Edward Snowden has given us an unprecedented window into the NSA’s surveillance activities. Drawing from both the Snowden documents and revelations from previous whistleblowers, I will describe the sorts of surveillance the NSA does and how it does it. The emphasis is on the technical capabilities of the NSA, not the politics of their actions. This includes how it conducts Internet surveillance on the backbone, but is primarily focused on their offensive capabilities: packet injection attacks from the Internet backbone, exploits against endpoint computers and implants to exfiltrate information, fingerprinting computers through cookies and other means, and so on.
I will then talk about what sorts of countermeasures are likely to frustrate the NSA. Basically, these are techniques to raise the cost of wholesale surveillance in favor of targeted surveillance: encryption, target hardening, dispersal, and so on.
Statistically speaking, Americans should be more fearful of the local cops than “terrorists.”
Though Americans commonly believe law enforcement’s role in society is to protect them and ensure peace and stability within the community, the sad reality is that police departments are often more focused on enforcing laws, making arrests and issuing citations. As a result of this as well as an increase in militarized policing techniques, Americans are eight times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist, estimates a Washington’s Blog report based on official statistical data.
Though the U.S. government does not have a database collecting information about the total number of police involved shootings each year, it’s estimated that between 500 and 1,000 Americans are killed by police officers each year. Since 9/11, about 5,000 Americans have been killed by U.S. police officers, which is almost equivalent to the number of U.S. soldiers who have been killed in the line of duty in Iraq.
Because individual police departments are not required to submit information regarding the use of deadly force by its officers, some bloggers have taken it upon themselves to aggregate that data. Wikipedia also has a list of “justifiable homicides” in the U.S., which was created by documenting publicized deaths.
Mike Prysner, one of the local directors of the Los Angeles chapter for ANSWER — an advocacy group that asks the public to Act Now to Stop War and End Racism — told Mint Press Newsearlier this year that the “epidemic” of police harassment and violence is a nationwide issue.
He said groups like ANSWER are trying to hold officers accountable for abuse of power. “[Police brutality] has been an issue for a very long time,” Prysner said, explaining that in May, 13 people were killed in Southern California by police.
As Mint Press News previously reported, each year there are thousands of claims of police misconduct. According to the CATO Institute’s National Police Misconduct Reporting Project, in 2010 there were 4,861 unique reports of police misconduct involving 6,613 sworn officers and 6,826 alleged victims.
Most of those allegations of police brutality involved officers who punched or hit victims with batons, but about one-quarter of the reported cases involved firearms or stun guns.
A big element in the police killings, Prysner says, is racism. “A big majority of those killed are Latinos and Black people,” while the police officers are mostly White, he said. “It’s a badge of honor to shoot gang members so [the police] go out and shoot people who look like gang members,” Prysner argued, giving the example of 34-year-old Rigoberto Arceo, who was killed by police on May 11.
According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, Arceo, who was a biomedical technician at St. Francis Medical Center, was shot and killed after getting out of his sister’s van. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says Arceo “advanced on the deputy and attempted to take the deputy’s gun.” However, Arceo’s sister and 53-year-old Armando Garcia — who was barbecuing in his yard when the incident happened — say that Arceo had his hands above his head the entire time.
Prysner is not alone in his assertion that race is a major factor in officer-related violence. This past May, astudy from the the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, an anti-racist activist organization, found that police officers, security guards or self-appointed vigilantes killed at least 313 Black people in 2012 — meaning one Black person was killed in the U.S. by law enforcement roughly every 28 hours.
Prysner said the relationship between police departments and community members needs to change and that when police shoot an unarmed person with their arms in the air over their head, the officer should be punished.
“You cannot have a police force that is investigating and punishing itself,” Prysner said, adding that taxpayer money should be invested into the community instead of given to police to buy more guns, assault rifles and body armor.
Dissatisfied with police departments’ internal review policies, some citizens have formed volunteer police watch groups to prevent the so-called “Blue Code of Silence” effect and encourage police officers to speak out against misconduct occurring within their department.
As Mint Press News previously reported, a report released earlier this year found that of the 439 cases of police misconduct that then had been brought before the Minneapolis’s year-old misconduct review board, not one of the police officers involved has been disciplined.
Although the city of Minneapolis spent $14 million in payouts for alleged police misconduct between 2006 and 2012, despite the fact that the Minneapolis Police Department often concluded that the officers involved in those cases did nothing wrong.
Other departments have begun banning equipment such as Tasers, but those decisions were likely more about protecting the individual departments from lawsuits than ensuring that officers are not equipped with weapons that cause serious and sometimes fatal injuries when used.
To ensure officers are properly educated on how to use their weapons and are aware of police ethics, conflict resolution and varying cultures within a community, police departments have historically heldtraining programs for all officers. But due to tighter budgets and a shift in priorities, many departments have not provided the proper continuing education training programs for their officers.
Charles Ramsey, president of both the Major Cities Chiefs Association and the Police Executive Research Forum, called that a big mistake, explaining that it is essential officers are trained and prepared for high-stress situations:
“Not everybody is going to be able to make those kinds of good decisions under pressure, but I do think that the more reality-based training that we provide, the more we put people in stressful situations to make them respond and make them react.”
In order to help local police officers protect themselves while fighting the largely unsuccessful War on Drugs, the federal government passed legislation in 1994 allowing the Pentagon to donate surplus military equipment from the Cold War to local police departments. Meaning that “weaponry designed for use on a foreign battlefield has been handed over for use on American streets … against American citizens.”
So while the U.S. military fights the War on Terror abroad, local police departments are fighting another war at home with some of the same equipment as U.S. troops, and protocol that largely favors officers in such tactics as no-knock raids.
Radley Balko, author of “Rise of the Warrior Cop,” wrote in the Wall Street Journal in August:
“Since the 1960s, in response to a range of perceived threats, law-enforcement agencies across the U.S., at every level of government, have been blurring the line between police officer and soldier.
“Driven by martial rhetoric and the availability of military-style equipment—from bayonets and M-16 rifles to armored personnel carriers—American police forces have often adopted a mind-set previously reserved for the battlefield. The war on drugs and, more recently, post-9/11 antiterrorism efforts have created a new figure on the U.S. scene: the warrior cop—armed to the teeth, ready to deal harshly with targeted wrongdoers, and a growing threat to familiar American liberties.”
As Mint Press News previously reported, statistics from an FBI report released in September reveal that a person is arrested on marijuana-related charges in the U.S. every 48 seconds, on average — most were for simple possession charges.
According to the FBI’s report, there were more arrests for marijuana possession than for the violent crimes of murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery and aggravated assault — 658,231 compared with 521,196 arrests.
While groups that advocate against police brutality recognize and believe that law enforcement officials should be protected while on duty, many say that local police officers do not need to wear body armor, Kevlar helmets and tactical equipment vests — all while carrying assault weapons.
“We want the police to keep up with the latest technology. That’s critical,” American Civil Liberties Union senior counsel Kara Dansky said. “But policing should be about protection, not combat.”
According to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, there are more than 900,000 sworn law enforcement officers in the United States. In 2012, 120 officers were killed in the line of duty. The deadliest day in law enforcement history was reportedly Sept. 11, 2001, when 72 officers were killed.
Despite far fewer officers dying in the line of duty compared with American citizens, police departments are not only increasing their use of protective and highly volatile gear, but are increasingly setting aside a portion of their budget to invest in new technology such as drones, night vision goggles, remote robots, surveillance cameras, license plate readers and armored vehicles that amount to unarmed tanks.
Though some officers are on board with the increased militarization and attend conferences such as the annual Urban Shield event, others have expressed concern with the direction the profession is heading.
For example, former Arizona police officer Jon W. McBride said police concerns about being “outgunned” were likely a “self-fulfilling prophecy.” He added that “if not expressly prohibited, police managers will continually push the arms race,” because “their professional literature is predominately [sic] based on the acquiring and use of newer weapons and more aggressive techniques to physically overwhelm the public. In many cases, however, this is the opposite of smart policing.”
“Coupled with the paramilitary design of the police bureaucracy itself, the police give in to what is already a serious problem in the ranks: the belief that the increasing use of power against a citizen is always justified no matter the violation. The police don’t understand that in many instances they are the cause of the escalation and bear more responsibility during an adverse outcome.
“The suspects I encountered as a former police officer and federal agent in nearly all cases granted permission for me to search their property when asked, often despite unconcealed contraband. Now, instead of making a simple request of a violator, many in law enforcement seem to take a more difficult and confrontational path, fearing personal risk. In many circumstances they inflame the citizens they are engaging, thereby needlessly putting themselves in real and increased jeopardy.”
Another former police officer who wished to remain anonymous agreed with McBride and told Balko,
“American policing really needs to return to a more traditional role of cops keeping the peace; getting out of police cars, talking to people, and not being prone to overreaction with the use of firearms, tasers, or pepper spray. … Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been in more than my share tussles and certainly appreciate the dangers of police work, but as Joseph Wambaugh famously said, the real danger is psychological, not physical.”

BACKGROUND:
William Cooper was reared in an Air Force family. As a child he lived in many different countries, graduating from Yamato High School in Japan. Since he has traveled through or lived in many different foreign countries Mr. Cooper has a world view much different than most Americans.

William Cooper was awarded several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two with “V” for Valor.
He served on the Intelligence Briefing Team for the Commander In Chief of the Pacific Fleet. William was the Petty Officer of the Watch and designated KL-47 SPECAT operator in the CINCPACFLT Command Center at Makalapa Hawaii. There he held a Top Secret, Q, SI, security clearance.
William Cooper achieved the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1, E- 6 after only 8 years of Naval service, a difficult task in any branch of the United States military. William Cooper received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy on December 11, 1975.

The Truth Behind the Matrix
Note: the following report was written to accompany White Hat Report #48 which has as of this date been delayed and may possibly never see the light of day due to either quiet coercion behind the scenes or outright threats to the life of certain members of the group known as “The White Hats” who publish reports on a fairly regular basis revealing financial corruption at the highest levels of government specifically in the U.S. but also involving other world powers and players. I have therefore decided to release my portion of the report without #48 so that the truth may at least be told with regard to what lies behind that report. Project Camelot and many other individuals and researchers have been investigating the range and depth of this vast conspiracy underground, beneath the perception of the masses i.e. the reality beneath the Matrix for many years. As most readers will know, the concept of the Matrix (the surface fabrication of our reality) is known and was popularized by the movie of the same name. This, now, is common knowledge. Taking the red pill or the blue pill is ultimately what you do when you read this report or should you decide you aren’t interested in waking up to the reality of what is going on under your feet (literally) and prefer to go back to sleep. So this is the choice you have.
The Secret Space Program
The trail of the Octopus, also known as the Shadow Government can be detected by following the money. PUREHEART INVESTMENTS is the top tier of a network of front companies and trading programs that result in vast sums of money being earned. Money earned on money. The White Hats have followed the money and that rabbit hole ultimately leads to BLACK PROJECTS. Black Projects are called “black” because they are hidden, that is, in the dark. These projects are part of a clandestine network run by the Shadow Government also known as The Secret Space Program.
As a recent Project Camelot witness, physicist and author, Richard Alan Miller, said so succinctly to the audience at his latest workshop, “There are two human civilizations on Earth. One that has space travel and one that does not.” The ones that do, are part of a vast network going off-world and into Space called for simplicity’s sake “the secret space program”.
Rhodes scholar finalist and historian Rich Dolan calls this a “rogue civilization” and in fact that is exactly what it is, what it has become. Regardless of how it started out. In Volume II of his highly regarded and substantial history UFOs AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY STATE, Rich writes, …”Six decades of classified expenditures (and other forms of secret spending) have provided ample resources to apply principles and technologies that have remained sealed off from the rest of humanity. This development alone is enough to justify the greatest secrecy.
What has become evident is that The Secret or Shadow Government established the Secret Space Program and Black Projects by virtue of having access primarily to two important advantages, backed by the might of the military industrial complex: money and ET technology.
A Word About the History of ET Technology Acquisition
It is known that Tesla was himself, was aware that he was ‘in contact’ with an unknown race of off-planet beings who downloaded to him the key concepts behind certain technology. In describing the history of our interaction with off-world (and inter/intra dimensional races and the acquisition of special technologies, you can, for example, go back to the days of Eisenhower and his famed meeting with at least 2 groups of ETs (Greys and Nordics) at Muroch Air Force Base (now known as Edwards Air Force Base). However, that is just one of many places to start. From all indications, …”we are not alone and we have never been alone”, to quote Command Sergeant Robert O. Dean, a whistleblower who violated his security oath in order to inform the people regarding the truth behind the reality of ET visitation.
Another logical place (well documented by scholars and researchers such as Jim Marrs (THE FOURTH REICH) and Joseph Farrell, (author of SAUCERS, SWASTIKAS AND PSYOPS: A History of A Breakaway Civilization: Hidden Aerospace Technologies and Psychological Operations), is to go back to the days of the Nazis and the establishment of the German high command. They made contact with a race of ETs through the Vril Society (a small group of women who were “channeling”). The Nazis are also said to have conducted careful research into the flying saucers of India called Vimanas (chronicled in the great writings such as the Upanishads etc). They are also known to have confiscated and horded hidden archeological records and relics of inestimable value for scientific study… Because of this, Nazis made huge leaps forward into technologies involving space and time travel. The Fourth Reich
The preface to Jim Marr’s book, THE FOURTH REICH states, …”At the end of World War II, ranking Nazis, along with their young and fanatical protégés, used the loot of Europe to create corporate front companies in many countries, worming their way into corporate America. They brought with them miraculous weapons technology that helped win the space race. But they also brought their Nazi philosophy based on the authoritarian premise that the end justifies the means—including unprovoked wars of aggression and curtailment of individual liberties—which has since gained an iron hold in the “land of the free.”
From the advent of Project Paperclip at the end of WWII Nazi scientists, engineers and military officers were repatriated to at least 3 countries: United States, Russia and Argentina (and very possibly others) the takeover and infiltration of our government began. With those former Nazi scientists and military officers came the access to new technologies that aided in the creation of a new American Space Program, which, as a result, was many jumps ahead of the rest of the world. According to Camelot witnesses the secret space program now contains technology possibly as much as 10,000 years in advance of the public sector.
Rule by secrecy was already well in affect as evidenced by the creation of an organization known as MJ-12 under the Truman administration. According to the original MJ-12 documents… “the Majestic 12 (Majic 12) group … was established by secret executive order of President Truman on 24 September,1947, upon recommendation by Dr. Vannevar Bush and Secretary [of Defense] James Forrestal.” [for more info see the Wikipedia link here].
It is also worth mentioning the famous statement by Eisenhower who felt it necessary to warn America when leaving office. He said, “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. From then on, we have witnessed the growth and manifestation, in secret, behind closed doors and within the halls of Government,, of a cancer so pervasive that at this time it will be a massive challenge to eliminate, let alone describe it in all its aspects so that it can be dismantled and/or redirected to serve the people rather than control and use them for its own purpose.
Once the roots and origin of this “octopus” or cancer and the strangle hold over our government (and arguably the governments of the world) is exposed, then figuring out how to deal with it becomes the real challenge. The Why Behind Black Projects
Although it is crucial to describe the emergence and history behind the creation of this rogue civilization with Space Travel also known as the Secret Government or Secret Space Program, it has already been covered by many authors over the years and comprises scholarship far surpassing the limits of this report. The reader is encouraged to follow that part of the trail (a partial list of videos and source material is listed at the bottom of this report). However, for the purposes of this report, we will concentrate on the WHY.
Asking why the Secret Space Program was created and continues to be SECRET also has its place. And the answer has also been addressed over the years in books by various authors who outline the state of the U.S. government leading up to and after WWII and why they came to the conclusion that RULE BY SECRECY was the preferred method of control by this group. (see Rich Dolan’s volumes, UFOS AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY STATE VOLUMES I & II for more on this…) Suffice to say, that we are talking about a group or a government that even prior to WWII was fully invested in the Nazi philosophy and lineage to the extent that there is plenty of evidence (see Jim Marrs, Joseph Farrell and more) that the Nazis and rise of Hitler was funded at least in part by the Bush family.
What has become clear is that the structure of the U.S. government became infiltrated at every level even prior to WWII as the Bush family members and specifically Bush Sr. rose to positions of power, first as head of the CIA and then as President. This “cabal” has coalesced into what is now commonly known as the “Bush Cabal”.
The rise of the Bush Cabal and the infiltration and takeover of the U.S. military industrial complex by the Nazis is again well documented. The Shadow or Secret Government has grown in leaps and bounds since WWII whose primary raison d’être became the Secret Space Program. This program involved Black Projects that used newly invented and acquired technologies with the help of various treaties and relationships over time with various ET races, both on and off planet “races” of beings. This is the world we will attempt to describe: the world of BLACK PROJECTS, why PUREHEART was created and ultimately where the money funneled through PUREHEART goes…
In essence, it would appear, funding this breakaway society or civilization has become the primary preoccupation of the rulers, specifically in America, headed by the Bush Cabal. This, as we shall see, is of great importance to you the reader, as well as to those who “serve” this Cabal.
AGENDA behind the Black Projects
This is a short list of what this rogue civilization or program wants to achieve:

2. Control and rule of the Solar System and beyond. This includes the terraforming of planets including moons, for example of Jupiter and Saturn. As well as the established bases on the moon and Mars, the Command and Control center in Phobos and the emergence of Solar Warden, the interstellar space fleet already fully operational. This includes non-terrestrial officers and fleet-to-fleet transfers of equipment and troops. (see Gary McKinnon Camelot interview for more on this).
3. The creation of a “Master Race” or Humanity 2.0 that will then go on to rule planets and travel the stars. This involves, nanotech, bioluminescence, robotic implants and a host of other technologies… all aimed at creating the Ultimate “superman”.
4. The domination over other space faring civilizations or at the very least the capability to be a “force to be reckoned with” regardless of the level of development of friend or foe whether encountered ‘out there’ or visiting our Earth. Including those that inhabit inner Earth or races that simply live hidden in undersea and underground bases within the Earth and inter / intra dimensionally.
5. The re-terraforming of the Earth and eventual reduction of the population of surface Earth down to around 500 million. (see Georgia Guidestones and Iron Mountain Report for more info on this…)
6. The use and acquisition of technology to maintain their edge and power in all the above.
This covers the most basic parameters of the raison d’être or MO (modus operandi) for the creation and maintenance of the Secret Space Program.
With that in mind, let’s look at how they go about achieving such far-reaching goals. And that brings us to the Black Projects themselves. It is beyond the scope of this article to address every Black Project they are working on (or have worked on over the years). Suffice to say, what we can address are several of the top Black Projects that will give us a very good idea of what arenas they are working on, so that you, the People and those in positions of responsibility within the power structure, can begin to understand where your money is going and what you are supporting.
The Providence of Information
Before we address the different topics the Black Projects cover let’s deal with where this information comes from with regard to those projects. That is, how do we know? We know because of the many whistleblowers both public and behind closed doors who have come forward to reveal the levels and depth of the secrecy and who give testimony and sometimes hard evidence in the form of technical specs, documentation and even tangible evidence i.e. technology and other evidence (photos, films, etc).
In other words, we are indebted to those who have worked on these PROJECTS who have either escaped, been let-go or retired from or in some cases, communicated from inside. Those who are still employed by the SECRET GOVERNMENT leak information to individuals and organizations around the world. (see Project Camelot for one example). Some evidence has also been obtained from law enforcement, FBI, and other alphabet agencies and military (that is, surface military who have stumbled on evidence either by accident or intention that begins to reveal a particular PROJECT.
Which leads to the question of who to believe and what to believe even when it is staring you in the face. Ultimately, it is through the triangulation and simple multiplication of reports coming from individuals or places unrelated to each other (in other words, people who don’t know each other). Individuals coming forward often at totally different times and places with the SAME or SIMILAR information LEADING IN A DIRECTION which after further investigation may lead to the SAME PLACE or CONCLUSION.
So it is a given that information can and is suspect until further substantiated, but once it has been substantiated time and time again over the years… a picture can and does EMERGE.

LONGEVITY & GENETICS : cures for cancer and other diseases, prolonging life and all the possible ways of genetically enhancing the human as well as creating whole new species (Jurassic Park) etc. Dulce and work with certain races of Greys to create a Grey-human hybrid to repopulate the Earth going forward (after the Earth changes?) and other genetic re-engineering of the human genome to build a better, faster more advanced race of humans (Humanity 2.0).

SUPER SOLDIER PROGRAM : training children and young men and women to be spies and secret agents as well as soldiers to fly the craft and fight hostile off and on planet races and beings that they designate as “the enemy” as well as to police you and and rest of the masses. 10. SOUL RETRIEVAL AND TRANSFERENCE : Taking souls from bodies and putting them into stasis and then into new bodies to serve the ‘machine’ of the secret state. Clones, androids etc. using Grey technology.
11. TERRAFORMING EARTH FOR A NEW SPECIES. There is substantial evidence that the Chemtrails program is part of an ongoing effort to change our atmosphere. This includes intentionally created events such as FUKUSHIMA. Such orchestrated events involve a release of radiation that could have a significant affect on the amount of cancer in the population in years to come as well as the GULF OIL SPILL creating a more methane-like environment more conducive to certain races of Greys and Reptilians.
The increase in the number of children with Autism is a case in point. There is evidence that radiation exposure by parents leads to a high incidence of Autism in children. Autism is especially prized by the Secret Space Program because Autistic Children test have a greater predisposition for being pre-cogs (ability to see into the future and predict events).
Hiding in Plain Sight – A Note on Secrecy
It is also useful to also understand that Black Projects also exist and are worked on above ground in plain sight (hidden in plain sight) in addition to being underground. They can be found in corporations with well known names such as BOEING, (defense industry), WESTINGHOUSE, MERCK, MONSANTO and countless others including NASA, JPL and think tanks such as TAVISTOCK in the UK and RAND in the U.S.
Many seemingly above board public domain projects within companies are operated using the ‘layers of the onion’ concept to disguise them from prying eyes. The Hadron Super Collider is one such project. The conventional purpose of this experiment is a cover for a massive time travel, timeline operation. Finding the “God Particle” is also highly significant and widely misunderstood and ignored. According to a source this new find allows mankind to actually create all matter and even worlds, that is holograms far beyond what is currently conceptualized or dreamed of.
This, then, is the scale and complexity of the terrain we are dealing with when we look at the BLACK PROJECTS / SECRET SPACE PROGRAM.
The Controllers and the Future of Earth
None of the above, as part of the Black Projects black hole is under the purview or control of the “surface government” or elected officials. Therefore, it is obvious that the people have no say in how the monies brought in from drugs (see THE LAST CIRCLE by Cheri Seymour/ PROMIS SOFTWARE SAGA for more on this…on Amazon complete book here) or through front organizations such as PUREHEART and its many subsidiaries or by other clandestine methods. For example, human trafficking or gun running, are used, to say nothing of the fraud and outright stealing that goes on within this framework when interfacing with surface companies and individuals also known as the topsiders, sheep and by other derisive terms.
Note: The psychology of those who are dealing in both worlds, coming from an “advanced civilization” to deal with the “sheep” or “useless eaters” doubtless results in attitudes of supreme arrogance and even pity. The impact upon families and the surface society can only be imagined at this point..
As a result, over the years, this organization, this hidden world has become in essence a CIVILIZATION that is feeding off of the surface world but not responsible to it. And in some cases it is highly likely that members of this rogue group never even interact with the surface government or establishment. It follows no laws but its own and reports to no one save its Masters be they human or nonhuman.
What is important from the perspective of grasping what is going on is understanding that everything that is operating above ground is ultimately run by and in service to and overseen by, a group who are creating and building a world that in most cases, you and your families are not going to benefit from or even participate in.
In fact, as it is becoming obvious, the ROGUE CIVILIZATION is deciding your future without asking or consulting you. They are making decisions that concern you every day, and you have no vote and no say. They have plans that involve the health and well being of every human on the planet and are deciding which bloodlines on Earth will live and which will die.
In the end, you are the ones to decide. If you work for these people or organizations, is this what you want?
Project Talent – Your Children are at Risk
In a sense we are talking about a Rogue Civilization that is living off of, and siphoning off talent. They are taking your children at a young age, tracking them through school and placing opportunities within their reach to draw them like flies into the service of the secret government and black projects but only if they find they have the unique talent and abilities or come from the bloodlines they desire.
Knowing is only the Beginning
This is where the money is going. You could view this Rogue group vs. the surface Earth civilization as a parasite feeding off the host. At what point does the host recognize it is being drained and once you recognize this what do you want to do about it? What can you do about it?
If you are an official or on a high level with respect to the surface Earth ruling elite you are in a position to begin to recognize what you are part of and to then take certain actions to change that. This could include for example, possibly going so far as to ‘blow the whistle’ on what you have been part of.
Awareness of a problem is the first step. Deciding what to do with your new found knowledge once you have verified for yourself that it is real, is another. It is in your hands. Our futures, at least at the present time are intrinsically linked to that of those who are working within the Black Projects. We share this Earth with this group and they have become our rulers. They are using and abusing the people of the planet to serve their agenda. The question is, what do you intend to do about it?

Acclimation To Subservience
Every totalitarian state worth its salt has its own goon squad. The Nazi’s had the “Brownshirts”, the Soviets had the “Militsiya” and the “Voluntary People’s Brigade”, the Communist Chinese have the “Chengguan”, etc. In America, however, all tyrannical measures are given innocuous bureaucratic labels to mislead and distract the masses. In this country, we have the Transportation Security Administration…
The TSA has become the most hated alphabet agency in the U.S. in perhaps the fastest time on record. It has violated the personal rights of more people on a daily basis in my view than the IRS, DEA, and the ATF combined. Clearly, this slobbering demon child of the Department of Homeland Security is being molded for something quite terrible and grand.
When confronted by the public on the use of irradiating and intrusive naked body scanner technology, the agency responded by allowing their blue handed ghoul army with to molest our nether-regions. When confronted by state and local governments on their absurd tactics, the TSA threatened economic blockades and airport shutdowns. The organization then began expanding its jurisdiction to bus and train stations and even our highways when it introduced the VIPR program and implemented random roadside checkpoints in Tennessee last year. But, this behavior is nothing compared to what is next on the horizon: a compromise…
Beware of government agencies bearing gifts. The TSA along with the International Air Transport Association has announced a new methodology of “less intrusive” passenger screening measures, in order to address the concerns of the public over pat downs and irradiating naked body scanners. This SOUNDS like a step in the right direction, and a proper response to the grievances of the citizenry. Instead, it turns out to be a refined example of totalitarianism in motion, and a perfect lesson in how the masses can be duped into handing over their inherent freedoms.
Revamped security protocols call for biometric data collection, including fingerprint and retina scans, and a tunnel which combines multiple detection systems into one area (who knows how radioactive this will end up being):
The mainstream article above makes this development sound like a win/win scenario for everyone, painting biometric data collection as a matter of convenience, but it also reveals the true design of the system; to illicit voluntary subservience:
“The key to speeding up checkpoints and making security less intrusive will be to identify and assess travelers according to the risks they pose to safety in the skies. The so-called riskiest or unknown passengers would face the toughest scrutiny, including questioning and more sensitive electronic screening. Those who voluntarily provide more information about themselves to the government would be rewarded with faster passage…”
They enforce destructive anti-personal rights policies then pretend to acquiesce by replacing them with a technocratic nightmare grid which requires the cataloging of our very genetic essence in order to function. The only remaining injustice left would be to apply this grid to the rest of the country outside of the airports and train stations, which I assure you, they plan to do.
Militarization
Last week, I covered the disturbing use of armored vehicles (APC’s or urban tanks) in open training regiments on the streets of St. Louis by the U.S Army, despite the fact that all of their exercises could have easily been accomplished on any number of military bases across the country. The action is an obvious attempt to condition the American populace to the sight of military units operating in a policing capacity:

I received multiple letters from current serving military who stated that in all their years in the armed forces they had never seen such a brash mishandling of public relations or an overstepping of bounds when it came to the restrictions of Posse Comitatus. It was encouraging to hear from military men and women who did not agree with or condone this kind of psyop activity on the part of our government.
Though the St. Louis event is not isolated, I believe it does represent an escalation.
Remember the controversy over the Mayor of Toledo and his refusal to allow 200 Marines to conduct urban combat drills on the public streets of his city in 2008? The media clamored to crucify this public official; one of the few who had any sense whatsoever in his head:

During each one of these events, city officials and local media attempted to inoculate the public with claims that they were “simply exercises”. This argument misses the point entirely. Whether or not these are “exercises” is not the issue. The issue is that this training could be done ON BASE. Using public streets and running drills within cities is absolutely unnecessary given the vast resources already available to the military, unless, of course, the goal is to BE SEEN by the public and to influence them to view the sight of armed troops around them as “normal”.
Add to this the fact that many of these military training exercises are being conducted in tandem with local police department, and you have a recipe for the utter militarization of our society, turning peace officers into combat soldiers, and combat soldiers into law enforcement mechanisms; a juxtaposition that will soon lead to unmitigated disaster.
Arms Race Against the People?
When a country is quietly preparing for war, the first signs are usually revealed by a disclosure of armaments. If stockpiling is taking place without a warranted threat present from a legitimate enemy, there is a considerable likelihood of aggression on the part of that nation. America has gone well beyond the psychological process of militarization and has begun the extensive arming of particular agencies whose primary purpose revolves around the domestic.

The passage of the NDAA and its provisions for the indefinite detainment of ANY person, even an American citizen, under the laws of war has ended the debate over government intent in terms of domestic action. FBI Director Robert Mueller’s admission that he “did not know” if assassination programs would be used against American citizens also heaped evidence on the matter. The bottom line? Our government wishes to label and treat citizens as enemy combatants. Of course they would then organize armaments to follow through on their policy.
Pulling The Trigger
All despotic systems have another distinct similarity; they each began with a series of trigger events which opened the door to tighter controls over the population. The most immediate trigger event for the U.S. is the looming peril of a collapsing economy followed by inevitable civil unrest. With the EU currently in debt shambles, global markets are on the verge of a considerable breakdown. The Federal Reserve response will be predictable; QE3 and massive stimulus all around to mitigate the crisis. This time, though, the go-to Keynesian quick fix will not work in the slightest. In fact, it will make matters more untenable by placing the world reserve status of the dollar at risk.
Everything that has happened so far in the markets this year has been easy to foresee. Alt-Market predicted the economic slowdown around the world and the collapse of overall demand using the Baltic Dry Index as a gauge back in January:

If alternative economic analysts can predict these developments despite the manipulated statistics spewed out by the government every month, then I think the government and our central bank has a tremendously transparent view of what is coming down the road in terms of financial distress. I believe the establishment is very well aware of a potential crisis event, economic or otherwise, that is barreling down upon the U.S. I believe the evidence shows that they are preparing for this eventuality in a command and control fashion, without alerting the public to the coming implosion. I believe they will use the despair that flows forth from the fiscal wreckage as an excuse to institute martial law.
Call it “crazy”. Call it “conspiracy theory”. Call it “coincidence”. Call it “fear mongering”. Whatever you like. I find it far more insane to shrug off the strange and twisted behavior of our power structure, and simply hope that it’s all irrelevant to the future. Whenever I run into starry eyed historical romanticists who look back in astonishment at the tyrannies of the past and wonder out loud, “How could those people have not known where their country was headed?!!”, I think of where we are today…

ATK Awarded Contract to Supply 450 Million Rounds of .40 Caliber Ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security
ATK has secured a major Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity deal to supply up to 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security.
The 1 year contract with four option years comes at a time when many Americans believe that DHS, along with certain aspects of the military, will soon turn their sights on the American people during some sort of martial law scenario.
“We are proud to extend our track record as the prime supplier of .40 caliber duty ammunition for DHS, ICE,” said Ron Johnson, the president of ATK’s Security and Sporting group,” reported a PR Newswire release.
The Department of Homeland Security has been extremely busy in the last few months.
Whether it be mastering their surveillance of social media, planning to buildlevel 4 bio weapons labs in the middle of the country, defending Globalism,lying to Congress about their big brother policies, labeling people who believe in conspiracy theories as potential terrorists, or taking over cyber security, DHS seems to be actively working against the American people on every front.
Considering this, the fact that they are openly ordering millions more rounds of ammunition should at the very least give the American people pause.
As 2012 continues to move forward and the awakening of the sleeping giant that is the American people kicks into high gear, federal agencies seem hell bent to continue to gear up for a possible confrontation with the people of this once great country.

ATK ATK +0.25% announced that it is being awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement from the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS, ICE) for .40 caliber ammunition. This contract features a base of 12 months, includes four option years, and will have a maximum volume of 450 million rounds.
ATK was the incumbent and won the contract with its HST bullet, which has proven itself in the field. The special hollow point effectively passes through a variety of barriers and holds its jacket in the toughest conditions. HST is engineered for 100-percent weight retention, limits collateral damage, and avoids over-penetration.
“We are proud to extend our track record as the prime supplier of .40 caliber duty ammunition for DHS, ICE,” said Ron Johnson, President of ATK’s Security and Sporting group. “The HST is a proven design that will continue to serve those who keep our borders safe.”
ATK will produce the ammunition at the Federal Cartridge Company facility in Anoka, Minn. Deliveries are expected to begin in June.
While just a “standard disclosure” the press release goes on to warn this is forward looking contract which may change based on a variety of factors, including economic conditions.
Among those factors are: changes in governmental spending, budgetary policies and product sourcing strategies; the company’s competitive environment; the terms and timing of awards and contracts; economic conditions; the supply, availability and costs of raw materials and components; or reliance on a key supplier.
A newbie I know got a sudden hard-on for 40 cal. “It’s what the cops use,” he said. “It’s not as cheap as 9mm,” I pointed out, knowing that my ballistic buddy was going to be doing a LOT of shooting. “It’s also harder to manage the recoil, so you’ll probably going to be less accurate. And it doesn’t make as big a hole as a .45.” I didn’t get into the .40′s history: the whole post-1986 FBI shooting“we need a bigger caliber so how about we neck-down this 10mm cartridge” deal. I think I convinced him with this: “This isn’t Goldilocks and the Three Bears. There is no ‘just right’ caliber. Big holes (.45) or more filling (9mm); pick one.” Am I wrong?
