS being must choose to embrace, or re-embrace, the altruistic path.
5.) Our soul’s default ‘home’ within the game is higher fifth density, the density of wisdom that corresponds with the throat chakra. This is the non-physical ‘afterlife’ expounded upon by genuine psychic mediums and those who had near death experiences, and it is where we return inbetween incarnations into lower densities. As with all densities after lower fourth, the fifth density is non-physical and our awareness therein is considerably expanded. We understand, for example, that the game is cyclical in nature. As humans, our current perception is a ‘slide’ on a ‘projector’ that our consciousness currently collapses into awareness. Just because we are currently ‘focused’ on one slide, does not mean that the other slides don’t exist within the present moment. In other words, everything within the game happens simultaneously. The notion of linear time is illusory, for we exist – and always have existed – within the eternal present.
6.) There is a difference between a soul and a Higher Self. The former is our subtle body that partially remains in fifth density during incarnation, and partially incarnates with us (effectively ‘superimposing’ itself over our physical body). The latter is our evolved self from the perceived ‘future’ that guides both our souls in fifth density, and our incarnations (‘conscience’). As we ascend the densities we become closer to our Higher Self, and once we attain sixth density, we merge with it. In this completed, harmonious state we attempt to perfect the art of serving others, often by incarnating into lower densities as STS personas (as with the Family, explained later) or, far more commonly, STO personas that help others to reach a greater self-awareness (for example, Siddhartha Gautama or Jesus). Eventually, we may choose to finally merge with the Source in seventh density and return to our truly infinite nature, thus ‘completing’ the game.
Soul Harvests
1.) All densities operate in cycles, and at the end of each cycle there is a harvest of souls. Despite the seemingly morbid connotations of such, harvests are simply the non-judgemental segregation of souls based upon vibratory attainment. If a soul achieves a predominantly STO orientation, it can graduate to fourth density. If a soul achieves an overwhelmingly STS orientation, it can graduate to fourth density negative (which, despite its seemingly elevated status, is ‘below’ third density). Unharvestable souls (that is, those who have not oriented via consistent work on either themselves or others) will undergo another third density cycle until they polarise.
2.) Third density cycles last tens of thousands of years (some sources claim 75,000 years, however I cannot confirm this estimation). Although there are sometimes smaller harvests during a cycle, the most important harvest for soul development is the great harvest that occurs at a cycle’s culmination.
3.) The next great harvest will occur, according to the Mayan calendar and other accurate sources, in 2012. Rather than being a sudden, physically perceivable event like the ‘rapture’ prophesied by Biblical literature, this date simply marks the beginning of soul segregation after physical death. Those who die prior to this time will not be harvested, those who die during or after it will. If a harvestable (i.e. oriented) soul dies prior to harvest, the soul can reincarnate during the remaining years. No harvestable soul unfairly ‘misses’ a due harvest.
4.) When a harvestable soul dies after the harvest date, it experiences the same ‘tunnel of light’ phenomenon described by those who died prior to harvest time, or who experienced near death experiences. The difference between dying post-harvest is that the soul will be ‘tested’ for vibrational stability; the tunnel’s light will become brighter and more loving until the soul cannot appreciate further vibratory ascension. If the soul accepts, without apparent discomfort, a predominantly positive vibration, it can graduate to fourth density positive wherein the vibrations are of a similar rapidity. The few souls who can graduate to fourth density negative (their post-harvest endurance test is similar to above, but light intensity is replaced with darkness) must have achieved an immensely high STS orientation. You don’t need to be perfectly altruistic to graduate to fourth density positive, but you need to be almost completely self-serving to graduate to fourth density negative. it is unlikely that complex, multi-faceted tyrants like Adolf Hitler or Mao Tsetung, for example, graduated to fourth density negative.
5.) The vast majority of souls, at least on third density Earth, are currently unharvestable insofar as they lack orientation. Most people’s lives are saturated with good deeds and bad deeds equally, and have not yet ‘settled’ on consistent altruism or consistent self-service. Fortunately, our existences are saturated with catalysts that can help us polarise.
The main suppliers of catalysts – intentionally or unintentionally – on Earth at present are the various STS and STO forces detailed below:
i) Organised Negative forces: the Family (sometimes called the Illuminati), whose influence is gradually intensifying as harvest approaches. The New World Order, or implementation of global fascism, is the grossest manifestation of their work, although cosmic laws ensure that their power over humanity is limited. The upper echelons of the Family (i.e. an absolute minority) are conscious that they help third density incarnations to polarise by providing catalysts, and are higher density STO souls incarnating as STS personas. I discuss the Family in greater detail later.
ii) Entropic Negative forces: hyperdimensional entities from fourth and fifth density negative, astral vampires, and third density STS entities. Wishful thinking pervades the dark minds of these beings, and they are unaware that their seemingly self-absorbed actions are forever assisting souls’ development. Unlike the Family, who are ‘organised catalyst-providers,’ these beings truly wish to corrupt or destroy us. Many are psychic vampires who feed upon fear, and use third density Earth as a ‘farming ground’ to generate such. As with the Family, there are cosmic laws limiting their influence upon humanity, and most people are attacked by them because they subconsciously willed or attracted it.
i) Organised Positive forces: spirit guides, souls, higher selves, benevolent extraterrestrials and higher density social memory complexes. Our primitive five senses cannot perceive organised STO forces, and one must sincerely request their assistance before their subtle, but notable, influence upon our lives is affected. They are cautious of violating our free will, and often communicate to us in dreams through indirect and ambiguous symbolism. All entities can enjoy the guidance of these beings, but most people are unaware of their existence.
ii) Entropic Positive forces: wanderers, spiritual teachers, third density STO entities. These are the positive forces who help show undecided entities the STO path in physical life.
Because organised positive forces are omnipresent but unseen, and entropic positive forces are seen but rare, it seems probable that most indifferent souls on Earth will either remain unharvestable, or choose the STS path. Regardless of Earth’s seemingly imbalanced STS-STO ratio, however, both orientations will remain equally available. No soul is deprived of the STO path because the planet in which it incarnates is predominantly STS.
Preincarnative Choices
1.) Before incarnating anew, our souls (guided by our Higher Selves) outline the major events of our upcoming life, such as our birth and death, meeting a soul mate, acquiring a new job, being raped, etc. Inbetween these major life events are ‘gross free will zones,’ wherein the persona can exercise his free will without incessant gravitation towards a predetermined event or circumstance. If a persona fails to reach an intended event (such as meeting an important individual at a party), the universe can introduce the event via another outlet (such as meeting the same individual elsewhere, perhaps in a bar). In fact, we could represent a life as a car journey from Point A (birth) to point Z (death), with a satellite navigation system symbolising our intuition. We follow the routes we ourselves mapped, and if we take an alternative route to the one intended, the navigation system automatically re-routes for us.
2.) Personas are created by thought projection, which the soul then infuses with some of its lifeforce. Because a persona contains only a small percentage of the total lifeforce comprising the soul, it is possible and indeed quite common for one soul to have several incarnations operating simultaneously on the same density, during the same period of ‘time.’ Incidences of identical twins are common examples of such, although it is equally common for two or more personas of corresponding origins to never intercept or interact during their respective lifetimes.
3.) Because the game is ultimately about self-understanding and exploration, we ensure that our lifeplans contain an indefinite number of what we consider ‘unpleasant’ experiences. ‘Unpleasant’ experiences are essential because they provide the catalysts needed for an STO persona to see what he is not, and consequently grow from this understanding. When one has learned all he needs to know about a certain negative output, it becomes unnecessary for him to experience similar negative encounters thereafter.
4.) Although we are able in fifth density to freely outline a new life, we must also work with karmic considerations. After our first ever incarnation, all subsequent incarnations’ lifeplans must be shaped by our accumulated ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ karma. Karma is a neutral tool that helps us improve the evolutionary potential of our future lives by directing us towards specific areas of focus highlighted by past life actions. For example, if a soul’s persona once joined a National Socialist movement and consequently harmed other people, the soul may choose to be a victim of similar hate in a subsequent life and learn from the experience.
Dimensions and Densities
1.) Dimensions differ from densities in that they follow a horizontal rather than vertical orientation. Parallel – and therefore undetectable – to our perceived present are an infinite number of dimensions representing every alternative possibility in our third density existence. These parallel realities range from lifelines that are imperceptibly different from those we currently perceive, to lifelines so different that they almost defy comparison. When you make a decision that mirrors a decision made by the other ‘you’ in an alternate dimension, a bridging or convergence of dimensions occurs and you get ‘déjà vu’ – the collapsing of an alternative ‘you’ into the current, perceivable ‘you.’ When an entity time travels, he will understand that changing the past does not affect this lifeline’s present; instead, it affects the present of an alternative dimension that, in accord with the law of probabilities, is extremely unlikely to intercept the one from which he came. Thus, you will not instantly vanish from existence if you travelled back in time and killed your parents, and the future ‘you’ will not instantly die if the past ‘you’ committed suicide.
Objectivity and Subjectivity
1.) Truth cannot be subjective, and therefore the quest for truth is the quest for objectivity. However, there are two forms of objectivity, and only the first is attainable within the game:
i) Illusory Objectivity: Illusory objectivity is the closest form of objectivity to which we can currently aspire. It is achieved by following our lifeplan as closely as possible, so that our lives closely resemble what our souls intended. The best approach for this is to remain emotionally detached and maintain a non-judgemental outlook, to be open to all possible theories (this will prevent your reality from filtering potentially useful and truthful literature), to avoid manipulating the Law of Attraction, and, most of all, to follow your intuition at all times. Unless we can simultaneously experience everything within the macrocosm, and therefore be every possible mind, alternative, belief, sound, colour, density, and possibility, true objectivity is unattainable. If we have a different perspective from another soul, subjectivity dominates us. To believe otherwise is wishful thinking, and, ironically, wishful thinking is a prime distorter of reality.
ii.) True Objectivity: Only by simultaneously experiencing the game’s infinite number of subjective experiences can we achieve true objectivity. Thus, only the Source (seventh density) can achieve it.
Conspiratorial Truths
The Family and the New World Order
1.) Since the beginning of our third density cycle, a network of interrelated bloodlines have guided and controlled humanity with the ultimate intention of installing a global fascist state (the ‘New World Order’). Whether it be the sixties ‘Hippie’ movement, the World Wars, Ghandi’s liberation of India, the LA Riots (electromagnetically-induced mind control), the introduction of the Internet, the Lamaist theocracy of old Tibet, 9/11, the Women’s Liberation Movement, or the composition of key religious texts, the Family have either been substantially or wholly involved. Many of these events are applications of the Hegelian Dialectic – the greatest and most popular mass mind control technique – and all serve to advance the fascist agenda. (Note: Although most conspiracy researchers call these bloodlines the ‘Illuminati,’ I believe that this term has gradually accumulated nebulous connotations. It has become a lexical silhouette onto which all our fears and insecurities are superimposed. I feel that the term ‘the Family’ is purer, and better emphasises the group’s patrimonial essence).
2.) As with all true powerlines, the Family have remained hidden from the outset. Instead, they appoint comparatively powerless, non-bloodline puppets – presidents, kings, queens, chairmen, artists, writers, scientists, martyrs – who are happy (or, in some cases, blackmailed) to publically advance the agenda in exchange for earthly wealth and respect. Most of these puppets (examples include Barack Obama, Damien Hirst, Charlemagne, Winston Churchill, Adolf Hitler, John Lennon etc.), and the secret orders and institutions to which they often belong (the Bilderberg Group, the Knights of Malta, the upper echelons of Freemasonry [33rd until 360th degree], the Jesuit Order, the Roman papal families [the Houses of Breakspear, Orsini, Cecil, de Medici, etc.], the Californian Satanic powerbases, and so forth) have consciously chosen the STS path, or are STS Wanderers. Many are born without consciences and are clinical psychopaths, although society seldom recognises this fact due to the longstanding misconception that all humans are fundamentally alike.
3.) Unlike their puppets, the upper Family belong to a higher density STO social memory complex that was appointed to serve humanity by incarnating as STS personas who, through their controlling and ‘negative’ actions, provide us with catalysts that help us to polarise or refine our evolution. Although these catalysts will increase in number and severity as the great harvest approaches, the Family’s control never reaches the stage whereby incarnates can no longer exercise their free will.
4.) Family-organised events are often deliberately imperfectly executed to help slumbering minds awaken and polarise. For example, truthseekers often wonder why 9/11 was sloppily organised when some of humanity’s finest minds surely planned it. Why has the Pentagon withheld CCTV footage of what hit it, when advanced digital technology could have inserted a realistic computer-generated Boeing 747 into the video to support the official story? Why were Dick Cheney and George W. Bush forced to improvise their alibis when questioned (and consequently produce contradictory statements) when they could easily have been granted watertight, pre-planned answers? Why are seven of the alleged Muslim hijackers now officially revealed as alive and living in Iran? Nothing in politics happens by accident. The government does not make mistakes. 9/11 could have been so flawlessly executed that even the most jaded of conspiriologists would embrace the official story. If inconsistencies are apparent, then they are intended. The puppets may express disdain at them (mainly because they have to deal with public queries), but their masters always insure that the official stories are penetrable.
5.) The more we research and understand the extent of our manipulation, the more we can free ourselves – and others – from its grip. But remember that these events are also designed to distract us from looking within. Researching world events is important, but we cannot let it consume our lives. We must always prioritise our spiritual development, and remain emotionally detached from the Family’s holographic theatre. Likewise, informing others of the Orwellian agenda is a noble ambition, but we must place emphasis foremost on desired solutions. If we simply expose the agenda and then spend our days scouring newspapers and insider publications for confirmation of its procession, then we assist the truth no greater than the much-read columnist who opines that terrorists caused 9/11. Thoughts and words individualise our realities, and our personal realities determine the consensual reality. If our individual realities are shaped by fear, what emotion therefore shapes the consensual reality?

Correction: in the video when I am pressing down on Jay’s arm, I explained that “I am adding resistance”… I meant to say “I am adding pressure”. When you watch the video, you will see exactly what I mean and it will make sense.
Step by Step Tips:
1. Ask the subject you wish to test to stand up and hold one arm out directly in front of them, horizontal to the floor. They should not make a tight fist, but let their hand remain relaxed.
2. Place the first two fingers of your hand lightly on their arm, just above their wrist as shown.
3. Place your free hand on their opposite shoulder to support them, and for comfort.
4. Tell the subject “I’m going to have you make a statement, and then I’m going to press down on your arm. I want you to gently resist me by holding your arm right where it is.”
5. Have the subject state their name. If the subject’s
name is Jay, for example, he would say,
“My name is Jay”
6. Perform the muscle test by smoothly and
steadily increasing the pressure downward on
the subjects’ arm, going from no pressure to a fairly
firm pressure within about 3 seconds.
7. The shoulder joint should stay ‘locked’ against
your firm downward pressure, and should not
give way.
8. You can continue the test by having the subject stating a name that is not his, test again, and arm should give to your pressure.
It takes practice to really feel the difference in mucle responses. I have found that everyone responds differently, and in some cases, some people are not testable.

The applicability of this tiered system can be generalized to rank objects, events, and entire societies rather than just individual people. Barrett hypothesizes that the average human being can fluctuate naturally between levels due to environmental effects, including media, people, places, material objects, food, and awareness of world events.[24]
If you decide to practice muscle testing to determine where you are in the above levels, I may be able to validate your results remotely. Many factors are involved, but it is generally fairly accurate. Be easy with it… keep it fun!

Erik Verlinde, a Dutch theoretical physicist and string theorist, has some questions about gravity–one question specifically: where does gravity come from? Turns out, Verlinde explains, that gravity is an illusion.
Gravity, of course, is something that have, well, many people have already thought about. It’s something that we see every day and it’s not like it’s not existent in our ordinary life. But what I mean by that it’s an illusion is that one would eventually like to know where it comes from, an explanation.
Up to now we have, well, descriptions, I mean, Newton, of course, is the one famous for first writing down a theory of gravity and he described why apples fall and why the moon goes around the earth using the same basic equation for gravity, but he described it. He had to assume that gravity was there and then had to write down a law that described that when two masses are a certain distance, how they attract each other.
But he was also not very happy with the fact that we should just, well, assume that these things, these objects, attract each other and without even anything in between. So if there are two masses and empty space, there’s no, nothing that really happens between them, but still, they’re attracting each other. And he thought that was kind of mysterious and that it was something he would have liked to explain in a better way.
So later came Einstein and Einstein, with his theory of relativity, eventually realized that also gravity has to be described in a different way….
The species Homo sapiens has a fantastic capacity to memorize information. Of course every mammal can remember some things, and so can invertebrates, but I’m talking major. I’m talking about being able to record every detail of what one is exposed to, day after day.
A man named Kim Peek, who passed away two years ago, had committed 12,000 books to memory. His brain knew what was on each page of those books! (His life story was presented in the movie “The Rain Man.”)
A century earlier, Russian psychiatrist A R Luria recorded the case of a ‘mnemonist,’ named ‘S,’ who couldn’t seem to shed even his short term memories, something we normals or to use the current buzzword, we neurotypicals — do after the passage of less than five minutes.

I am here to clobber Henry Kissinger, and the many, many doctors who have for decades participated in an evil program of mind control. So there! the agenda is no longer hidden! ONE AUTISTIC INDIVIDUAL’S WAY OF THINKING IN PICTURES
Dr. Temple Grandin proudly wrote the book “Thinking in Pictures” (2006 free online) to describe how her mind developed. Probably owing to her autism, Temple has a way of storing all her information, all her knowledge, visually. Most of us store it symbolically.
(As far as I know, my knowledge is stored in words, and words are but symbols.) Temple Grandin says, “When I was a child and a teenager, I thought everybody thought in pictures. I had no idea that my thought processes were different.”
Grandin compares herself to the aforementioned guy named ‘S.’ She says: “My own thought patterns are similar to those described by A. R. Luria in “The Mind of a Mnemonist” [about] a man who worked as a newspaper reporter and could perform amazing feats of memory. Like me [Temple], the mnemonist had a visual image for everything he had heard or read.”
Grandin also recognizes an affinity with “rain man” — who, by the way, was not autistic although the movie producers decided it would be helpful to the audience to portray him that way. She says, “When I read, I translate written words into color movies or I simply store a photo of the written page to be read later. WHEN I RETRIEVE THE MATERIAL, I SEE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE PAGE IN MY IMAGINATION” (emphasis added)
She thinks it likely that the rain man “used a similar strategy to memorize telephone books, maps, and other information. He simply photocopied each page of the phone book into his memory. When he wanted to find a certain number, he just scanned pages of the phone book that were in his mind. To pull information out of my memory, I have to replay the video.”
Grandin is ever grateful for her skill at visualizing, as it helped her to become an inventor of farm machinery. She can rotate images in her mind and perform many a neat trick. This was also a talent of Nikola Tesla (and on that note, may God help us all).
All was not advantageous, however, for rain man Kim Peek, who hardly coped with daily life. As for the Russian known only as ‘S,’ Jerome Bruner deduces, from Luria’s book, that ‘S’ was so unselective “that what remains behind is a kind of junk heap of impressions.” The patient “suffered from a failure to organize or ‘regularize’ what was remembered into schemata.”
Amazingly, it is possible to deliberately doctor someone’s brain, early in life, so that they end up with an eidetic memory (one that can photograph pages of books), as will be argued below.
CLOBBERING HANK
Let’s get straight to the clobbering. Oh dear. No sooner have I said that than I feel guilty. I actually do not want to clobber Henry Kissinger at this late date, but I wish we had threatened him with vile punishment in order to deter him from the unbelievable crimes he has committed. He did his worst in Asia, Africa and Latin America, in other words the developing world (developing? what exactly is being developed, one wonders).
But he did not forget the nation that gave him the honor to serve, first as National Security Advisor — “Just call me Excellency”– and then as Secretary of State — “How divine I am!”
He started to work for the US Army in the 1940s and was groomed at Harvard for greater things. (Actually there’s reason to query whether one can get greater than Harvard in those things, but we won’t go into that today. If you’re not aware of ol’ Veritas’s role in mind control you could be in for a shock.)
By the 1968 election Henry was ready to be Cabinetized, in either a Democrat or Republican administration! That, plus moonlighting in the KGB. The phrase ‘one-stop shopping’ comes to mind, doesn’t it? It does if you be as skeptical of the “Cold War” as I.
WHO IS MS BRICE TAYLOR?
You get born in California in 1951 and you think you are going to have a nice life. Oh, but you don’t realize that there are two America’s. One is normal and the other is about as perverted as the human imagination can conjure. Thanks to wholesale importing of fascist psychiatrists from Europe after World War II, there were major ‘studies’ going on in the US.
Well, they were called ‘studies’ — as in “We’ll need new psychological weapons should we ever have the misfortune to be dragged into another war.” (The army is STILL saying that.) But there was also sadism for its own sake.
‘Brice Taylor’ is the pseudonym for Sue Ford, born into a family of the kind called ‘multi-generational.’ Not that every family doesn’t have multi-generationality, but in the jargon of mind control it means that the child’s parents and grandparents were themselves twisted from infancy.
The story is that they were in religious cults and had to commit ritual atrocities. More likely the cabal (a.k.a., the Illuminati), that has run the world since about 1770, made sure to invent cults for the very purpose of producing a ‘crop’ of people who’d then be available as torturers.
Am I sure of what I am talking about? Yes. Excellent research has been published, and on the Internet you can look for “Svali,” who tells pretty thoroughly a day in the life of a cult. Svali also shows how well penetrated is every occupational group, all answering ultimately to the Illuminati. Note: I’d prefer a different name for them, but they do call themselves ‘Illuminati,’ the enlightened (!). Sure, they are pathetic but it is a colossal mistake for us to ignore them.
One reason I’m so confident about mind control is that doctors absolutely refuse to breathe a word about this subject. There are declassified CIA documents galore, on the ‘Net, so it would be easy for doctors to verify this but instead they are silent. Like they have been brainwashed.
Sue Ford, whom I will refer to as Brice, since that is the name under which she wrote her 1999 book “Thanks for the Memories,” was a slave owned by Bob Hope that’s Bob Hope the comedian. (His theme song, you may recall, was “Thanks for the Memories.”) He was ‘in’ with Kissinger. Or they were both in the mafia, or whatever. Brice Taylor was happily married to a dentistry student Craig Ford, at University of Southern California, and was herself a student at Pepperdine.
The fact that her husband did not object to her being regularly kidnapped from the home and consigned to prostitution indicates that he, too, was probably ‘under control.’ Eventually, she claims, their son was also turned into a slave for Henry. (That boy needs Society’s protection TODAY. It is completely up to us to put a stop to the flourishing slave trade in the US.)
Every member of the Secret Service is indubitably aware of what happened to Brice. She had access to residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Av for three decades and was tasked with delivering messages, from the cabal, to various US leaders and others such as California’s governors Ronald Reagan and Pete Wilson.
KISSINGER HAS NARY A SCRUPLE ABOUT TAKING OVER BRICE’S BRAIN
In her book, Brice says: “Henry spent time at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute in Westwood, California, in the area where they tested me and worked on my brain with all of their high tech equipment; bright lights, goggles, drugs, electroshock, CAT scan tubes, etc. Henry told me to hop up on the table. The doctor examined my reflexes and looked into my eyes with different lights and gave me tastes and smells and all sorts of things that they said would powerfully affect my brain.” (How interesting.)
“Another time doctors in white coats played perceptual mind games with me at a NASA installation. They put huge eye machines up to my face and had me close one eye and then the other in order to program each side of the brain separately. Some things were then reversed and programmed into another area of my brain through the opposite eye. They called this “cross-programming.” Information for mind file use was stored only on one side of my brain. Then, they allowed me to rest a moment before they injected me with some drug ”
I pause here to apologize to any reader who has hitherto been aware of these macabre dealings that take place right in our ‘university hospitals.’ But now you’ll attempt to stop it, won’t you?
A word about Luria’s patient, the mnemonist known as ‘S’. I suspect ‘S’ may have been fiddled with. It’s true that Kim Peek and Temple Grandin acquired their memorizing ability without being fiddled with. It does occur in Nature (indeed the Peek/Grandin skill is possessed by every one of us, just not in such abundance). But Luria was working in the heady, pioneering days of psychology. And it is now believed that, in Illuminati-land, many scientific achievements were made on the QT, and were given a public debut decades later. (See Greg Hallett on that.) Without doubt Brice had an eidetic memory created for her by Kissinger.
THE MIND FILE SYSTEM AND THE PENTAGON
Henry, wearing a disguise, took 8-year old Brice to Disneyland. “Once I got off the ride Henry said something hypnotic to me to lock in the program. Henry put me on ride after ride, and after I got off the rides, dizzy, nauseated, lightheaded, disoriented, frightened, or whatever, he told me to ‘listen intently,’ while he programmed all sorts of things into my mind file system.” (All these quotes are from “Thanks for the Memories”)
“Henry also programmed me in front of a carousel ride. and the files in my mind were to glide smoothly and as easily as the carousel turning. Then it would come to a stop, like the wheel of fortune, at the mind file that Henry would ask for.”
Much of the story takes place well before Kissinger was a member of government. If he wanted to fetch data from federal buildings, for his bosses in the Illuminati (i.e., World Government), he had to steal it. He would often take the child with him at night with his heavy bunch of keys and simply break in. At the Pentagon he had to grease somebody’s palm this could be done with cash or by volunteering Brice’s sexual services (age being no bar in Washington D.C.). He had, in advance burned into her brain a map of the Pentagon’s filing cabinets 12 rows of 12 cabinets.
“Like a rat in a maze, I knew my way exactly to the desired destination and I used a small flashlight that Henry had given me for this purpose. The file area had cameras that filmed the area, like in banks. Those had to somehow be shut down. Henry told me to pull the file, photographically memorize its entire contents within a prearranged mind-file.” Brice had only minutes to do this mental photographing and get back to where the guard was waiting. “There were certain Pentagon officials who were more cooperative than others.”
“Henry was well greased into the inner network of the FBI and CIA. The director was always ‘one of theirs’ [that’d be Mueller and Panetta today], but Henry had a lot of important information to give these agencies in order for things to groove, like well-oiled cogs. Henry had a lot of business with the CIA and the FBI and it was all a big secret. Sometimes it was [coded with] a long string of numbers, or a word like “Ajax” or “coma,” or “barley him “or “make him into a ham on rye,” or “tonight, 3 a.m. Federal Building job.”
After Brice had been with Kissinger for years, she says that he remarked “Like in a good marriage, after a while there is unconscious communication going all the time.” She says: “He meant that it was like knowing each other so well that you know each other’s thoughts, and that’s how he trained me to be attuned to him.” (Excuse me, is this taxpayer-funded?)
“Thanks for the Memories” is not super-affordable for purchase but it is downloadable. I think there’s too much White House sex in it making people afraid to quote it. To conclude this article, I offer the following paragraph, which claims there is a mandatory downtime between the use of the mind-files and sexcapades. (Elsewhere in the book she specifies that it is a two-hour wait.) I shall redact the president’s name — not that it matters, they’re all horribly guilty.

Global food supply. Feeding grain to animals meant as food sources reduces the amount of food that is available to underdeveloped nations. Many people will go hungry while that same food they could be eating is given to animals raised for slaughter. Eating vegan ensures that you have removed yourself from the participation of this imbalance.
Hormone consumption. Eating animals that have been given hormones to speed growth (a common practice in the meat industry) means those hormones go into your body. Not only can this disrupt the natural balance of your hormones, but some of the hormones given to animals have shown to cause tumor growth in humans.
Antibiotics. Antibiotics are frequently given to feed animals, which can lead to bacterial resistance. Many of the antibiotics used to treat human infections are also used in feed animals.

That’s because the FDA decides what can be used as sunscreen and what can’t, regardless of what really works in the real world. The supplement astaxanthin, for example, is very well known for boosting your skin’s natural resistance to sunburn. Its fat-soluble carotenoids are actually transported to skin cells where they protect those cells from UV exposure.
The more natural antioxidants you have in your diet, the more sunlight your skin will be able to handle without burning. Nearly everyone mistakenly believes that a person’s sunlight burn response is purely a genetic factor. They’re wrong. You can radically improve your resistance to UV exposure through radical dietary changes.
I’m a great example of this, actually, as I used to burn in just 20 – 30 minutes of sunlight when I was on a junk food diet years ago. So how are those not chemicals? Ethylhexyl Palmitate is NOT a chemical? Who are these people kidding? The Amazon.com description (title) of this product is false and misleading. In all fairness, however, this product title looks like it was added into the Amazon.com system by the vendor and not the Jason company itself. But it’s an example of how the information you see from online vendors can often be misleading.
Always read the ingredients of any sunscreen product before using it. Don’t poison yourself with sunscreen!
Beware the disinfo minefield surrounding sunscreen products
Perhaps more with sunscreen than any other personal care product, the “official” information distributed through the mainstream media is hopelessly misleading (if not downright false). Remarkably, no one in the media or the government is even willing to admit that fragrance chemicals are bad for your health. Similarly, no one is willing to admit that the chemicals you put on your skin get ABSORBED by your skin.
Without those two truths being acknowledged right up front, the rest of whatever they say about sunscreen is worthless babble. Any honest talk about sunscreen must acknowledge the simple truth that the chemicals you put on your skin get absorbed into your skin, and that most sunscreen products are made out of a chemical cocktail of cancer-causing substances.

The Situation: The resin linings of tin cans contain bisphenol-A, a synthetic estrogen that has been linked to ailments ranging from reproductive problems to heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Unfortunately, acidity (a prominent characteristic of tomatoes) causes BPA to leach into your food. Studies show that the BPA in most people’s body exceeds the amount that suppresses sperm production or causes chromosomal damage to the eggs of animals. “You can get 50 mcg of BPA per liter out of a tomato can, and that’s a level that is going to impact people, particularly the young,” says vom Saal. “I won’t go near canned tomatoes.”

3. Corn-Fed Beef
The Expert:Joel Salatin, co-owner of Polyface Farms and author of half a dozen books on sustainable farming.
The Situation: Cattle evolved to eat grass, not grains. But farmers today feed their animals corn and soybeans, which fatten up the animals faster for slaughter. More money for cattle farmers (and lower prices at the grocery store) means a lot less nutrition for us. A recent comprehensive study conducted by the USDA and researchers from Clemson University found that compared with corn-fed beef, grass-fed beef is higher in beta-carotene, vitamin E, omega-3s, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), calcium, magnesium, and potassium; lower in inflammatory omega-6s; and lower in saturated fats that have been linked to heart disease. “We need to respect the fact that cows are herbivores, and that does not mean feeding them corn and chicken manure,” says Salatin.
The Solution: Buy grass-fed beef, which can be found at specialty grocers, farmers’ markets, and nationally at Whole Foods. It’s usually labeled because it demands a premium, but if you don’t see it, ask your butcher.
The Situation: Chemicals, including perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), in the lining of the bag, are part of a class of compounds that may be linked to infertility in humans, according to a recent study from UCLA. In animal testing, the chemicals cause liver, testicular, and pancreatic cancer. Studies show that microwaving causes the chemicals to vaporize—and migrate into your popcorn. “They stay in your body for years and accumulate there,” says Naidenko, which is why researchers worry that levels in humans could approach the amounts causing cancers in laboratory animals. DuPont and other manufacturers have promised to phase out PFOA by 2015 under a voluntary EPA plan, but millions of bags of popcorn will be sold between now and then.

The Situation: Nature didn’t intend for salmon to be crammed into pens and fed soy, poultry litter, and hydrolyzed chicken feathers. As a result, farmed salmon is lower in vitamin D and higher in contaminants, including carcinogens, PCBs, brominated flame retardants, and pesticides such as dioxin and DDT. According to Carpenter, the most contaminated fish come from Northern Europe, which can be found on American menus. “You can only safely eat one of these salmon dinners every 5 months without increasing your risk of cancer,” says Carpenter, whose 2004 fish contamination study got broad media attention. “It’s that bad.” Preliminary science has also linked DDT to diabetes and obesity, but some nutritionists believe the benefits of omega-3s outweigh the risks. There is also concern about the high level of antibiotics and pesticides used to treat these fish. When you eat farmed salmon, you get dosed with the same drugs and chemicals.
The Solution: Switch to wild-caught Alaska salmon. If the package says fresh Atlantic, it’s farmed. There are no commercial fisheries left for wild Atlantic salmon.

6. Milk Produced with Artificial Hormones
The Expert:Rick North, project director of the Campaign for Safe Food at the Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility and former CEO of the Oregon division of the American Cancer Society.
The Situation: Milk producers treat their dairy cattle with recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH or rBST, as it is also known) to boost milk production. But rBGH also increases udder infections and even pus in the milk. It also leads to higher levels of a hormone called insulin-like growth factor in milk. In people, high levels of IGF-1 may contribute to breast, prostate, and colon cancers. “When the government approved rBGH, it was thought that IGF-1 from milk would be broken down in the human digestive tract,” says North. As it turns out, the casein in milk protects most of it, according to several independent studies. “There’s not 100% proof that this is increasing cancer in humans,” admits North. “However, it’s banned in most industrialized countries.”
The Solution: Check labels for rBGH-free, rBST-free, produced without artificial hormones, or organic milk. These phrases indicate rBGH-free products.
7. Conventional Apples

The Situation: If fall fruits held a “most doused in pesticides contest,” apples would win. Why? They are individually grafted (descended from a single tree) so that each variety maintains its distinctive flavor. As such, apples don’t develop resistance to pests and are sprayed frequently. The industry maintains that these residues are not harmful. But Kastel counters that it’s just common sense to minimize exposure by avoiding the most doused produce, like apples. “Farm workers have higher rates of many cancers,” he says. And increasing numbers of studies are starting to link a higher body burden of pesticides (from all sources) with Parkinson’s disease.
