To me it is pretty hard to give an argument against them given the circumstances revolving around who these people are. They are not your average Joe from the farm down the street who says he saw a UFO. I think lots of times these are dismissed because these videos are scattered around the web. There isn’t many places on the web that has a compilation of high profile people saying that UFOs and aliens are real, let alone found else where in society. Most of the ones I found on the web have some obvious fake stuff mixed in which then gets people confused about the real ones.
My goal is to really start compiling more of these things that really seem like to be the real thing. When things are spelled out for people, it is a lot easier to connect the dots. But then again, if all the dots were already connected, what would then be the point of discovering something new?
Here is one last video about the moon. Some people believe it to be constructed by aliens. Maybe on the next post I will dive deeper into this interesting theory. There is one fact I did find interesting though on a website called pureinsight.org, there is a paragraph that says:
“The average distance between the earth and the moon is 380,000 km, and between the sun and the earth is about 150,000,000 km. The latter is about 395 times further than the former. The diameter of the sun is about 1,380,000 km, while that of the moon is 3,400 km; the ratio of the two is again 395 times greater. Both ratios are 395. Could it be a coincidence? What does it mean?”

David Icke
According to British writer David Icke, 5- to 12-foot (1.5–3.7 m) tall, blood-drinking, shape-shifting reptilian humanoids from the Alpha Draconis star system, now hiding in underground bases, are the force behind a worldwide conspiracy against humanity.[7] He contends that most of the world’s leaders are related to these reptilians, including George W Bush of the United States, and Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.[8] Icke’s conspiracy theories now have supporters in 47 countries and he frequently gives lectures to crowds of 2,500 or more.[9] American writer Vicki Santillano ranked the notion that “Reptilian humanoids control all of us” as one of the 10 most popular conspiracy theories.[10]
Politics
In the closely fought 2008 U.S. Senate election between comedian and commentator Al Franken and incumbent Senator Norm Coleman, one of the ballots challenged by Coleman included a vote for Franken with “Lizard People” written in the space provided for write-in candidates.[11] Lucas Davenport who later claimed to have written the gag ballot, said, “I don’t know if you’ve heard the conspiracy theory about the Lizard Men; a friend of mine, we didn’t like the candidates, so we were at first going to write in revolution, because we thought that was good and to the point. And then, we thought the Lizard People would be even funnier.”[12]
In February 2011, on the Opie & Anthony radio show, the comedian Louis C.K. asked former U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld a number of times if he and Dick Cheney were lizard people who enjoyed the taste of human flesh. Rumsfeld did not answer the question. Louis C.K. comically interpreted Rumsfeld’s refusal to answer as an admission and further suggested that those who are lizard people cannot lie about it; when asked if they are lizards, they have to either not answer the question or say yes.[13]
In V, supposedly peaceful alien “Visitors”, who appear human, arrive on Earth in giant flying saucers and initiate first contact. In fact, the Visitors wear masks concealing their true shapes. In their natural form, they resemble humanoid reptiles and eat living mammals. The Visitors commence a stealth alien invasion in which they set out subtly undermining the human, and, specifically, the American way of life. The creators of the series intended this as an allegory of fascism.[14] A remake of the series aired from 2009 to 2011.
A 1934 Los Angeles Times article may have been the origin of such beliefs. The article reported that a geophysicalmining engineer claimed to have discovered subterranean labyrinths beneath Los Angeles to an underground city built by an advanced race of “Lizard People” to escape surface catastrophes some 5,000 years ago. This article, however, had remained obscure in the intervening years, even amongst consumers of conspiracy theories.[15]

As you may already know, I have been fortunate enough to interact with multiple witnesses who have worked in various levels of the UFO cover-up — some at levels significantly above the need-to-know basis of the President of the United States.
When you speak with the top-level insiders in the black-ops community, you often hear them mention THE RULES.
These projects are so compartmentalized that only the high-level people are even aware that THE RULES exist — or of how far-reaching they are.
It has taken me years of interviews to explore and unravel this strange subject — particularly because of the potential for confusion.
Sometimes, when insiders talk about THE RULES, they are talking about guidelines their own group insists they follow — such as secrets they must keep, disinformation they are expected to pass along, who gets to know how much, what mistakes are bad enough to get you killed, et cetera.
However, over the course of many conversations, I increasingly realized there was another level of THE RULES — a level they have absolutely no control over.
WHAT ARE “THE RULES”?
In this greater cosmic sense, THE RULES are a set of principles that the insider black-ops community has felt, for at least the past century, were as fixed and unchangeable as the Universe itself.
They also believed THE RULES would continue, unaltered, for millions of years. Apparently they have time-viewing technology that led them to believe this was the case.
The idea that this was a manipulated timeline, and not necessarily the real future, was far too mind-blowing for them to ever consider — particularly since you have people living within these timelines, and you can go and visit them and live there yourself.
Nonetheless, all ETs visiting the Earth must operate within THE RULES. It is impossible for them not to.
WHO MAKES “THE RULES?”
One day, only a few weeks ago, I finally got smart enough to bluntly ask one of my main contacts, “Who makes THE RULES?”
The reply was: “Who makes gravity? Who makes the sun rise and set? Who makes the Galaxy spin?
“We don’t know who makes THE RULES, David, but we have no choice but to follow them. There is no workaround. There is no other way. That’s why they’re THE RULES.”
This is a strange subject, and will undoubtedly lead to some folks laughing and thinking I’m crazy… but this is what you hear about when you talk to these insiders yourself.
At the highest levels of the UFO cover-up, it is well-understood that events on Earth, and indeed throughout the inhabited galaxy, are being managed and controlled — by unseen forces.
Some things are allowed to happen… and others are not.
THE ‘QUARANTINE’
As one key example of THE RULES, our Earth is under a ‘Quarantine’ that prevents most ETs from being able to enter our airspace in a way that would be visible to the naked eye — except in rare, unpredictable and brief bursts of time.
This is the main reason why we don’t see more visible UFOs — particularly in the case of negatively-oriented ETs. In fact, without this Quarantine, negative ETs would have invaded and taken over this planet eons ago.
This Quarantine also appears to allow those planetary controllers here on Earth to do whatever they want. Or so they thought.
The Quarantine is maintained by a vast network of super-advanced, indestructible satellites surrounding the Earth — built by very high-level ETs. These satellites keep humanity locked in — and everyone else locked out.
The insiders do not know who built these satellites, nor precisely why they are there. It’s simply another part of THE RULES.
When you view the patches of US Space Command or Navy Space Command, they picture the Earth surrounded by two circles, similar to the typical depiction of electron orbitals around an atom.
This symbolizes the Quarantine — which protects us from the bad guys.
LET’S SEE SOME PATCHES
On this official military website, you can find a patch commemorating the 25th anniversary of Air Force Space Command — from 1982 to 2007. You can see the two rings around the Earth clearly depicted, as well as a stylized image of a back-engineered ET spacecraft in flight:
From what I’ve heard, these triangular craft are enormous in size — taking quite some time to walk from one end to the other — and are already in operation throughout the galaxy. The shape you see in these emblems is almost exactly what they look like.
If you read this US Space Command page, you will find very specific information about who was in charge, when they were in charge, and what they allegedly were up to… and it includes the following emblem, featuring the rings I’m talking about:
Notice the crosses on each of the rings. We’ll get back to that in a minute.
You can also read about US Space Command in this article on Space.com — in an interview with Gene McCall, chief scientist for the Air Force Space Command. Naturally, the article attempts to put a mundane spin on the story and does not include any real ‘juice’ of Disclosure.
AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND
You again see the rings around the Earth in the Air Force Space Command patch. This was originally featured on the official Air Force Space Command website, which has since been taken down.
When you go to this mirror site and sort through the images and text, this triangular metallic flying machine image appears over and over again on various badges and emblems — along with the two “quarantine rings”:
Also, again notice the two crosses on either side of the delta-shaped spacecraft — crosses that directly contact the rings.
These, I believe, are meant to be Knights Templar crosses.
THE “KNIGHTS TEMPORAL”
In a Project Camelot interview, Gordon Novel revealed that these insiders like to refer to themselves as the Knights Temporal:
G: Well, I have a group of folks that I call the Knights Temporal.
The most prominent aerospace engineers and physicists in the world today are all part of a team we call the RAM group. We call ourselves the Knights Temporal.
We took a page out of the idea of the Templars, who basically blackmailed the Pope to give them the fiefdoms over Europe. They created the banking orders we have today.
Since we believe the technology is rooted in time, we call ourselves the Knights Temporal. The alien technology, the UFO, is basically a flying time machine. That’s what we believe, and it’s all we know about it.
What Novel does not say here is that these international bankers did not merely “take a page out of the idea of the Templars.” These groups are the direct descendants of the Knight Templars — and have still kept all their secrets.
NAVAL SPACE COMMAND
The same two “quarantine rings” appear in the emblem for the Naval Space Command, also mirrored at the above site:
Again we see a cross on one of the Earth’s protective rings. The sword, as we shall see, appears to be a Knight Templar blade.
With the line “Strengthen the Shield,” there is a clear implication here that the two rings around the Earth could be some sort of ‘shield’ that we want to make sure stays strong.
Further, there is the suggestion that this shield may be at least partially enforced by that same weird delta-shaped craft:
Again we see one of the “quarantine rings” as well as the same flying metallic triangle — this time with wings around it just in case you didn’t get the point that it flies.
Two smaller delta-shaped craft also flank the AFSST acronym at the bottom:
Here’s a shot of the original Strategic Air Command page in case it disappears. Notice the Knight Templar glove holding lightning bolts in the insignia at the top left:
JOINT FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT COMMAND FOR SPACE
The “quarantine rings” and flying metallic triangles show up again in the emblem for the Joint Functional Component Command for Space, which has its own official Wikipedia page here:
As it says on the Wikipedia page, according to Lieutenant General William L. Shelton, “Our prime mission directive in JFCC SPACE is to ensure our freedom of action in space, while preventing adversary use of space against us.”
Notice the difference in size between the small black delta-shaped craft and the larger metallic delta-shaped craft in the first badge below.
That size difference may not be an indication that one is closer than the other — it may acutally be a direct indication of how huge the larger craft is in comparison to the black one:
This next badge is particularly interesting because of the emblem that appears at the bottom:
I have been told this Pegasus “Master of Space” logo is worn by staff who have direct, high-level involvement with extraterrestrial human civilizations — typically those working for Space Command.
The Pegasus legend of the ‘winged horse’, used by the Gods to travel in Greek mythology, may well indicate some sort of extraterrestrial craft.
This follows the same chain of reasoning presented in Episode Two of this season’s Ancient Aliens on History Channel, which I am a repeat participant in.
THIRD PAGE OF BADGES FROM SCHRIEVER AFB
There are so many goodies on the third page of badges from the Schriever AFB site — delta craft, Templar swords, Templar gloves, quarantine rings, et cetera — that I had to just post the whole thing:
There are many, many indications of the Knight Templars here — and indeed, many insiders have said the Air Force is much more involved in the UFO cover-up than other organizations.
You probably caught the Masonic compass in the image on the bottom right. There is a Templar glove below it holding a sword of fire.
I was particularly fascinated by the Templar Knight gloves that had a mysterious energetic force coming off of them on the 310th Communications Flight badge — suggesting the mastery of hidden Universal powers:
The 50th Contracting Squadron badge at the top left may be a nod to the fact that human beings appear all over the galaxy — hence we see the image of a human body away from the Earth, and the Pegasus logo alongside it.
The 50th Space Communications Squadron badge at the top right has the Templar glove, again with the suggestion of a “Thunderbolt” coming out of it.
According to the second episode of this season’s Ancient Aliens, which I did plenty of research for but didn’t get in fast enough to make the cut, the many ancient ‘Thunderbolt’ legends appear to refer back to a working ET weapon that was used in historic times.
Such a weapon then later became mythologized in such stories as Zeus’ Thunderbolt, Thor’s Hammer, Odin’s Spear, Poseidon’s Trident, Vajra’s Spear, et cetera.
THOUGHTFORM ENTITIES AND PROTECTING EARTH
The nasty-looking hooded being on the 23D Space Operations HQ badge, second over from the bottom left, clearly seems to represent the “Thoughtform Entities” I have been told these guardians of Earth are actively defending us against.
Notice the being has at least two faces — one made by the two winglike eyes in the middle, and another in profile view on the left-hand side, where a pointy nose, brow and chin are all clearly visible.
The rear of the head, in profile view, suggests pointy ears. I have indeed heard from an insider, recently, that at least one ET group does in fact have pointy ears — and looks very similar to certain ‘gargoyle’ faces we see on many Templar-designed buildings.
Whether you agree with what they’re doing or not, the people I speak to are absolutely convinced that the Earth would be much worse off if they were not doing their jobs.
This desire to protect humanity from outside negative forces is a strong rationale for why they continue to stay involved in these jobs, even though there are many questionable ethics involved.
It is certainly interesting to see a hooded being looming over the Earth on a badge dedicated to “space operations.”
Notice the two stylized birds flanking the star on the bottom-center image. They most definitely appear to be depictions of the Phoenix.
What better symbol to choose if you’re describing a journey through a stargate — where you appear to ‘die’ and dematerialize on one end, only to be ‘reborn’ from the other?
As you’ll see in a minute, this was the original Air Force logo!
Now let’s explore some more of these images in detail.
THE STARGATE
First of all, as we see below in its larger form, we have a badge that may very well be showing us a pentagonal Stargate vortex emerging from the Northwest United States:
More than one insider has told me that the ‘ancient’ stargates look like tunnels lined with individual points of light, in a clear geometric relationship to each other, and which spiral in on themselves as you look more deeply into the wormhole.
The points of light may very well be in a pentagonal relationship to each other along the circumference of the circle, though no one has told me this. I also never thought to ask until now — but it may very well be.
A slight hint of this stargate pattern appears in the movie Minority Report, when you look off to the right in this particular shot:
Getting back to this 21st Space Operations badge, it even features the words ‘gate’ and ‘star’ right in the description — Gateway to the Stars.
IS THE AIR FORCE LOGO PARTLY INTENDED TO DEPICT A STARGATE?
The five-pointed star with a circle inside of it is a common feature of the basic Air Force badge, which went through two different stages of development. This is apparently another homage to the stargates or ‘portals’ being used at the insider levels.
I already pointed out the original Air Force logo, where the pentagon is flanked with stylized Phoenix birds on either side. This logo then went through an evolution into its current form, as these images depict:
In the center you have the pentagonal Air Force / stargate logo — flanked with the Phoenix birds of fire.
Then you’ve got a jet on the right and “something else” on the left — our delta-shaped craft once again — protecting a triangular-shaped Earth in the same ‘quarantine loops’ I’ve been showing you:
The triangle shape appears to indicate the tetrahedral energy signatures that run through the Earth and other planets, as Richard C. Hoagland has been asserting since at least 1993.
The tetrahedral energy appears at the 19.5-degree latitude, north or south, on any given planet.
On solid planets it emerges as volcanoes, such as Hawaii on Earth and the enormous Olympus Mons on Mars.
On gas planets we have the Great Red Spot of Jupiter, the Great Dark Spot of Neptune, cloud bands on Saturn, et cetera — all at the magic 19.5-degree latitude.
DEFENDERS OF THE DOMAIN
One of the most compelling pieces from Schriever AFB is this next badge below.
Here, we see a simplified but undeniable diagram of the Global Grid I have written about for so many years.
The real Grid is not made of a square pattern like this, but is otherwise extremely similar — including the spherical ‘nodes’ where the lines cross.
We also see a Knight Templar in full royal regalia:
Even the clovers carved into the knight’s mask are obvious, stylized versions of the Templar cross:
THE NORAD LOGO
The official NORAD logo (NORth American Aerospace Defense command) also contains the ‘quarantine loops’ around the Earth.
This time the loops appear stylized as wings — and we also see the Templar sword with stylized ‘thunderbolts’ coming off of it:
This next badge from the above website caught my eye in particular.
It is a seemingly earlier version of the same 310th Communications Flight badge I showed you before. Again we see the delta-shaped craft and the Earth with quarantine rings in the middle.
We also prominently see the knights’ gloves with thunderbolts coming off of the fingers.
Again, this badge suggests the Templar Knights may have possessed mystical capabilities to manipulate energy — either by thought alone, or with some form of ‘thunderbolt’ technology, as we see in many ancient myths:
PLENTY OF EVIDENCE
Of course, none of this is absolutely conclusive proof that there is any off-planet work going on within Space Command, nor that they have access to stargate ‘portal’ technology or interstellar delta-shaped craft.
However, I have spoken to several different insiders who have given me various pieces of this puzzle — and they all fit together very well.
When independent witnesses keep telling you the same things, you start paying attention.
It is highly, highly interesting that we see so much redundancy in the symbolism of these various military badges — over and over again. I’ve only given you a brief sample of what you can uncover with your own research.
THE QUARANTINE DROPS AFTER 2012
Everyone ‘in the know’ is well aware of THE RULES, and the Quarantine that exists around the Earth.
Apparently you can’t just fly a ship out of Earth’s atmosphere without opening a hole in the Quarantine first. This had to be done for all the Apollo missions, I am told, as otherwise they would have never made it out of here alive.
The ETs that have been working with the US and other governments for the past century apparently possess technology that allows for short-term openings to be made in the Quarantine.
Space Command is very glad we have the Quarantine, as it protects us from outside invading forces. When random holes occur, Space Command uses their own ships to further defend the Earth — as their badges indicate.
Another very interesting point I’ve been told is that Space Command and its affiliates have reason to believe the Quarantine will drop some time after 2012. This is a significant part of the transformation we are now going through.
At this point, the Earth will enter into open contact with its ET neighbors.
There is also the implication or suggestion that the dropping of this Quarantine will also enhance the mystical and psychic abilities of the average person as well.
EVERYTHING CAN BE FOUND IN “THE LAW OF ONE”
The ‘Quarantine’ is one of a variety of very specific data points that were revealed in the Law of One series, most of which came through in 1981 to Don Elkins, Carla Rueckert and Jim McCarty of L/L Research.
The best way to introduce yourself to this staggeringly complex body of information — all of which is now free to read online — is to consult the Study Guide I have posted at this site. I highly recommend you explore this research, and feel it is one of the best possible uses of your time.
I have pointed out to several insiders now that everything they’re telling me — all the most significant data points — can be found in this one series from 1981.
I consistently urge that they read it, as they would be shocked to discover how well the material lines up with what they already know.
However, everyone is ‘too busy’ — and the big discovery still remains waiting in the wings.
LAW OF ONE ON THE ‘QUARANTINE’
If you feel you have the time, here’s a full list of all the places where the ‘quarantine’ is discussed in the Law of One series — and it is a fascinating read:
These two sets of quotes from Sessions Six and Twelve really stand out for me:
6.25Questioner: Do any of the [positive Confederation ETs] come here at this time in spacecraft? In the past, say, thirty years?
Ra: I am Ra. We must state that this information is unimportant. If you will understand this, we feel that the information may be acceptably offered. The Law of One is what we are here to express. However, we will speak upon this subject.
Each planetary entity which wishes to appear within your third-dimensional space/time distortion requests permission to break quarantine, as you may call it, and appear to your peoples.
The reason and purpose for this appearance is understood, and either accepted or rejected. There have been as many as fifteen of the Confederation entities in your skies at any one time; the others available to you through thought.
At present [1981] there are seven which are operating with craft in your density.
Their purposes are very simple: to allow those entities of your planet to become aware of infinity, which is often best expressed to the uninformed as the mysterious or unknown.
12.3Questioner: Is there any effort on the part of the Confederation to stop the Orion chariots [piloted by negative, “service to self” ETs] from arriving here?
Ra: I am Ra. Every effort is made to quarantine this planet.
However, the network of guardians, much like any other pattern of patrols on whatever level, does not hinder each and every entity from penetrating quarantine — for if a request is made in light/love, the Law of One will be met with acquiescence.
If the request is not made, due to the slipping through the net, then there is penetration of this net.
12.5Questioner: I don’t understand how the Confederation stops the Orion chariots from coming through the quarantine?
Ra: I am Ra. There is contact at the level of light-form or lightbody-being, depending upon the vibratory level of the guardian.
These guardians sweep reaches of your Earth’s energy fields to be aware of any entities approaching. [DW: The satellites I have heard about from the insiders appear to be the automated detection system that alerts these ‘Guardians’.]
An entity which is approaching is hailed in the name of the One Creator.
Any entity thus hailed is bathed in love/light, and will of free will obey the quarantine due to the power of the Law of One.
12.6Questioner: What would happen to the entity if he did not obey the quarantine after being hailed?
Ra: I am Ra. To not obeyquarantine after being hailed on the level of which we speak would be equivalent to your not stopping upon walking into a solid brick wall.
12.7Questioner: What would happen to the entity if he did this? What would happen to his chariot?
Ra: I am Ra. The Creator is one being. The vibratory level of those able to breach the quarantine boundaries is such that upon seeing the love/light net it is impossible to break this Law.
Therefore, nothing happens. No attempt is made. There is no confrontation.
The only beings who are able to penetrate the quarantine are those who discover windows or distortions in the space/time continua surrounding your planet’s energy fields.
Through these windows they come. These windows are rare and unpredictable.
This is only one of many hundreds of examples where I have found a perfect correspondence between what the top-level insiders tell me and what we find written in the Law of One series.
THE ‘QUANTUM LEAP’
I have worked for years to flesh out the Law of One’s cosmology into a scientific thesis — with stunning results, as you can find in my videos, conferences, radio shows, articles and books.
A window of 2011 to 2013 was given in the Law of One series as a time where a ‘quantum leap’ would occur in Earth’s history, propelling us into an amazingly beautiful new Golden Age.
Once this shift fully takes place — which may involve 100 to 700 years for the full transition to complete — the average human being will have all the abilities attributed to Jesus and other ‘Ascended Masters’ — and more.
Even though it may take some time for this transformation to occur, there is no question that the initial ‘quantum leap’ in 2011-2013 is something absolutely remarkable, breathtaking and unprecedented in Earth’s history.
A GALACTIC TRANSFORMATION
This ‘quantum leap’ is the result of our Solar System traversing into a more highly-charged region of the galaxy — wherein the actual physics of matter, energy and consciousness irreversibly shift.
This galactic transformation propels the Earth into an energetic state called ‘Fourth Density’ — as opposed to our current ‘third.’
These same energy states appear in the human body as the seven chakras. They also constitute what most people mistakenly call “dimensional levels”, which apparently exist as planes of existence throughout the entire Universe.
The shift into fourth-density is essentially a graduation from the yellow, self-oriented center to the green, heart-oriented perspective.
No mention of the Mayan Calendar ever occurred in The Law of One, as Dr. Don Elkins knew nothing about it — nor the importance of the 2012 date in many ancient prophecies.
It is highly ironic that the most accurate and comprehensive body of 2012 prophecy information makes no mention of the Mayan Calendar whatsoever… nor any of the other common talking points related to 2012.
THE MOST ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION ON EARTH
Obviously, until this shift actually happens, we cannot be certain of what will occur — nor of exactly how it will occur.
Nonetheless, there are hundreds of specific, highly technical scientific data points in the Law of One series that have since been proven correct.
This makes it highly unlikely that the whole model will fall apart when it comes to the Fourth-Density Shift.
I have yet to find a single contradiction or error in the Law of One cosmology. In fact, the more I follow up on the leads we were given, the more advanced and beautifully perfect the model becomes.
I struggled for many years with the frequently-mentioned concept of a parallel universe where time is three-dimensional — but finally this year I solved this greatest of all mysteries, and truly understood how and why it was the key to everything.

Who dumps technology more advanced than NASA on to NASA and thinks nothing of it? This admission of at least this segment of a secretive space program is quite revealing. It will probably slip by mainstream media, but sit up and take notice, this is a serious admission here.
NASA gets two military spy telescopes for astronomy
(Washington Post) The secretive government agency that flies spy satellites has made a stunning gift to NASA: two exquisite telescopes as big and powerful as the Hubble Space Telescope. They’ve never left the ground and are in storage in Rochester, N.Y.
It’s an unusual technology transfer from the military-intelligence space program to the better-known civilian space agency. It could be a boost for NASA’s troubled science program, which is groaning under the budgetary weight of the James Webb Space Telescope, still at least six years from launch.
Or it could be a gift that becomes a burden. NASA isn’t sure it can afford to put even one of the two new telescopes into orbit.
The telescopes were built by private contractors for the National Reconnaissance Office, one of 16 U.S. intelligence agencies. The telescopes have 2.4-meter (7.9-foot) mirrors, just like the Hubble, but they have 100 times the field of view. Their structure is shorter and squatter.
They’re “space qualified,” as NASA puts it, but they’re a long way from being functioning space telescopes. They have no instruments — there are no cameras, for example. More than that, they lack a funded mission and all that entails, such as a scientific program, support staff, data analysis and office space. They will remain in storage while NASA mulls its options.
“It’s great news,” said NASA astrophysics director Paul Hertz. “It’s real hardware, and it’s got really impressive capabilities.”
The announcement Monday raised the obvious question of why the intelligence agency would no longer want, or need, two Hubble-class telescopes. A spokeswoman, Loretta DeSio, provided information sparingly.
“They no longer possessed intelligence-collection uses,” she said of the telescopes.
She confirmed that the hardware represents an upgrade of Hubble’s optical technology. MORE HERE

Secret Space Program?
You really think we get the whole story about anything, especially regarding military or technological advancements?
I personally met a man in New Mexico who used to work at the infamous Area 51. You can imagine how I tried to wangle information out of him, but he was tight-lipped. When I came back at him the third time after trying to act indifferent he finally said, “Let’s just put it this way. The stuff I worked on back in the 60′s still hasn’t come out.”
And my impression was he was a low-level tech.
There’s a lot of testimony as well as conjecture about Moon and Mars missions and the like you can read about on line, as well as many other “forbidden” realms of research. That we’re surrounded by technology that far surpasses what has been introduced into the mass mind is a no-brainer, so to speak.
It’s thought that black-op advances are decades if not centuries ahead of “known” technologies.
So What.
These psychos are on a path of self destruction—-hence—psycho-path. We just don’t want it to be at the expense of the innocent. Nice thing is we can’t be eliminated, we’re multi-dimensional eternal consciousness.

The large document which can be downloaded here (a book of 400 pages, with maps, diagrams, equations, and hand drawings) was sent anonymously, on two disks, to a well-known UFO organization. There is little information about the author, and the material has not been seen before.
The disks were then passed on to a respected German investigator. This person, whom we know well, passed them on to Project Camelot for publication stating that the material might be highly significant.
We do not read German, so we do not know the precise content. But it’s clear that this is extraordinary material. It appears to document extensive, detailed information about a base in Antarctica originally established by the Nazis, advanced physics, mind control, something apparently resembling the ‘Montauk chair’, and alien involvement in the affairs of the human race.
Included in the document are dozens of pages of higher mathematics, apparently detailing the physical theory of interdimensional travel. Whoever assembled this did so with a very great deal of time, trouble and technical knowledge.
The author states he has been a victim of mind control and/or mental illness, and appears to document a bizarre personal journey. But he also certain of what he is reporting. He recounts a large number of very peculiar dreams, but also describes the Antarctic base in detail. Most compelling are the many pages of mathematical physics, which of course cannot be hoaxed.
Strangely, a number of pages which contain the physics have a commentary in imperfect English, as if they have been partially autotranslated. We don’t yet know how this has come about, or if the text was written that way in the original.
Many questions are raised, of course – none the least being how one escapes from Antarctica. But the answers may present themselves to those with the resources to study the document thoroughly.
We intend to get it all translated, which may take time and require professional involvement. We are publishing this immediately because our experience suggests that it is an effective insurance policy not to sit on potentially explosive material privately for too long.
We welcome all and any responses to this, and invite German-speaking researchers and anyone with a knowledge of advanced mathematical physics to contact us privately to discuss the contents. Project Camelot makes no claims for this document, but is publishing it simply because of its potential importance for others to investigate thoroughly.
We asked the German researcher to write a summary of the book for the benefit of English-speaking readers:
About the book
I obtained the book from a German UFO society. They had received the book itself (around 400 pages) and two CDs containing the text and several drawings. The envelope had no address on it. However, the postmark reveals that it had been sent from Berlin.
The book was written by “Barabou Vedu in cooperation with R. Eckelt” (both anonymous). The author, Barabou Vedu, claims that his writings are an actual report from his experiences on an old alien base, where he was being kept “somewhere in the eternal ice” until he was 15 years old. He claims that people on the base spoke English and “Indian” language.
About the base
The author says that the base is no longer under extraterrestrial but under human control. He says the reason why there are so many human scientists on the base is because this is a place where many exotic phenomena can be observed, like “vectorial viewing into the future”, “soul travel via machine”, “technical telepathy” or what he calls “eye-movies” (living another’s experiences by proxy).
The author says that the base where he lived it is located not far from another alien base which bears the name “New Berlin”. He suspects that the base where he lived was part of the “New Berlin” base. He describes it as a huge building of glass and plastic, several square kilometers in area. During his stay, he says never left the base physically.
How he left the base
Around the year 1996, the author says that he left the base due to the first signs of schizophrenia; however, he has no conscious memory of how exactly he was “thrown out”. He woke up outside the base in a mountainous area “somewhere in Tajikistan”, where he was welcomed by four Turkish people that he later identified as “one of their criminal mind-control-gangs”. He stayed with them for a while, but then fled and traveled to Germany by train, a trip which took about three weeks. He says that after his arrival in Germany, he was officially accepted as a refugee.
Why he wrote the book
Because of recurring flashbacks, nightmares and “apparent signs of post-traumatic stress”, he was assigned to a psychiatric hospital in May 1998. He says that no-one there would believe any of the stories he had to tell which is why he decided to start lying to the doctors. He eventually managed to discharge himself and decided to confide in a person he trusts, whom he told about his past in order to cope with his fears and nightmares.
It seems that the book is a direct result of these conversations. The author says that it was a good idea to write everything down because it was an effective way to “get rid of everything”. One may suspect that the aforementioned person “R. Eckelt” is the one who gained Barabou’s trust and helped him to write down his memories.
His memories
The author says that he and the other humans on the base followed a schedule. They received their food from a tube which came out of the wall. He describes it as a kind of “brown paste”, which tasted like fruit. In order to receive food, they were obliged to follow certain tasks for which they received “bonus points”. Not fulfilling a task resulted in receiving no points, and therefore no food.
One of the main tasks that he and the other humans had was to “follow the thought structures of humans outside the base”, using a technology he calls the “Bereschewan-seat”. The seat itself is described as far too small for a human being – it seems to have been created for beings with another anatomy.
In order to use the seat, the author says they had to put on a specific suit with a cable which ended in a machine. Using the seat, it was apparently possible to see and feel the world outside as if one would experience it with one’s own senses (sight, smell, sound, touch etc). The author says that he was eventually obliged to draw what he saw. Sometimes he was ordered to distract people outside the base from their original thoughts and to “implant” different, more violent thoughts. The author furthermore suggests that this manipulation has been going on for a long time – and probably from the future.
The author says that among the humans, there were also other beings present on the base. He refers to them as “Lemurs” – reddish, greenish robots which he suspects are inhabited by human souls who failed to accomplish their tasks. Another type of being mentioned is described as small and humanoid in appearance with brown, hairless skin. Humans living on the base worshipped them, considering them to be “Gods”. In one part of the book, the author describes how he once saw one of these brown beings sitting perfectly at ease on the Bereschewan seat, a detail which suggests that the seat was their technology.
I have only read, in detail, a quarter of the book so far. There are many more things in the book which are not described in this summary.
A glance at the text
The book is almost entirely written in German, although some paragraphs are written in bad English and seem to have been translated either by a German-speaking person or by an automatic translator. As for consistency of the content, no apparent contradictions can be observed. On the contrary, throughout the book, the author keeps relating again and again to details he has already mentioned before.
There is one chapter which contains numerous formulae and diagrams about what the author describes as “Our theory of everything”. This complex mathematical physics seems to describe an advanced model of a multidimensional universe, and how to travel through it. He states that investigating these formulas might prove the authenticity of his claims, but possibly only “in 20 or 30 years from now”.
First steps undertaken so far
A very experienced remote viewer has been asked to assist to give an opinion on the book’s authenticity. One initial session has been done so far and more are planned.
Recommendations
A complete translation into English would be advisable so that researchers from around the world can investigate this independently. The book is obviously linked to the persistent reports that Hitler discovered an alien base in Antarctica and went there before the end of World War II. Therefore a thorough investigation of parallels between the book and existing Alien-Nazi-Antarctica research seems to be a good idea.

Theoretical physicist’s summary
We asked a theoretical physicist if he would comment on the mathematical physics section of the book. He is a respected academic with a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics (quantum mechanics, electrodynamics and relativity) and over 200 international scientific publications in journals from several countries. His first language is not English, but his English is nonetheless excellent.
1. The mathematics is genuine. The education level of the author would have to be Ph.D.
2. It is a model. In Physics we have many models, and we must consider them all with respect if they don’t lead to experimental contradictions.
3. For example, String Theory is a model. Some people accept it, and others (such as Roger Penrose) do not believe in Strings. But the final word is in the experiment.
4. This presents a Photon Model which reproduces known results in Physics, but it also admits (which is important) the involvement of the Ether. In my personal opinion: Current Physics will advance if it accepts the existence of the Ether.
5. This is an innovative model… and in a few aspects it reminds me of extensions from other models (for example, Tewari’s model for the electron).
6. The ‘Ghost-balls’ remind me of some of Tesla’s experiments.
7. It employs 5 and/or 6 dimensions, which is normal in Physics. For example, the Kaluza-Klein Theory uses a 5-dimensional space.
In summary: the model presented in this material has genuine ideas and mathematics. Separately from that, it may or may not be successful in describing Nature. If this material is rejected, then one must reject many, many similar scientific papers that each day are published in the Journals of Physics.

I took a VERY detailed line-by-line look at this PDF. You didn’t mention the fact that almost all the illustrations are captioned in English, not in German. We need to get this text translated into English as soon as possible.
In my professional estimation this is a very substantial move forward in disclosure. There’s no telling whether the author’s dreams have any impact other than for his own subconscious symbol set – and it does appear that at least a third of the book’s content goes into various pieces of dream data.
Nonetheless, there are MANY correlations with other pieces of data. You look at the testimony in the black-ops marked-up version of Morris Jessup’s “Case for the UFO” – from Carlos Allende and two other insiders – and you see this ongoing discussion of the “S-M”, which apparently are the “Space Men,” and the “L-M,” which apparently are the Little Men / Lemurian-Men. I’ve already started writing about this on my website.

You will notice that the physics model I begin outlining in Part One of this article series, New Philadelphia Experiment Revelations, is very, very similar to what we hear at the end of this book from an alleged German insider witness.
The data about “Lemurs” in this German witness’ book has many strong correlations with the data I’ve been gathering about the alleged Lemurians… enough so that they appear to be one and the same thing.
The excerpts from Allende et al’s liner notes of Case for the UFO appear to be describing, in part, a war that occurred between a terrestrial ET species centered in the Pacific – i.e. the Lemurians – and a non-terrestrial invading species which is very likely the Anunnaki, or what they refer to in code as only the S-M, or “Space-Men.”
It is entirely likely that while most of humanity was in a primitive state, at least one ET race was able to colonize the planet, and may also have interbred with native humans to some degree. It is also possible that evolution proceeded along parallel tracks on Earth, and the “Lemurians” are a particular strain of human being that advanced far more quickly and was driven into hiding due to a still-ongoing war with the so-called Anunnaki.
It seems clear from the testimony in Case for the UFO that there were wars where the Anunnaki harvested asteroids, using powerful gravity-control technologies, and fired them at Lemurian cities with devastating effects. This is apparently what forced them to take refuge into undersea bases, where they still reside to this day.
It is likely that a more informed review of the Sumerian texts would tease out the details of this war, since someone like Sitchin might not understand all of it without the proper context.
It is also quite possible, given Burisch’s testimony, that the “Lemurians” are actually travelers from one aspect of humanity’s future, as he has repeatedly described – and attempted to colonize the Earth at a time when humans of the era posed no threat, only to find themselves embroiled in a major war with an opposing ET faction.
Allende et al’s testimony in “Case” further correlates a variety of UFO sightings with an apparently well-known body of data about these Lemurian craft – including the fact that a form of slag builds up on the exterior of the craft as a result of their encounters with earth materials as they travel, and they have a function where they can slough off this material, which then pours off the craft as a molten liquid. Deacon’s recent testimony also indicates the Anunnaki as an active influence, offhandedly mentioning an “Enki ship.”
I also have a mysterious testimony that came in, via a colleague, from a Russian scientist who quoted a series of books that he claims all have bits and pieces of this story. The basis of the Russian’s story is that a major Lemurian base existed in Antarctica, with the species still living and working there, and the Nazis formed a pact with them during World War II. This completely correlates with what I heard. I have been sitting on this and haven’t even told you about it before, and now we see the same thing in an entirely different form.
I actually bought every book the Russian scientist referred to in his letter but have not yet had the time to study all the references. There are an astonishing number of pieces he brought together in this one letter and I have confirmed that each book has the contents he speaks of – I just haven’t had the time to read them all in total.
I’ve long suspected that more of this Anunnaki-Lemurian war story would come out as new whistleblower testimony came to the fore, and that appears to be what is happening here.
Daniel also said there were Atlantean ruins under the ice in Antarctica, and that the Third Reich migrated to South America after World War II – specifically the southern tip of Brazil. He saw artifacts they gathered from there, implying there must be a base of at least some capacity in Antarctica that we are not normally privy to.
There are a variety of other correlations with things I heard from Daniel’s testimony that are specific and unpublished, things I’ve never gone public with and have not seen elsewhere. These alone would be sufficient to warrant a deeper investigation.
Furthermore, I studied the physics model the German author is giving, since most of it is in English. Again, there are a great deal of correlations with what I’ve heard from Daniel and from another key witness I will call Clark, who I haven’t had reason to discuss before.
These physics correlations are far too specific to be simply a product of chance – including the six-dimensional frame, the toroidal model where our 3D is but the exterior of a “hollow sphere,” and the idea (only implied here) that time-space is the region on the interior of the hollow sphere – the mirror-opposite of our own reference frame.
There is also material in the German text about the interchange of space and time causing volumetric contractions and expansions of time. This is not that far from existing relativity models, but nonetheless the specifics of how he articulates it are very similar to things I’ve heard from Daniel in the past. From what I know of physics equations I’ve seen when studying these alternative models, it does appear to be very well thought out and sound.
There should be utilities out there allowing you to do a fairly decent translation automatically within a PDF file. It’s all the better that the vast majority of the illustrations are already in English. I would consider it highly likely that a substantial percentage of the non-dream portions of this witness’ testimony will turn out to be accurate.
I think it is wise to hold back on the Russian testimony for now until we see if anyone else has correlative data to support this. The inevitable challenge we face is of people who take existing pieces and want to fabricate a story. While this may seem a great way to get your 15 minutes, I consider these hoaxes a spiritual crime, and most of them never make it through the gate anyway.

In addition, my father in our base [translator’s note: later he talks about another father who also gives him a Turkish passport] had a similar idiotic name. His name was Hohunarao Vedu. I think this means in Indian: “May you be someone who will be bathed (man of) Moon.” In the world of the symbols in our base, this meant as much as: “Though you are not of pure clear spirit, you deserve to be washed clean with clear pure spirit.” This ritual of the washing clean of one’s own dirty spirit with clean clear spirit could be connected to the common baptism ritual here in the world outside.
My mother in our base also had a very strange name. Her name was Wara, which means in Indian “Swan”, I think. In the world of the symbols in our base, this meant that you belonged to the light blue-green side of the spirit on which all divine entities are at home as well. Alone, my elder brother, eight years older, had a name without a religious background. His name was simply Magba, which means in Indian as much as tenth Moonhouse. I can’t say why they spared him all this religious stuff in his name.
At the start, I spoke about our alien base being a former alien base. By this, I wanted to state that in present time our alien base is not any more under extraterrestrial control, but probably under terrestrial control. The reasons for this are obvious. For example, there were scientists in our base who spend nearly each whole day developing new physical theories. Well, which alien lets his own technologies be examined by terrestrial scientists, so that they can tell him how that works what one has carried around the whole time with oneself? One can be sure that everywhere, where scientists walk around, terrestrial powers have taken the power. So, probably, also in our base.
But in this connection I’d like to mention that the scientists of our base kept the same demonic dressing protocol concerning the choice of their clothes as we did. This protocol stated that the color of one’s clothes must match one’s current emotional state. You wore red in anger, orange in pain, yellow in fear, green in kindness, blue in love and violet in grease [translator’s note: ‘grease’ in German also means to make sure someone else doesn’t get caught while doing something]. The color white could be combined with the colors green and blue, and black with the colors orange and red. The choice of these colors for the corresponding human emotions corresponded to the coloring of their spirit, which changed colors depending on one’s state of mind.
Why so many scientists took care of our base isn’t difficult to guess. A place in which so many exotic phenomena like vector viewing into the future, “soul travel” by machines, technical telepathy, or eye-movies of people could be watched, shouts for a scientific examination. The interesting things the scientists of our base discovered during their examinations, one can readily read in the chapter “Appendix of our physical theories of tomorrow”.
This chapter about our physical theories might be a real treasure trove to physicists with an interest in the Nobel Prize. Those who think highly of themselves, and would like to prove to all of us that alien bases really exist, are free to earn their Nobel Prize at my expense. I think that’s only fair. Because I don’t own these ideas either. And I don’t see why I should take these theories with me to my grave, just because it isn’t yet the right time for these theories.
The ether-theorists of the 19th century were not that wrong in their ideas about the world. But I’m afraid they should have experimented with 4 to 5 dimensional ethers instead of three-dimensional. Because then their physics would have been perhaps a little more successful, and Einstein wouldn’t have blocked the further development of ether-physics by his SRT [Special Relativity Theory]. But that’s a completely different problem.
So what to do to prove that their ether-physics is more correct than our ether-less physics of today? The way it looks, first SRT must go before one can continue with classic ether-physics – the physics of the extraterrestrial? But this is easier said than done. Einstein is an acknowledged expert in physics. To attack him and to claim new experiments about the topic of SRT, is a hard nut to crack for modern physicists. Especially as the disproof of SRT in favor of our 4-dimensional ether-physics indeed needs very demanding experiments for light propagation.
For example, one would have to measure the linear speed of light between two places, without using reflected light. A measurement which unfortunately currently still involves high measuring-errors. But a change from the physics of relativity to the physics of ether-theory includes, as I will show in my report “Their Theories”, great physical discoveries.
Among other things, one can for example prove that the Theory Of All could be a fractal hollow-sphere-model in a 6-fold or 6-dimensional space. In such a fractal hollow-sphere-model of All, the world repeats itself in the micro as well as in the macro, again and again at each level/plane of size. No matter where and no matter in which of these level-sizes one is currently situated, the world always looks the same.
Funnily enough, one can at the same time take this Theory Of All also totally informally to a string theory. Because if the world repeats itself on the level of a universe or of a photon again and again in the micro, then one has automatically contracting since produced by gravitation, fields in a space. Combined with a 4-5 dimensional hollow-sphere form of these fields, the result in a 6-dimensional space with a shifting of space dimensions 1 — 3 to 4 — 6 are contracting strings to expanses in space.
And so we get from the original hollow-sphere-theory an incomplete string theory!

Dear Bill,
Our team here spent a few hours analyzing the document, and I made a few calls to other “well-connected” friends.
It’s probably too early to make a definite assessment, but my general impression is to be careful.
This document consists of two parts: 95% of it is a fantastic story, and my own judgment is that it isn’t more than that. I could be wrong, of course, and some of my friends disagreed with me. Still, I would advise everybody to be extremely cautious. Besides that, this part of the book doesn’t really contain much useful information (in the sense that the material could be related to anything in the “real” world).
It does make claims that bear similarity to certain Montauk-concepts (the author talks of a certain chair that can be used for remote viewing etc.) – but anybody could come up with such a story, having read the Montauk books and other far out material.
The physics section is something else, and it seems to me rather unrelated to the rest of the book, which makes it seem to me as if the author just copied it into his own story to gain credibility. But coming back to the physics:
One of my friends is a really, really well informed scientist, who is familiar with the work of Dr. Burkhard Heim. He told me that the material seems to be definitely based on Burkhard Heim’s work, and he had the impression that it even goes beyond that – like a practical application. If that’s true, then it would be really something.
I asked for my friend’s opinion about the rest of the book, but he did not want to go into detail. However, he assured me that it is indeed “something”. He also assured me that the Russian video documentary, which I have not seen yet, would be “very revealing”.
So, that’s really all I can tell you at the moment about this book. But I learned some other interesting things in that phone conversation:
My friend assured me that the information from Henry Deacon and Dan Burisch is absolutely head on, especially the claims regarding T1 and T2 [timeline 1 and timeline 2]. He said that there are two calculations regarding that fork-point: One says that it might come already this year. The other says that it will come right at the end of 2012.
I asked him: “Why do you think that it would come now? Do you think the Mayans made a mistake?” His answer was that the Mayans were surely right, but that our calendar system could be wrong, i.e. the “real” 2012 might be earlier than we think.
Then I asked him for the physical, scientific evidence for this [the timeline split], and he said that it would come from Burkhard Heim and from physicist Kip Thorne. He urged me to Google for “Thorne” and for “Vega”.
He also said that for top-ranking scientists who work for the (shadow-) Government, Montauk is absolutely standard knowledge. Whether it happened exactly as in the famous Montauk books would be another question, but T1 and T2, as Dan Burisch describes them, are current topics of discussion.
I asked him about Planet X and if he thought that was a real danger. His comment was that it might only be for those who stayed on T2. Then I asked him how he imagined the transition from our time into T1 or T2, and he said that he imagined that we will go into some kind of tunnel, or enter a short sleep, that might only take seconds, and then we’re in the new time.
To conclude: these are all exciting topics. But let’s try to not get carried away. Remember, everything that I’ve just written is just human opinion, and each of us could be wrong.
The only “hard” evidence that can be checked out is that last section of the book, which contains scientific material. Whether that is real has still to be researched. And whether that author came up with it by himself or whether he just copied it from some book, is another unanswered question. I myself would tend to the second conclusion.

E-mail exchange with Barabou Vedu – a Summary
After finding out his email address in late January 2008, I contacted Barabou Vedu with a couple of questions.
He replied with the following : The base New Berlin was most likely NOT founded by the Nazis: he himself was shown inside the base several “eye-movies” dating back to the 17th century. He concludes that the base must therefore be much older. As for a possible Nazi- Alien connection, he says that he does not know anything about that. He mentions that were many tall, blond and blue-eyed people present. As for the “Indian” languages spoken in the base, he says that he was often addressed in an unknown language that was called Indian. However, he only remembers a handful of words from that language.
As for the advanced physics in the last part of the book, he explains that modern physics can not progress without integrating the idea of the “Ether” into their models. He lists a number of possibilities that should result, albeit with different probabilities, from the advanced physics in the book: among these are, Space Travel at any desired speed (even greater than C), leaving our 3-dimensional space in the 4th or 5th spatial direction, use of Ether as an information storage medium, with advanced Mind Control technology as a consequence.

In my next email, I asked about his personal life and circumstances. BV replied that is was rather tough going and he mentions for the first time “terrible traumatizing events” which he would rather forget forever.
He says that he finished school and then did not do anything for years as he did not comprehend that someone who wants to have a job must go out and find a job. In 2004, he finally decided to try and learn a craft. He mentions that he even dreamed of studying math and physics, but this came to nothing as he realized that intellectual work was not for him.
Being asked whether he had approached publishers with his book, he said that he had not- but that he would not mind someone doing this, so long as he could remain anonymous.

I decided to challenge him on several points that I found hard to believe when I read his report.
To give just two examples, I asked where the Coca-Cola cans in the secret base came from: Barabou Vedu says he does not know, but they may have been received in exchange for Advanced Technology.
In another surreal bit of that email string, I remarked that a film about the great famine in America can hardly have been called A Film about the Great Hungary. I explained to him that Hungary is a country in central Europe. He replied, perplexed, that those films he saw about “Hungary” talked about hunger and poverty in the 30s in the USA.
I also asked him why he says that the base was in Antarctica, when on the cover page of his printed edition there is a poem that reads “The future has already begun here, under the ice of an Arctic glacier” ? I asked, which one is it now?
He replied, that while writing the report he had become more and more convinced that the base was actually NOT located in Antarctica but near the North Pole.

After several more email exchanges with BV, I suggested that we finally meet in person. BV declined, but he agreed to participate in a conference call that (as Bill had suggested) I set up with BV and another German-speaking researcher.
During our phone call, we put forward the following to BV:
Q : Do you have a visual memory of your father?
BV: No, all I remember is that he used to sit in a corner and cry when I was in the (bereschewan) seat.
Q: What is your mother tongue?
BV: My mother tongue is English. I only started learning German once I got out of the base
Q: Do you have any “missing time” in your life ?
BV: Yes, between the autumn of 1996 and around March 1997, I cannot remember a single thing.
Q: Give us an example of those “terrible, traumatizing things” that you witnessed at the base ?
BV: One day my friend and mentor, Walter Pfeffer went up to the glass roof of the base, and he looked through the glass and said “Well, spring is here finally !”
We also asked BV what exactly the purpose of the base and its operations was: he said one purpose was to go into people’s minds, to read their thoughts, and influence them.
Another purpose of the Chair was to share new ideas with scientists. It was also used for telling bad people to better themselves and for making warlike people more peaceful.
As for the science, BV adamantly insists that he saw pictures (not formulas) in the “eye-movies” inside the base and that he wrote down the formulas and equations years later.

I discussed the above exchanges with Bill and Kerry on several occasions: we all agree that Barabou Vedu must have gone through some very traumatizing experiences, very likely involving advanced Mind Control technology.

After the phone call, we sent to BV a link to an important, leaked NSA document that summarizes in detail the different Mind Control techniques developed in the US over the last 40 years.
BV replied, commenting that the technology that was used on him must have been much more advanced than that. He suspects that the NSA scientists must have come across something very advanced in a strange place and must have been trying to replicate it ever since. With limited success, he says.
He finds interesting that the NSA’s MC masters ask their victims to write diaries.. much as he himself was encouraged to paint whatever he had seen in the eye-movies inside the base. He concludes, there are striking parallels between the NSA experiments and his own experiences, but that in his case the transmission of pictures directly into the brain was far advanced.
Lastly, and this is the last we heard from BV: He categorically refuses to consider any kind of regression or hypnosis therapy in order to come to the bottom of his strange tale.
He insists that his personal “therapy” has been the writing of the report, and the “case is closed” for him.

The fact that BV lives de facto in hiding – and yet he made a great effort writing, printing and distributing his work is another, fascinating contradiction in this whole story. It is one of many, we feel. With so many fundamental questions unanswered, it is hard to believe that the “Base New Berlin” story is really to be taken at face value.
On the other hand, we clearly feel that BV is a troubled man who has suffered greatly through something that is shrouded from his conscious memory at the moment. His decision to call the case closed is understandable and we respect it. Although it may only be temporary .. as we hope.

Life Extension- The Chronicles of Michael Prince
by James Michael Casbolt 1992 Sirius Sector
I am not fully conscious at this time when I’m physically on this planet. Part of my consciousness is trapped within a quantum computer system on board my space vessel named the USS CALOPIA. This vessel orbits whatever planet I’m on at the time. This vessel is a UN/US Space Command vessel. The technology on board actually causes the vessel to physically follow me around the galaxy using stargates to travel vast distances. During the compartmentalizing torture sessions at the Hive in South Africa and the London underground facility, my consciousness has been leaving my body and entering a physical cloned body in vat stasis on board the USS Calopia.
The computer system on board this vessel monitors the vital signs of these cloned copies of my body. When life signs are detected within the cloning vat, the computer system sends mechanical servitors to take me to a an emergency medical bay until I am physically recovered and can walk around the ship in a stable condition. My physical body down on the planet during these times is always inhabited by my MIRROR ENTITY. At the breaking point of maximum pain levels… when I ‘pass-out’ my consciousness leaves my physical body in the underground base or wherever and wakes up in the cloned body on board the USS Calopia. When I recover and leave the medical bay on the Calopia, I always enter a specific room where I can monitor my physical body down on the planet. I can also monitor the vital life signs of the body on the planet. This process involves looking through physical cybernetic implants within the eyes. I am also able to operate the computer system on board the ship and bounce the signal off walls to look at the body from a remote location as well viewing through the eyes.
There is always a time limit that the Mirror Entity can take possession of my body down on the planet. The computer system on board the USS Calopia will always give me a warning five minutes before the Mirror Entity departs my body. This physical body will then shapeshift back into a human form when my consciousness enters back into it. The computer system flashes symbols on one of the screens at this time and a digital voice will say-
“Five minutes to genetic molecule alignment”
At this point I will walk out of this particular room on board the ship and enter a room down the corridor to the right hand side. In this room a vertical body pod called a ‘Ventricle Duct’ is positioned at the far end of the room. I will step into the pod with my back facing the wall. A plastic screen will close in front of me and the pod will tip back slightly. The pod will then fill up with liquid that I can breath and I will slowly and gently fall asleep and wake up again in my body down on the planet. This technology assists me in dealing with intense/prolonged pain and terror.
However at this time in 1992 I do not have conscious control over all the technology on board the USS Calopia. I also have a slightly schizophrenic relationship with the computer on board the vessel. At times of acute distress the computer and I talk back and forth. I.E- at the time I was ‘drowned’ in the ‘well’ at the Sirius prison facility, at the moment of greatest terror for me, I heard the computer system on board the USS Calopia inside my head, saying something like-“Regulation 301- Assist in binary xxxx ( numbers I can’t remember ) teleportation? Assist in binary xxxx teleportation?”
The ‘Assist in binary teleportation’ would be repeated with an increased sense of urgency tone of urgency until I felt like my lungs were going to explode. Just at the point of lung rupture taking place, I saw the Kabballa formation in my mind’s eye. I had a split second to choose between two of circles lit up. One green in colour, the other red in colour.
Green= I leave my body ( less risk )
Red= I stay in my body ( more risk )
I choose red at this time, stay in my body and I actually start to breath underwater through some kind of cybernetic breathing mechanism inside my body initiating at this time. The ultimate goal is to stay in the body and gain fully conscious control over all the technology on board the USS Calopia. Some of the hardware and software on board is ancient. Basically I need to switch the AI section of the computer on board off. At this time my brain will become ‘quiet’ and the internal dialogue that takes place inside my head between myself and the computer, will stop.-The scepter artifact I was handed by the ‘Jesuit/Reptilian’ priests after the drowning was a missing piece from the computer on board my ship. I was able to stay in my body during the drowning and therefore realize my physically indestructible nature. However the artifact was ultimately placed within a container inside the Emerald Room at this time, with the female and male reptilians inside. Because of this the female and male reptilians in the Emerald Room own a piece of my mind at this time in 1992.
Now because I was able to resist teleporting my consciousness onto the USS Calopia during a time of intense stress, I have moved one step closer to mastering this technology. Now at times of intense stress when the internal communication between myself and the computer system on the Calopia starts, I can instruct the whole vessel to physically teleport near to my location and send mechanical servitors into the place where I am distressed and physically rescue me. This way I end up physically on board the USS Calopia without having to leave my body. The trick to mastering all this technology is to stay in one physical body and not ‘body hop’ from one physical container to another.
Eventually the objective was to liberate this artifact from the Emerald Room and return it back to my ship. When events such as this happen, in times of danger, there will be no internal dialogue between myself and the computer on the Calopia. The artifact will be physically teleported to me from the ship and I will have complete mastery of my environment enabling me to come out of any dangerous situation safely. I can say at this time, I have claimed the artifact from the two reptilians and I have complete control over the Emerald Room they occupied in the past. I am approaching a state where I will actually be able to incorporate the artifact into my cybernetic body. At that time I will not have to wait for the time delay while the device is teleported from the USS Calopia to me. I will not have to rely on the USS Calopia at all and will have full conscious control over the technology. It is not a matter of if this happens but a matter of when.
1992- D4 facility- Sirius Sector
A door opens at the back of the Emerald Room. I exit the Emerald Room with the male and female reptilians in it and walk into a corridor. I am met by two human guards and I instinctively walk down the corridor behind them. Doors are located on either side of the corridor and some are open as I walk past them. I glance into a room on the left and see tall grey types working on some kind of crystal based computers. I glance to the right as I’m walking and see larger rooms with short grey types working on larger computers with conveyer belt type apparatus at the back of the rooms. I see box shaped objects on the conveyer belts and parts of exo-skeleton robotics such as mechanical arms and such.
A pair of tall grey overseers exits one of the rooms on the right and follow behind me. One of the greys creates a telepathic link between itself to the back of my head and a data exchange starts to take place as we walk. I see the layout and design on the whole facility.
The place is designed exactly like the Pentagon building in Virginia. This Sirius facility has five ring corridors within each other ( pentagons within pentagons ). Each of the five sections houses a separate extra-terrestrial race. Prisoners considered most dangerous by the ruling elite of each race work with scientists of the same race during their incarceration periods. This facility rests on a flat terra-formed seabed under the ocean of this planet to prevent escape. The facility is considered impossible to escape from as previously mentioned. The whole facility is able to detach itself from the seabed in times of emergency, emerge from the water and become airbourne/spacebourne.
The five types of lifeforms in each section of this facility are as follows:
5th Outer Ring- ‘Cat-People’ Bipedal cat type creatures based all over the galaxy but high numbers of these beings located in Sirius Star Sector.
4th Inner Ring- ‘Bird-People’ Bipedal bird type creatures based all over the galaxy but high numbers located in Orion and Draco Star Sectors.
3rd Inner Ring – ‘Wolf-People’ Bipedal canine type creatures based all over the galaxy but high numbers in Sirius Star Sector.
2nd Inner Ring- Humans.
1st Inner Ring- ‘Reptile-People’ Bipedal reptile type creatures based all over the galaxy but high numbers in Draco and Sirius Star Sector ( classic reptilian and grey types ).
A large space exists within the centre of the facility similar to the Pentagon building in Virginia but in the centre of this building is a huge five sided pyramid structure that protrudes out the top. Some type of antenna/teleportation device is located in the direct centre of the five sided pyramid. The data download continues to happen as we walk further down the corridor and I see that this reptilian section of the facility operates in a type of factory setting and the beings within operate in a very collective fashion. The entire facility operates in this way but it is most extreme here. I also see that ultimately the entire facility is run by AI at this time, which oversees most of the activity within the facility.
I see that the AI has been extensively involved in cognitive behaviour tests here. This has been to determine which of the five base races has the highest survival dynamic. These ‘survival of the fittest’ AI tests has been carried out separately on each race. The AI computer system has then mixed the races together in general population on several occasions. The strongest of each race have then been housed together for a continuation of these tests. Where I am being led now is part of the final series of testing in this area.
We continue to walk down and corridor and enter a lift at the end. All five of us get in and descend. The elevator doors open into an absolutely massive room with five walkways converging in the centre. The room is quite dark and very silent. I look up and see the huge five-sided pyramid structure above me built with a type of dark glass. We walk along our walkway towards the centre of the structure. It takes a long time and with every step I feel an awesome power building in my body. After walking for awhile I see on object in the distance. As we get closer I see a familiar trip seat type device. We get to the device and I get in the seat while the two human guards strap me into the chair.
Once this is complete, the two human guards and two greys walk away back in the direction of the lift. I sit in the dark silent massive room for a awhile and wait. I feel completely calm. I hear loud mechanical rumblings around me and five massive square mirrors extend out of the ground to form a pentagon shaped prism around me. My form sitting in the seat is reflected around me in many strange ways. My reflection seems to go on forever. I then see five faces appear on each mirror. They seem to be reflected backwards to how the facility is set-up I.E- A massive reptile face appears in this gigantic mirror to my left, the seat then rotates to the right and I see a huge wolf face, rotate to the right again and I see a huge bird-face, rotate right again I see a huge cat-face. The chair rotates slowly again and I see a huge human face. The face is Commander Sarion who may be my father. The chair then rotates to its original position and sinks into the floor where mechanical locks clamp the chair into a more secure position.
The chair starts to spin in a clockwise motion and gets faster and faster with each rotation. The faces appear to start laughing and as the rotation speed quickens, they all start to blend into one in my vision. I hear a crackling electrical sound and bright white light is coming from the centre of the pyramid down into my body. I start to convulse and I feel myself being filled with massive power and my muscles and joints tearing, stretching and ripping. This is massive pleasure and pain combined and feels like a huge orgasm. I feel my body expanding and when I feel myself reaching a climatic power point, the dark room around me disappears and I find myself standing in some desert canyon. My whole body is tingling with energy and feels very different.
Sirius 1992 continued
As the crackling energy envelops me in the chair, a time delay occurs just before I am teleported off planet into the canyon. I arrive in a tube on board the Calopia and look out through the clear partition as servitor droids come to collect me. The door in the tube opens and I fall forward in a weakened state into the mechanical arms of two servitors.
They lift me onto a hovering gurney and follow by my side on their wheeled legs as I am moved through the corridor on the right side of the vessel leading towards the recovery bay. Large viewing windows are positioned on the right side and I look down at the blue planet below. Most of the mass is covered by a huge ocean and I see a small land mass off to the left lit up by the huge sun behind the planet.
I am taken into the medical bay through a door on the left and moved into a corner where medical and laser equipment scan my body. I am given an injection by a mechanical arm that comes out of the top of the wall in front of me. A head visor also comes out of the wall and is positioned across my eyes. My strength is returning to me as I receive a digital debriefing from the AI computer on board the USS Calopia.
I learn the AI system on board my vessel has been in conflict with the AI system running the underwater prison down below on the planet. My very survival was at stake. Data regarding stem cells and genetics is scrolled onto the display screen. The AI system down on the planet has developed a complete science based the ancient art of terror, studying the deepest fears of an individual and sequence mapping of pain thresholds and physical torture breaking points.
It has learned that as the mind controls the body, physical pain is only effective up to a certain point. It’s goal is to physically remove an individual’s bone marrow by the quickest means possible while keeping the body alive. The bone marrow and stem cells within the marrow contain the individual’s identity and memory. Once the original marrow is removed the AI replaces it by teleporting stem cells from one of the animal type races located in a lab at the prison facility.
The AI system controlling the prison facility has probed into the deepest fears of men. It has found a way to literally and physically scare the life out of a man. To scare the life right out of one’s very bones!
On the other hand the AI system on board the Calopia is designed to enable me to survive under all circumstances. Back up exo-skeletal cybernetic chassis are located on board. These cyborg copies contain hollow tubes for the transportation of bone marrow stem cells if the Calopia AI registers that my DNA has left my body. This is accomplished with the use of atomic energy.
The debriefing continues on the digital visor and I learn that because I was able to stay in my body during my drowning experience at the facility, the Calopia AI has learnt that it can teleport my whole physical body directly onto the vessel, bypassing the need to vector locate and transport just my bone marrow.
A game of chess is being played out between the two AI’s and the Calopia AI now has the upper hand. In a covert maneuver of trickery, the Calopia AI has double crossed the planetary AI and teleported down a cyborg copy of my body into the chair as I am simultaneously being teleported to safety on board. Using massive amounts of oppositional extreme temperatures of heat and cold, the Calopia AI has managed to very rapidly swap each cell one at a time.
The cyborg copy has the standard hollow tubes within the bones of the alloy exo-skeleton. Therefore the facility AI teleports the stem cells of the animal into the bones without noticing a swap has occurred. Using this incredible energy source of heat and cold, the superior Calopia AI physically teleports genetic material two ways, while the inferior AI rides on the back of this process at the exact same time and teleports it’s sample without realizing the true process which is occurring. It is a three way process. Two parts living and one part dead.
On board the safety of the Calopia I am spared the damaging effects of the shape shift to my body for the first time in years. A throw away cloned body sustains this instead and a snarling eight foot tall bipedal, hairy beast is teleported into the canyon back on earth.
I am viewing the Bigfoot type beast in the canyon on a small screen above my head. A plastic tube shaped partition comes out the side of the gurney and I feel myself being pushed backwards through a small dark tunnel. I start to feel myself being pushed into sticky liquid and I realize I am back inside a tube.
I feel heat being scanned over my body and also realize I am being teleported. It is a quick triple realization as I also know I am being teleported into the canyon on earth to do battle with the hairy beast.
Grand Canyon, Arizona
The next thing I am aware of is a cool breeze blowing on my skin. It is almost dark, late evening and I see the Bigfoot like creature standing in front of me about twenty feet away. It’s thick legs are slightly bent ready to spring. It is over seven feet tall and looks like a cross between a huge gorilla and a bear with dark brown fur with long handed claws at the end of it’s massively powerful arms. It is growling with saliva dripping off rows of sharp teeth. I can smell it’s stinking rancid breath and foul pungent body odor from this distance.
Time seems to slow down for me as I notice a blue glowing light reflecting off the high walls of the canyon we stand in. I notice this blue light is coming from my body and look down for a split second to realize I am sitting cross legged and levitating over four feet off the ground.
I feel completely calm and in control.
I wait for the beast to spring and as he leaps the entire distance with a roar, I bounce some kind of magnetic energy off the ground beneath me and float gracefully higher into the air. The beast misses me and I manipulate this magnetic energy again this time using it to smash my weight downwards in the split second he passes underneath me. Just as my right hand is about to strike the top if his stinking head, I project a magnetic shockwave out the palm of my hand. The impact on top of his head smashes him face first down into the ground with a huge thud. The beast screams in agony and rage.
The beast returns to it’s feet again in no time and is facing me again. It leaps and I sidestep to my right and parry it’s weight with my right arm. Once I have a slight grip on the animal I throw it hard into the canyon wall behind me using it’s own weight and momentum.
It smashes head first into the wall and screams once again in rage and pain and again it rushes me. I can’t keep moving out of its way as it is getting wise to this tactic and rotates it’s body and moves to my left as it comes at me, slightly shifting it’s weight so I cannot parry it away from me. I cannot move backwards either as I will not be able to muster enough force into my blows to neutralize the beast.
My only option is to meet it head on and we end up in a stand up grapple face to face. The beast is stronger and much heavier than me. I have hold of it’s left arm with my right hand but is pushes me back a couple of steps. It’s right arm is now free and it swings a huge clawed overhand blow at my face. I block the blow with my left forearm but the force of it cuts my arm deeply and knocks my arm down. It follows up with the same blow quickly as I attempt to bring my arm up again and it knocks my injured arm down further exposing my face and chest.
A third time it throws the same blow. I see the claws sailing through the air towards my face but my left arm is too weak and injured to block this again. At the last moment I manage to pull my head back and the claws miss my face but rake down the left side of my neck near the collarbone instead. The blow is thrown with such force the claws continue cutting vertically through my flesh, gouging deeply into my chest exposing metal bones, circuitry and pumping flesh organs underneath this.
The animals right hand is down by my left rib now and I grab it with my left hand and pin it against it’s body. I still have the beasts left hand tied up with my right hand and I use the opportunity to head butt the creature in the mouth. I feel some it’s teeth crack off and it screams as blood starts to pour from it’s mouth. It counters with a ferocious bite to the top of my left shoulder.
It opens it huge gaping snout wide and sinks it’s teeth deeply into my flesh.
Something snaps inside me. Some deep bestial trigger deep within is activated by being bitten by a large animal such as this. I roar as I feel my hands starting to break and explode. I look at my hands as the beast is still sunk deep into my shoulder ripping from side to side, tearing at my flesh.
Knife like blades have protruded from my hands. At once I realize the reptilian hand bones retrieved from the bodies back in France all those years ago have been incorporated into my physiology ( see France deprogramming sessions 1812 ).
I ram the blades of my left hand into the stomach of the animal with a left uppercut. It let’s go of my shoulder and steps back looking confused when it sees the blades. I follow up with a overhand right blow with my right foot forward that cuts deeply into the left side of it’s neck. It steps back again and I have pinned it closer to the wall. I kick the creature with my right leg. A front kick to position it against the wall for the final death blow then I thrust a left punch as straight as an arrow into it’s throat.
The punch is forceful enough to go all the way through it’s throat and pin it to the wall behind. In a murder frenzy I stab into it’s stomach over and over again with my right hand until its head falls limply down in death.
I pull the blades out of it’s throat and the body falls onto the floor. At first it appears as if the body is dissolving in black mist. Then I realize the planetary AI system is teleporting the body back to Sirius.
I realize this has been a survival dynamic test by the AI system. One of the last in a long long series of survival of the fittest tests to discover which race has the highest survival dynamics. I notice movement above me out the corner of my eye and look up to see some kind of metal observation platform high above near the top of the canyon wall. I focus my vision on the platform and see men in green military uniforms looking down with binoculars and camera recording equipment.

The pilgrimage for tin foil hat explorers to the ominous borders of Area 51 can now be undertaken without the threat of being shot at or chased off by low-flying black helicopters, as the world’s first official Area 51 museum opens in Nevada.
The actual Area 51 site at Groom Lake is still guarded by ferocious dogs, movement-detecting sensors and armed guards driving Warrior trucks, but years of research and investigation have gone into creating the ultimate Area 51 experience within the equally-interesting National Atomic Testing Museum of Las Vegas.
Since reporter George Knapp broke the story of Area 51 in the late 80s withBob Lazar‘s claims of reverse-engineering alien technology, it has been a hive of conspiracy theory and stranger-than-fiction folklore. Built originally for working on atomic weapons and testing them in the surrounding desert, Area 51 has grown massively and now even has its own runway, which is said to be the longest in the world, at an estimated 9.7km.
For years, the military refused to confirm Area 51’s existence, which contributed to the mystery surrounding it. Now however, for the first time, the facts have been laid out and presented at an exhibition open to the public. Although there isn’t a huge amount of detail about the goings-on in the depths of Area 51, visitors to the museum can expect more than scorched metal fragments in glass cases and dubious testimonies.
“This is an interactive exhibit,” the museum curator Karen Green told Wired.co.uk. “It actually takes the visitor to Area 51. Camouflaged personnel will meet the visitor and escort them into a mission room — and keep your badge on, this is top secret. You’ll be asked questions throughout the exhibit to help understand both the myth and the realities of Area 51. We want you to make up your own mind.”
No-one other than the US government, and employees flown in everyday via “Janet” flights on private planes from nearby McCarran airport, really know what is down there. Inside Area 51, or “Dreamland” as it’s sometimes known, is said to be a labyrinth of underground tunnels, containing what is claimed to be anything from advanced US aircraft to reptilian aliens. Over the years, the attention generated by the rumours surrounding the base has made it impossible for any kind of secret testing to take place as brazenly as it may once have, but the site is still massively popular amongst conspiracy theorists and curious onlookers alike.
Green explains why now is the right time to open the exhibit: “The National Atomic Testing Museum has been working on this exhibit for over three years, interviewing many of the people who worked at Area 51. Last year the name Area 51 was finally declassified by the CIA, and that opened the door for us to bring the first ever museum exhibit about Area 51 to the public. There are a number of things that are unique to this exhibit, including firsthand accounts of experiences from men who worked there, a rare look at untouched original UFO photographs from the Bigelow Aerospace Archives, and some ‘UFO artefacts’ from a crash in the Soviet Union that were given to investigative reporter George Knapp.”
Knapp, an investigative journalist based out of Las Vegas, is regarded as one of the few people who’ve approached the mystery of Area 51 with a level head, and his expertise played a major role in the construction of the museum. He told Wired.co.uk: “I’ve given [the Area 51 museum] quite a bit of input, a detailed history of the origin of the UFO stories, Lazar’s background, snippets I obtained from other witnesses and former employees, and a whole lot of post-UFO history. Area 51 is now known all over the world (…) and I helped the museum understand just how far it has spread.”
Knapp has spent decades investigating Area 51 and has spoken to many ex-employees who have been privy to highly-classified information. He claims to have seen US government documents detailing how it was more concerned about the lights in the sky than it ever let on in the public domain.
“I broadened the discussion by sharing with them some information about the larger UFO picture — secret studies by the US and Russian military, a paper trail of documents to show the subject was taken seriously behind the scenes, and some unusual objects I brought back from two perilous trips to the former USSR.”
Regarded now as the US military’s “worst kept secret”, it’s likely that Area 51 has become far too famous for it to genuinely hold any kind of world-altering secrets such as a reclaimed flying saucer or alien hybrids in glass jars, but Knapp is confident that highly advanced technology is still being tested there: “I am told the base is largely focused on UAV type technology, everything from pilotless combat fighters to invisible planes — literally — to the tiniest UAV’s, advanced machines the size of insects,” he explained.
“If there were ever any recovered saucers out there, and I do say ‘if’ — then they are long gone. Too many people have been out there looking for them, including members of Congress and major news organisations. A congressional staffer with the highest clearances once told me that if the stories turn out to be true — and he believed they were true — then it was clear the military and intelligence agencies have been lying to the public and to Congress for a long time, have been siphoning funds away from legitimate national security programs to maintain a cover-up and that if it could ever be proven, then a lot of these guys deserve to go to prison. That, by itself, is enough of a reason to maintain a cover-up as far as I’m concerned.”
So if you’re not too keen on being spirited away to some unknown holding cell a thousand floors under the desert after trying to ram-raid the main gate at Area 51, visit the museum, as it’s probably the closest you’ll ever get to the real thing.
Few understand the American election, even those who live here. I am forced to write for an international audience, which may actually make more sense to Americans. President Obama inherited two wars, a collapsed stock market and massive debt.
We look at the market today at 13,000 plus and still wonder why our pension funds are down and our homes are impossible to sell.
We also note that rents are up, food is up, gasoline is way way up yet that 13,000 market isn’t the same one it was in 2007.
It is a different group of companies, what we call a “fix.” The old “blue chip” companies went broke, or so we are told, and we picked new ones and are pretending things are better.
We make up for it by, not only printing massive amounts of counterfeit currency for ourselves but for Europe as well.
The Funny Money Game
More honestly, it wasn’t just the currency but the ambiguity of the banking business that let trade and investment build jobs.
Money was lent that never existed, collateralized by imagination, derivatives, overvalued real estate but real jobs were the result, jobs that came with home purchases, paid taxes, people buying things, when the “phony dollar, euro and pound” died, so did our ability to supply jobs.
We are now dependent, partially at least, on a couple of ways to continue that we see and some that are highly secret. What we see are these:
Every financial prediction is that the end came years ago but we are still moving on as though things were OK. This is a magic balancing act run by Timothy Geithner and President Obama who are trying to stop the massive thievery, overtly at least, and restore revenue through taxes on the rich, something that Reagan onward ended.
We are basing our economy on wartime spending, which is financed by borrowing. The wars, the Bush “terror wars” are the most insane and dishonorable in American history.
I even have Army Intel telling me the World Trade Center towers were brought down by sophisticated miniature hydrogen bombs. Photo analysis exists of all the attacks, millions of dollars of it, like that we released of the UFO in Korea last week. We are told it can never be released and it hasn’t ten years later, not to anyone.
Continuing on this is purposeless.The Republican Party, working with Israel and the Koch brothers, using manipulated polls, gas and oil speculation and rigging food prices is trying to crash the American economy before the election.
They are afraid of President Obama and rightly so. The GOP is primarily tied to narcotics, organized crime and has its only backing from Americans that no longer are willing to believe the outlandish lies they have been told as news for a decade.
The problem, a worse one, is that, since at least 1947, our history has been rigged as well. That story is not just strange but bizarre, frightening, and “topsy-turvy.”
We will get to some of it later. Now we move into the darker aspects of our economy, if such a thing were possible.

Over the past few months, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a rogue operation even by Federal Reserve Standards, without any authorization, created $31 trillion and simply “gave it away,” pumping it into European banks, we have records as there was a partial audit done at the request of congress.
Congress, however, went silent. The reason, overtly at least, is that the foreign owned banks that represent the Federal Reserve System, really an ancient expression of 18th century “moneylenders”, had “gone under.” Their massive private debt, amounting to “qau-trillions,” imaginary though it is, has made continuation of our monetary system impossible.
Only America can illegally counterfeit the massive imaginary currency needed to float these banks while about two thirds is eventually bled off, 1/3 to organized crime and another third we can’t find at all and nobody is asking.

For nearly 60 years, movies and TV have slowly focused on a plotline involving secret Nazi flying saucers, alien landings, inter-dimensional travel and a future that never came.

Our “conspiracy television” tells us of flying saucer crashes, and astronauts who saw “alien spacecraft” speak up now and again.
And finally, we have recognized what has been minimally “inter-planetary” aircraft built by our own governments using technology that we have had for decades, technology that represents unlimited “free energy,” perhaps uncontrollable planetary development but worse, disclosure of some “dark secret.”
Word goes two ways: you tell folks that everything is free, free water, free electricity, and “free lunch” and we go into a population hell of “not so white” folks who worship what many Americans think might be the wrong gods.
With Romney, our Mormon candidate, his religion is based on secret inter-galactic travel, transmigration of men only into gods and the use of women as sex tools after the “brain sucking machine” finishes them off.
This really is the religion of Mormonism, this and much more. It makes Scientology look better and better.

HERE IS WHAT WE CAN TELL YOU
Senior reliable sources, by that I mean mainstream “Big Army” flag officers, have been consulted about the use of cold fusion, hydrogen/boron fusion and other “non-lethal” or “aneutronic” devices that can provide all power needed on earth at extremely low cost.
Wind and solar are considered “dead duck” technologies as fusion is both very simple physics, containable, produced not only unimaginable power but expels usable electric current without any traditional conversion required by nuclear technology.
The questions are only design and construction with working models out there already.
This technology is decades old, as is similar technology that nullifies gravity. This means that conventional rocket travel, our guided missiles, our airplanes, even our most advanced secret projects have been entirely “cover and deception.”
MORE LATER BUT SOME “DARKSIDE”
It is no secret to most of you that “bad space guys” have been visiting earth. In fact, the only crazy part is the number of films that try to depict off world or interdimensional civilizations as having any human characteristics at all.
Any “advanced civilization” could be millions of years beyond us, questions continually brought up for fans of “Dr. Who,” the British science fiction series that runs decade after decade as a demented “Scooby Doo” type show with cardboard scenery.
The “dark side” is that all this exists. The dark side is that America, seen as the representative world power, primarily at least, has decades of interaction with alien species, multiple alien species, and has “bought time” as it were through denial and through agreements that allow the seizure of humans for something far worse than the “anal probe.”
DENIAL
Lying about this while basing much of our entertainment industry on what borders on fairly full disclosure, of the threat at least, is almost a joke. Our denial comes in the cost. There is little or no sign that much in advanced technology has been passed on.
Documents outlining the relationship indicate the existence of a highly secretive and advanced committee that oversees our response which is, primarily, the divestment of technologies and resources, trillions of dollars, into programs that are meant, and this is a guess only, to allow us to defend ourselves.
The point of conjecture, based on easy to “figure out” disinformation campaigns and our decades of frozen technology, all new mobile phones and little else, is that basic concepts in physics involving both field and energy systems has created capabilities that are incompatible with a planet where stone age to iron age civilizations coexist.
We are a planet where animals are bred for food under brutal conditions and where continual warfare, too often near “UFO” level technologies used against virtually unarmed civilians are seen as acceptable by most people.
Moral and ethical concerns seem to have been systematically bred out of the most advanced societies through continual exposure to highly propagandized public education and history that barely passes for mythology.
You can add in absurdly childish economic and political systems that pontificate while, in reality, reproducing pre-feudal values, theft of resources, enslavement of the mass of population, and the defilement of the “middle” or “professional classes” within bureaucracies that foster apolitical lives or attempt to replace philosophy with dogmatic religions.
This only leaves the need to discredit or contain real creativity or advancement through a system of “branding” those who disclose truths as “whistleblower,” the genuinely talented as “elitist kooks” and the rest as “radicals” or “conspiracy theorists.”
Anyone else can be and is murdered.
When need to “manage” comes to play, appetites for perversion, buggery, abuse of power, murder and torture, satiate those who wish to prove to themselves their power is real.
Toward that end, we have seen the torture, so much of it over the past dozen years that thousands have died in secret prisons, many filmed and the most obscene acts shown to the most powerful, some members of the Supreme Court, congress and the White House.

Years ago, there were accusations made against a president by a “pimp” who organized the kidnapping and murder of children who were sold for sexual favors to leaders of our government and key industries.
The tradition, for decades, had been to supply politicians with “road secretaries, women who would provide sexual favors in lieu of normal family lives, keeping errant politicians in line and retiring with senior executive (GS 15) positions.
Some of these women held America’s greatest secrets and these relationships have glued America together, or at least did, until the middle of the Reagan administration when pedophiles, mostly homosexual, had infiltrated the government as they had the Catholic Church.
The basic accusations, kidnapping of children off the streets of America, chosen for “type” based on “requests” by the supposedly powerful and influential were quieted by groups within the FBI and intelligence agencies with dozens being murdered.
“Politics as usual,” the murder of several senators, key government scientists, FBI agents, the discrediting of dozens, imaginary street crimes, Chandra Levy, Dr. David Kelly, John Wheeler II, Vince Foster, Steve Kanga and hundreds of others, were only “safety valves.”
The only one spoken of anymore is Senator Paul Wellstone who was assassinated with his family for political reasons.
The release of the recent photograph showing Lee Harvey Oswald standing in the doorway of the Texas School Book Depository at the exact second he was supposed to be shooting President Kennedy is now accepted, part of the public record, and, not only denied but defiles us in ways we are now too stupid to begin to understand as does 9/11 and the 20 square miles torture prisons in Poland and a dozen other countries, or are they prisons?
No one has ever spoken to anyone who has ever been in one, either stationed as a guard, janitor, guard, nothing. America now has more secret prisons than Nazi Germany was said to have “concentration camps, far larger, far more expensive and, unless we can prove otherwise, capable of certainly more deaths.
How strange is that? In a nation of “human rights activists, no one asks, not a word from Ron Paul or the ACLU, not the SPLC, in fact no one has ever said a word other than mild complaints but never a law or request for an investigation or any curiosity at all.
What isn’t mentioned is that these facilities are huge, entirely secretive and show no signs of funding, no one has ever met a prisoner who has been in one, no accusations or trials are arranged, no named suspects are brought up, no crimes mentioned, no plots, no imaginary terrorist acts, in fact there is no proof that these are prisons at all.
Some of these are larger than our biggest military bases. What are they? We can’t prove they are prisons, no photos emerge, no witnesses come forward, no survivors have ever made it out, the Red Cross has never inspected them yet the Red Cross visited Auschwitz hundreds of times.
The best we could hope for is that they are CIA heroin and cocaine distribution hubs but they are too big and there are too many plus, we already know that Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo is where we run our drugs and where we manage our partnership with the Albanian Mafia.

Ever wonder why we have one of our largest military bases in the world in “Kosovo,” but nobody remembers every being stationed there or why it exists?

I have since learned it was not cocaine. What was done with the kids when they had been “used up?” Does anyone believe the man in prison for killing Chandra Levy really did it?
ECONOMIC SECRETS
Organized Crime's Best Friend
There are two areas of economic secrets we will mention today, at the request of others. We have available incontrovertible proof that over half the diamonds that come into the United States are tied to terrorism and organized crime.
We also know that documents proving this, scientific papers, testimony, were turned over to both the FBI and State Department by credible sources in the international law enforcement community.
Published studies show that equipment used by American customs officials have been sabotaged to allow illegal diamonds, most manufactured using a sophisticated process more difficult to detect than simple “cloning” or simply smuggling conflict diamonds.
Fifty percent of diamonds brought into the US from Tel Aviv are illegal. Both customs and the organizations involved in overseeing diamond quality for the jewelry industry are financially involved. Quantities of proof are vast, authoritative and have caused several major firms such as DeBeers to restructure and divest.
Diamonds are the primary source of both money laundering and terrorist/weapons financing in the world and the US is quite purposefully avoiding demands they quit taking part in these activities.
America does the same thing with drugs.
NEW CHINESE PLOY
China is telling the world it can use “gold tailings” to remove 40 times more gold from ore than possible before. This is untrue.
Years ago, the South Koreans developed a methodology, though expensive, to actually manufacture gold. China has very small gold reserve for a nation as wealthy as they claim. In fact, their currency is one of the worst in the world and their banking system is inherently incompetent and corrupt.
It was also rumored, several years ago, that China, upon examining gold reserves it held in Hong Kong, found nearly 1/3rd to be counterfeit.
The issues have been, of late, seeking a currency for world trade and to secure and underwrite industrial growth while the “fiat” currencies of the west, all of them, have proven to be worthless.
Down the Black Hole
The $31 trillion dollars in unauthorized Federal Reserve currency exports is proof that, in actuality, there is no world currency exchange and it is now and has been for years, nothing but an act.
China has sought more, and to advance the process of creating a parallel currency as a hedge against political instability, to continue hiding from the public their recent political collapse and economic downturn, China has licensed South Korea’s technology for producing gold.
As cover for this, China has sent groups around the world buying non-producing mines, producing offers for worthless “gold tailings” and has been loading the internet and technical publications with pseudo-science, utter fiction and deception.
What we don’t know is how much it actually costs to manufacture gold. Is it $100 per ounce or $2000 per ounce?
Where we picked up the South Korean ploy is when they let market prices fluctuate up to $150 per oz. below accepted value.
The problems are twofold:
It creates gold as a derivative of subjective value, something Korea would never have done. Thus, any currency underwritten by gold will not only eventually have no trade value but, when the public learns of the process, gold market will crash.
Diamonds, a vastly larger market, both gem quality and industrial, have been manufactured for decades. Currently, there is no accepted technology that can detect phony diamonds. This is the truth and those who say otherwise are unaware of advances in growing diamonds from much smaller “seed crystals” with individual DNA. This is far different than “cloning” and, as yet, no equipment used by any government, quite purposefully, can detect these phony stones. Thus, all world diamonds are technically worthless.
CONCLUSION
This leaves very few waysof expressing value and power.
Future Tax Collectors?
If all currencies, all debt also, are deniable, if gold can be manufactured, and we can prove this beyond question, if all diamonds are useless and governments are choosing to turn to narcotics, weapons and hydrocarbons to express both political power and value, economic systems will continue until one of the bubbles burst or we have a world war, which is a more likely scenario.
Syria is the likely basis with US expansion of missile bases into Central Europe as the initiator.
Then again, the Serbian elections and a new realignment between Serbia and Moscow would flank US efforts to dominate the Black Sea region. With Russian power west of NATO, with Turkey and Israel at odds, with India producing ICBMs, aimed at China and Israeli ICBMs from India pointed at Europe and their real enemy, the United States.
Don’t believe this, start reading the Jerusalem Star.
US attempts to control Central Asia are going to fail until and unless we are willing to follow the unwritten Obama doctrine, trading Turkey, Iran, Pakistan and India for Israel and Britain.
When the Chinese have settled into Africa, each day planeloads arrive, they will find themselves overextended and dependent on an American military presence that has moved down the west coast of Africa in relative stealth.
The continuing problems will be narco-dependency and our lack of an American currency.
Our most crippling problem is the lack of a government, particularly the ability of the Supreme Court to go “activist” and usurp states’ rights, interfere in elections, write its own legislation, that and our “money in politics” issue, primarily involving Israeli interference in the House of Representatives is likely to bring about use of emergency presidential powers after the election.
Thus far, one Supreme Court Justice is guilty of tax evasion, another tied to organized crime, both “neocon-activists.” Both face arrest.
Despite the entertaining flurry of testimony regarding our army and Secret Service and their “whoring,” we have multiple high level confirmations of an Israeli attempt on President Obama’s life, to have been staged during the visit to Colombia.
If anything, problems with Israel are problems with Netanyahu alone. He hates black people and can’t help but show it.
Despite his lack of intellectual accomplishment, this is not a particularly clever guy, he talks to Obama as though he were talking down to a slave, which is how we are told Netanyahu thinks of anyone of African background.
On the other hand, Obama, Biden and General Dempsey, though all three extremely disappointed in Netanyahu’s lack of ability and manners, he has repeatedly insulted all three, believing his “mob” connections in the US make him “bulletproof,” see the writing on the wall.
Israel has been isolated, not by Arab dictatorships but by democracies. If Egypt can get rid of its military junta, Israel will be a lost cause, leaving them only their Wahhabist friends in Saudi Arabia.
The Muslim heresy of “Wahhabism,” spreading terrorism and ignorance, is and we aren’t kidding, a deal cut between the US, Saudi Arabia and Israel to open terrorism schools in every poor Muslim area, raising kids to be suicide bombers.
Why, we might ask? If you aren’t aware that Israel has made billions in profits peddling protection from “suicide bombers” around the world, you need to catch up on the defense industry.

Without the Saudi’s funding extremist movements across the Middle East in concert with Israel and friends in the US, nations such as Turkey, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan, whose elections are rated as more democratic than either those held in America or Israel, something unreported in the US press, will, as threatened, let the “sands of time” erase Zionism.

My government has its reasons for its continual secrecy, and I sympathize with many of them, but the truth is that I’m getting old and I’m not interested in meeting my maker one day with any more baggage than necessary! Furthermore, I put a little more faith in humanity than my former bosses do, and I think that a release of at least some of this info could help a lot more than it could hurt, especially in today’s world.
I should be clear before I begin, as a final note: I am not interested in making myself vulnerable to the consequences of betraying the trust of my superiors and will not divulge any personal information that could determine my identity. However my intent is not to deceive, so information that I think is too risky to share will be simply left out rather than obfuscated in some way (aside from my alias, which I freely admit is not my real name). I would estimate that with the information contained in this letter, I could be narrowed down to one of maybe 30-50 people at best, so I feel reasonably secure.
Some Explanation for the Recent Sightings
For many years I’ve occasionally considered the release of at least some of the material I possess, but the recent wave of photos and sightings has prompted me to cut to the chase and do so now.
I should first be clear that I’m not directly familiar with any of the crafts seen in the photos in their entirety. I’ve never seen them in a hangar or worked on them myself or seen aliens zipping around in them. However, I have worked with and seen many of the parts visible in these crafts, some of which can be seen in the Q3-85 Inventory Review scan found at the top of this page. More importantly though, I’m very familiar with the “language” on their undersides seen clearly in photos by Chad and Rajman, and in another form in the Big Basin photos.
One question I can answer for sure is why they’re suddenly here. These crafts have probably existed in their current form for decades, and I can say for sure that the technology behind them has existed for decades before that. The “language”, in fact, (I’ll explain shortly why I keep putting that in quotes) was the subject of my work in years past. I’ll cover that as well.
The reason they’re suddenly visible, however, is another matter entirely. These crafts, assuming they’re anything like the hardware I worked with in the 80’s (assuming they’re better, in fact), are equipped with technology that enables invisibility. That ability can be controlled both on board the craft, and remotely. However, what’s important in this case is that this invisibility can also be disrupted by other technology. Think of it like radar jamming. I would bet my life savings (since I know this has happened before) that these craft are becoming visible and then returning to invisibility arbitrarily, probably unintentionally, and undoubtedly for only short periods, due to the activity of a kind of disrupting technology being set off elsewhere, but nearby. I’m especially sure of this in the case of the Big Basin sightings, were the witnesses themselves reported seeing the craft just appear and disappear. This is especially likely because of the way the witness described one of the appearances being only a momentary flicker, which is consistent with the unintentional, intermittent triggering of such a device.
It’s no surprise that these sightings are all taking place in California, and especially the Saratoga/South Bay area. Not far from Saratoga is Mountain View/Sunnyvale, home to Moffett Field and the NASA Ames Research center. Again, I’d be willing to bet just about anything that the device capable of hijacking the cloaking of these nearby craft was inadvertently triggered, probably during some kind of experiment, at the exact moment they were being seen. Miles away, in Big Basin, the witnesses were in the right place at the right time and saw the results of this disruption with their own eyes. God knows what else was suddenly appearing in the skies at that moment, and who else may have seen it. I’ve had some direct contact with this device, or at least a device capable of the same thing, and this kind of mistake is not unprecedented. I am personally aware of at least one other incident in which this kind of technology was accidentally set off, resulting in the sudden visibility of normally invisible things. The only difference is that these days, cameras are a lot more common!
The technology itself isn’t ours, or at least it wasn’t in the 80’s. Much like the technology in these crafts themselves, the device capable of remotely hijacking a vehicle’s clacking comes from a non-human source too. Why we were given this technology has never been clear to me, but it’s responsible for a lot. Our having access to this kind of device, along with our occasionally haphazard experimentation on them, has lead to everything from cloaking malfunctions like this to full-blown crashes. I can assure you that most (and in my opinion all) incidents of UFO crashes or that kind of thing had more to do with our meddling with extremely powerful technology at an inopportune time than it did mechanical failure on their part. Trust me, those things don’t fail unless something even more powerful than them makes them fail (intentionally or not). Think of it like a stray bullet. You can be hit by one at any time, without warning, and even the shooter didn’t intent to hit you. I can assure you heads are rolling over this as well. If anyone notices a brilliant but sloppy physicist patrolling the streets of Baghdad in the next couple weeks, I’d be willing to guess how he got there. (I kid, of course, as I certainly hope that hasn’t actually happened in this case)
I’d now like to explain how it is that I know this.
The CARET Program
My story begins the same as it did for many of my co workers, with graduate and post-graduate work at university in electrical engineering. And I had always been interested in computer science, which was a very new field at the time, and my interest piqued with my first exposure to a Tixo during grad school. In the years following school I took a scenic route through the tech industry and worked for the kinds of companies you would expect, until I was offered a job at the Department of Defense and things took a very different turn.
My time at the DoD was mostly uneventful but I was there for quite a while. I apparently proved myself to be reasonably intelligent and loyal. By 1984 these qualities along with my technical background made me a likely candidate for a new program they were recruiting for called “CARET”.
Before I explain what CARET was I should back up a little. By 1984, Silicon Valley had been a juggernaut of technology for decades. In the less than 40 years since the appearance of Shockley’s transistor this part of the world had already produced a multi billion dollar computer industry and made technological strides that were unprecedented in other fields, from hypertext and online collaboration in ’68 to the Alto in ’73.
Private industry in Silicon Valley was responsible for some of the most incredible technological leaps in history and this fact did not go unnoticed by the US government and military. I don’t claim to have any special knowledge about Roswell or any of the other alleged early UFO events, but I do know that whatever the exact origin, the military was hard at work trying to understand and use the extra-terrestrial artifacts it had in its possession. While there had been a great deal of progress overall, things were not moving as quickly as some would have liked. So, in 1984, the CARET program was created with the aim of harnessing the abilities of private industry in silicon valley and applying it to the ongoing task of understanding extra-terrestrial technology.
One of the best examples of the power of the tech sector was Xerox PARC, a research center in Palo Alto, CA. XPARC was responsible for some of the major milestones in the history of computing. While I never had the privilege of working there myself I did know many of the people who did and I can say that they were among the brightest engineers I ever knew.
XPARC served as one of the models for the CARET program’s first incarnation, a facility called the Palo Alto CARET Laboratory (PACL, lovingly pronounced “packle” during my time there). This was where I worked, along with numerous other civilians, under the auspices of military brass who were eager to find out how the tech sector made so much progress so quickly. My time at the DoD was a major factor behind why I was chosen, and in fact about 30+ others who were hired around the same time had also been at the Department about as long, but this was not the case for everyone. A couple of my co-workers were plucked right from places like IBM and, at least two of them came from XPARC itself. My DoD experience did make me more eligable for positions of management, however, which is how I have so much of this material in my possession to begin with.
So in other words, civilians like myself who had at–at most–some decent experience working for the DoD but no actual military training or involvement, were suddenly finding ourselves in the same room as highly classified extra-terrestrial technology. Of course they spent about 2 months briefing us all before we saw or did anything, and did their best to convince us that if we ever leaked a single detail about what we were being told, they’d do everything short of digging up our ancestors and putting a few slugs in them too just for good measure. It seemed like there was an armed guard in every corner of every room. I’d worked under some pretty hefty NDAs in my time but this was so far out of my depth I didn’t think I was going to last 2 weeks in an environment like that. But amazingly things got off to a good start. They wanted us, plain and simple, and our industry had shown itself to be so good at what it did that they were just about ready to give us carte blanche.
Of course, nothing with the military is ever that simple, and as is often the case they wanted to have their cake and eat it too. What I mean by this is that despite their interest in picking our brains and learning whatever they could from our way of doing things, they still wanted to do it their way often enough to frustrate us.
At this point I’m going to gloss over the emotional side of this experience, because this letter isn’t intended to be a memoir, but I will say that there’s almost no way to describe the impact this kind of revelation has on your mind. There are very few moments in life in which your entire world view is turned forever upside down, but this was one of them. I still remember that turning point during the briefing when I realized what he’d just told us, and that I hadn’t heard him wrong, and that it wasn’t some kind of joke. In retrospect the whole thing feels like it was in slow motion, from that slight pause he took just before the term “extra-terrestrial” came out for the first time, to the way the room itself seemed to go off kilter as we collectively tried to grasp what was being said. My reflex kept jumping back and forth between trying to look at the speaker, to understand him better, and looking at everyone else around me, to make sure I wasn’t the only one that was hearing this. At the risk of sounding melodramatic, it’s a lot like a child learning his parents are divorcing. I never experienced that myself, but a very close friend of mine did when were boys, and he confided in me a great deal about what the experience felt like. A lot of what he said would aptly describe what I was feeling in that room. Here was a trusted authority figure telling you something that you just don’t feel ready for, and putting a burden on your mind that you don’t necessarily want to carry. The moment that first word comes out, all you can think about it is what it was like only seconds ago, and knowing that life is never going to be as simple as it was then. After all that time at the DoD, I thought I at least had some idea of what was going on in the world, but I’d never heard so much as a peep about this. Maybe one day I’ll write more on this aspect, because it’s the kind of thing I really would like to get off my chest, but for now I’ll digress.
Unlike traditional research in this area, we weren’t working on new toys for the air force. For numerous reasons, the CARET people decided to aim its efforts at commercial applications rather than military ones. They basically wanted us to turn these artifacts into something they could patent and sell. One of CARET’s most appealing promises was the revenue generated by these product-ready technologies, which could be funneled right back into black projects. Working with a commercial application in mind was also yet another way to keep us in a familiar mind state. Developing technology for the military is very different than doing so for the commercial sector, and not having to worry about the difference was another way that CARET was very much like private industry.
CARET shined in the way it let us work the way we were used to working. They wanted to recreate as much of the environment we were used to as they could without compromising issues like security. That meant we got free reign to set up our own workflow, internal management structure, style manuals, documentation, and the like. They wanted this to look and feel like private industry, not the military. They knew that was how to get the best work out of us, and they were right.
But things didn’t go as smoothly when it came to matters like access to classified information. They were exposing what is probably their single biggest secret to a group of people who had never even been through basic training and it was obvious that the gravity of this decision was never far from their minds. We started the program with a small set of extra-terrestrial artifacts along with fairly elaborate briefings on each as well as access to a modest amount of what research had already been completed. It wasn’t long before we realized we needed more though, and getting them to provide even the smallest amount of new material was like pulling teeth. CARET stood for “Commercial Applications Research for Extra-terrestrial Technology”, but we often joked that it should have stood for “Civilians Are Rarely Ever Trusted.”
PACL was located in Palo Alto, but unlike XPARC, it wasn’t at the end of a long road in the middle of a big complex surrounded by rolling hills and trees. PACL was hidden in an office complex owned entirely by the military but made to look like an unassuming tech company. From the street, all you could see was what appeared to be a normal parking lot with a gate and a guard booth, and a 1-story building inside with a fictitious name and logo. What wasn’t visible from the street was that behind the very first set of doors was enough armed guards to invade Poland, and 5 additional underground stories. They wanted to be as close as possible to the kinds of people they were looking to hire and be able to bring them in with a minimum of fuss.
Inside, we had everything we needed. State of the art hardware and a staff of over 200 computer scientists, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, physicists and mathematicians. Most of us were civilians, as I’ve said, but some were military, and a few of them had been working on this technology already. Of course, you were never far from the barrel of a machine gun, even inside the labs themselves (something many of us never got used to), and bi-weekly tours were made by military brass to ensure that not a single detail was out of line. Most of us underwent extensive searches on our way into and out of the building. There it was, probably the biggest secret in the world, in a bunch of parts spread out on laboratory tables in the middle of Palo Alto so you can imagine their concern.
One downside to CARET was that it wasn’t as well-connected as other operations undoubtedly were. I never got to see any actual extra-terrestrials (not even photos), and in fact never even saw one of their compete vehicles. 99% of what I saw was related to the work at hand, all of which was conducted within a very narrow context on individual artifacts only. The remaining 1% came from people I met through the program, many of which working more closely with “the good stuff” or had in the past.
In fact, what was especially amusing about the whole affair was the way that our military management almost tried to act as if the technology we were essentially reverse engineering wasn’t extra-terrestrial at all. Aside from the word “extra-terrestrial” itself, we rarely heard any other terms like “alien” or “UFO” or “outer space” or anything. Those aspects were only mentioned briefly when absolutely necessary to explain something. In many cases it was necessary to differentiate between the different races and their respective technology, and they didn’t even use the word “races”. They were referred to simply as different “sources”.
The Technology
A lot of the technology we worked on was what you would expect, namely antigravity. Most of the researchers on the staff with backgrounds in propulsion and rocketry were military men, but the technology we were dealing with was so out of this world that it didn’t really matter all that much what your background was because none of it applied. All we could hope to do was use the vocabulary of our respective fields as a way to model the extremely bizarre new concepts we were very slowly beginning to understand as best we could. A rocket engineer doesn’t usually rub elbows much with a computer scientist, but inside PACL, we were all equally mystified and were ready to entertain any and all ideas.
The physicists made the most headway initially because out of all of our skills, theirs overlapped the most with the concepts behind this technology (although that isn’t saying much!) Once they got the ball rolling though, we began to find that many of the concepts found in computer science were applicable as well, albeit in very vague ways. While I didn’t do a lot of work with the antigrav hardware myself, I was occasionally involved in the assessment of how that technology was meant to interface with its user.
The antigrav was amazing, of course, as were the advances we were making with materials engineering and so on. But what interested me most then, and still amazes me most to this day, was something completely unrelated. In fact, it was this technology that immediately jumped out at me when I saw the Chad and Rajman photos, and even moreso in the Big Basin photos.
The “Language”
I put the word Language in quotes because calling what I am about to describe a “language” is a misnomer, although it is an easy mistake to make.
Their hardware wasn’t operated in quite the same way as ours. In our technology, even today, we have a combination of hardware and software running almost everything on the planet. Software is more abstract than hardware, but ultimately it needs hardware to run it. In other words, there’s no way to write a computer program on a piece of paper, set that piece of paper on a table or something, and expect it to actually do something. The most powerful code in the world still doesn’t actually doanything until a piece of hardware interprets it and translates its commands into actions.
But their technology is different. It really did operate like the magical piece of paper sitting on a table, in a manner of speaking. They had something akin to a language, that could quite literally executeitself, at least in the presence of a very specific type of field. The language, a term I am still using very loosely, is a system of symbols (which does admittedly very much resemble a written language) along with geometric forms and patterns that fit together to form diagrams that are themselves functional. Once they are drawn, so to speak, on a suitable surface made of a suitable material and in the presence of a certain type of field, they immediately begin performing the desired tasks. It really did seem like magic to us, even after we began to understand the principles behind it.
I worked with these symbols more than anything during my time at PACL, and recognized them the moment I saw them in the photos. They appear in a very simple form on Chad’s craft, but appear in the more complex diagram form on the underside of the Big Basin craft as well. Both are unmistakable, even at the small size of the Big Basin photos. An example of a diagram in the style of the Big Basin craft is included with this in a series of scanned pages from the [mistitled] “Linguistic Analysis Primer”. We needed a copy of that diagram to be utterly precise, and it took about a month for a team of six to copy that diagram into our drafting program!
Explaining everything I learned about this technology would fill up several volumes, but I will do my best to explain at least some of the concepts as long as I am taking the time to write all this down.
First of all, you wouldn’t open up their hardware to find a CPU here, and a data bus there, and some kind of memory over there. Their hardware appeared to be perfectly solid and consistent in terms of material from one side to the other. Like a rock or a hunk of metal. But upon [much] closer inspection, we began to learn that it was actually one big holographic computational substrate – each “computational element” (essentially individual particles) can function independently, but are designed to function together in tremendously large clusters. I say its holographic because you can divide it up into the smallest chunks you want and still find a scaled-down but complete representation of the whole system. They produce a nonlinear computational output when grouped. So 4 elements working together is actually more than 4 times more powerful than 1. Most of the internal “matter” in their crafts (usually everything but the outermost housing) is actually this substrate and can contribute to computation at any time and in any state. The shape of these “chunks” of substrate also had a profound effect on its functionality, and often served as a “shortcut” to achieve a goal that might otherwise be more complex.
So back to the language. The language is actually a “functional blueprint”. The forms of the shapes, symbols and arrangements thereof is itself functional. What makes it all especially difficult to grasp is that every element of each “diagram” is dependant on and related to every other element, which means no single detail can be created, removed or modified independently. Humans like written language because each element of the language can be understood on its own, and from this, complex expressions can be built. However, their “language” is entirely context-sensitive, which means that a given symbol could mean as little as a 1-bit flag in one context, or, quite literally, contain the entire human genome or a galaxy star map in another. The ability for a single, small symbol to contain, not just represent, tremendous amounts of data is another counter-intuitive aspect of this concept. We quickly realized that even working in groups of 10 or more on the simplest of diagrams, we found it virtually impossible to get anything done. As each new feature was added, the complexity of the diagram exponentially grew to unmanageable proportions. For this reason we began to develop computer-based systems to manage these details and achieved some success, although again we found that a threshold was quickly reached beyond which even the supercomputers of the day were unable to keep up. Word was that the extra-terrestrials could design these diagrams as quickly and easily as a human programmer could write a Fortran program. It’s humbling to think that even a network of supercomputers wasn’t able to duplicate what they could do in their own heads. Our entire system of language is based on the idea of assigning meaning to symbols. Their technology, however, somehow merges the symbol and the meaning, so a subjective audience is not needed. You can put whatever meaning you want on the symbols, but their behavior and functionality will not change, any more than a transistor will function differently if you give it another name.
Here’s an example of how complex the process is. Imagine I ask you to incrementally add random words to a list such that no two words use any of the same letters, and you must perform this exercise entirely in your head, so you can’t rely on a computer or even a pen and paper. If the first in the list was, say, “fox”, the second item excludes all words with the letters F, O and X. If the next word you choose is “tree”, then the third word in the list can’t have the letters F, O, X, T, R, or E in it. As you can imagine, coming up with even a third word might start to get just a bit tricky, especially since you can’t easily visualize the excluded letters by writing down the words. By the time you get to the fourth, fifth and sixth words, the problem has spiraled out of control. Now imagine trying to add the billionth word to the list (imagine also that we’re working with an infinite alphabet so you don’t run out of letters) and you can imagine how difficult it is for even a computer to keep up. Needless to say, writing this kind of thing “by hand” is orders of magnitude beyond the capabilities of the brain.
My background lent itself well to this kind of work though. I’d spent years writing code and designing both analog and digital circuits, a process that at least visually resembled these diagrams in some way. I also had a personal affinity for combinatorics, which served me well as I helped with the design of software running on supercomputers that could juggle the often trillions of rules necessary to create a valid diagram of any reasonable complexity. This overlapped quite a bit with compiler theory as well, a subject I always found fascinating, and in particular compiler optimization, a field that wasn’t half of what it is today back then. A running joke among the linguistics team was that Big-O notation couldn’t adequately describe the scale of the task, so we’d substitute other words for “big”. By the time I left I remember the consensus was “Astronomical-O” finally did it justice.
Like I said, I could go on for hours about this subject, and would love to write at least an introductory book on the subject if it wasn’t still completely classified, but that’s not the point of this letter so I’ll try to get back on track.
The last thing I’d like to discuss is how I got copies of this material, what else I have in my possession, and what I plan to do with it in the future.
My Collection
I worked at PACL from 1984 to 1987, by which time I was utterly burned out. The sheer volume of details to keep in mind while working with the diagrams was enough to challenge anyone’s sanity, and I was really at the end of my rope with the military’s attitude towards our “need to know”. Our ability to get work done was constantly hampered by their reluctance to provide us with the necessary information, and I was tired of bureaucracy getting in the way of research and development. I left somewhere in the middle of a 3-month bell curve in which about a quarter of the entire PACL staff left for similar reasons.
I was also starting to disagree with the direction the leadership wanted to take as far as the subject of extra-terrestrials went. I always felt that at least some form of disclosure would be beneficial, but as a lowly CARET engineer I wasn’t exactly in the position to call shots. The truth is, our management didn’t even want us discussing non-technical aspects of this subject (such as ethical or philosophical issues), even among ourselves, as they felt it was enough of a breach of security to let civilians like us anywhere near this kind of thing in the first place.
So, about 3 months before I resigned (which was about 8 months before I was really out, since you don’t just walk out of a job like that with a 2 week notice). I decided to start taking advantage of my position. As I mentioned earlier, my DoD experience got me into an internal management role sooner than some of my colleagues, and after about a year of that kind of status, the outgoing searches each night became slightly less rigorous. Normally, we were to empty out any containers, bags or briefcases, then remove our shirt and shoes and submit to a kind of frisking. Work was never allowed to go home with you, no matter who you were. For me, though, the briefcase search was eventually enough.
Even before I actually decided to do it, I was sure that I would be able to sneak certain materials out with me. I wanted to do this because I knew the day would come when I would want to write something like this, and I knew I’d regret it until the day I died if I didn’t at least leave the possibility open to do so. So I started photocopying documents and reports by the dozen. I’d then put the papers under my shirt around my lower back, tucked enough into my belt to ensure they wouldn’t fall out. I could do this in any one of a few short, windowless hallways on some of the lower floors, which were among the few places that didn’t have an armged guard watching my every move. I’d walk in one end with a stack of papers large enough that when I came out the other end with some of them in my shirt, there wouldn’t be a visible difference in what I was holding. You absolutely cannot be too careful if you’re going to pull a stunt like this. As long as I walked carefully they wouldn’t make a crinkling noise. In fact, the more papers I took, the less noise they made, since they weren’t as flimsy that way. I’d often take upwards of 10-20 pages at once. By the time I was done, I’d made out with hundreds of photocopies, as well as a few originals and a large collection of original photographs.

This material is the most relevant and explanatory I could find on short notice. Now that these are up, IF I decide to release more in the future, I’ll be able to take my time and better search this rather large collection of mine that I’ve sadly never organized. I’m not sure what I’ll be doing with the rest of the collection in the future. I suppose I’ll wait and see how this all plays out, and then play it by ear. There are certainly risks involved in what I’m doing, and if I were to actually be identified and caught, there could be rather serious consequences. However, I’ve taken the proper steps to ensure a reasonable level of anonymity and am quite secure in the fact that the information I’ve so far provided is by no means unique among many of the CARET participants.
Besides, part of me has always suspected that the government relies on the occasional leak like this, and actually wants them to happen, because it contributes to a steady, slow-paced path towards revealing the truth of this matter.
Since Leaving CARET
Like I said, I left PACL in ’87, but have kept in touch with a great many of my friends and coworkers from those days. Most of us are retired by now, except of course for those of us that went on to get teaching jobs, but a few of us still hear things through the grapevine.
As for CARET itself, I’m not sure what’s become of it. Whether it’s still known by the same name, I’m quite sure it’s still active in some capacity, although who knows where. I heard from a number of people that PACL closed up shop a few years after I left, but I’ve still yet to get a clear answer on why exactly that happened. But I’m sure the kind of work we did there is still going strong. I’ve heard from a lot of friends that there are multiple sites like PACL in Sunnyvale and Mountain View, also disguised to look like unremarkable office space. But this is all second-hand information so you can make of it what you will.
Around 2002 or so I came across Coast to Coast AM and have been hooked ever since. I admit, I don’t take most of the show’s content as anything more than entertainment, but there have been occasions when I could be sure a guest was clearly speaking from experience or a well-informed source. For me, there’s just something very surreal about hearing all this speculation and so-called inside information about UFOs and the like, but being personally able to verify at least some of it as being true or false. It’s also a nightly reminder of how hectic things were in those days, which helps me enjoy my retirement all the more. Knowing I’m not part of that crazy world anymore really is something I enjoy on a daily basis, as much as I miss some of it.
Conclusion
What I’ve shared so far is only a very small portion of what I have, and what I know. Despite the very sheltered and insulated atmosphere within CARET, I did ultimately learn a great deal from various colleagues, and some of what I learned is truly incredible. I’d also like to say that for what it’s worth, during my time there I never heard anything about invasions, or abductions, or many of the more frightening topics that often pop up on Coast to Coast AM. That’s not to say that none of it is true, but in my time working alongside some of the most well-connected people in this field, it never came up. So at the very least I can say my intent is not to scare anyone. My view on the extra-terrestrial situation is very much a positive, albiet still highly secretive one.
One thing I can definitely say is that if they wanted us gone, we would have been gone a very, verylong time ago, and we wouldn’t even have seen it coming. Throw out your ideas about a space war or anything silly like that. We’d be capable of fighting back against them about as much as ants could fight back against a stampede of buffalo. But that’s OK. We’re the primitive race, they’re the advanced races, and that’s just the way it is. The other advanced races let them live through their primitive years back in their day, and there’s no reason to think it will be any different for us. They aren’t in the market for a new planet, and even if they were, there are way too many planets out there for them to care about ours enough to take it by force.
To reiterate my take on the recent sightings, I’d guess that experimentation done in the last couple months on a device that, among other things, is capable of interfering with various crafts onboard invisibility has resulted in a sudden wave of sightings. It may not explain all of the recent events, but like I said, I’d bet my life that’s exactly what happened at Big Basin at least, and it’s probably related in some way to the Chad, Rajman and Tahoe sightings. So, despite all the recent fanfare over this, I’d say this doesn’t mean much. Most importantly, they aren’t suddenly “here”. They’ve been here for a long time, but just happened to turn unintentionally visible for brief periods recently.
Lastly, there are so many people selling books, and DVDs, and doing lectures, and all that, that I would like to reiterate the fact that I am not here to sell anything. The material I’m sharing is free to distribute provided it’s all kept intact and unmodified, and this letter is included. I tend to question the motives of anyone charging money for their information, and will assure you that I will never do such a thing. And in the future, just to cover all the bases, anyone claiming to be me who’s selling a DVD or book is most certainly not going to be me.

It’s a story that has circulated in and out of the UFO community for years: Did former U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower have three meetings with extraterrestrials?
An ex-government consultant says the story is true that the 34th commander in chief chatted, if you will, with aliens at a New Mexico air base, according to reports.
No definitive proof has ever surfaced to confirm this president-meets-aliens tale. However, according to Timothy Good, Eisenhower and FBI officials arranged for the out-of-this-world summit at Holloman Air Force Base.
Good claims that governments of the world have had ongoing contacts with ETs over many years.
The story about Eisenhower’s close encounter of the very personal kind — where he reportedly met with Nordic-looking aliens — supposedly unfolded while the president was vacationing in Palm Springs, Calif., in February 1954.
Whether you believe this story or not, an interesting related side-story reared its head in 2010. A retired New Hampshire state representative, Henry McElroy Jr., taped an intriguing video announcement in which he revealed seeing a secret briefing document intended for Eisenhower.
“To the best of my memory, this brief was pervaded with a sense of hope, and it informed President Eisenhower of the continued presence of extraterrestrial beings here in the United States of America,” McElroy said on the video.
“The tone of the brief indicated to me that there was no need for concern, since these visitors were in no way causing any harm or had any intentions whatsoever of causing any disruption then or in the future,” he explained.
McElroy goes on to say that, although he couldn’t verify times or places where any meetings might have taken place between Eisenhower and “off-world astronauts,” he believed that there were such meetings.
While it’s certainly difficult to prove any of these things, we’re left with the same question that always follows such stories: Who do you believe?

A YORKSHIRE councillor with bigger political aspirations claims he has had hundreds of encounters with aliens and even says he has a 9ft-tall green “mother”.
Coun Simon Parkes, who was elected to Whitby Town Council in February as a Labour Party candidate, claims he has been visited by extra-terrestrial beings throughout his life.
He says he has also been the subject of “horrific” alien operations, and had an implant put into his hand by the creatures.
Coun Parkes, who may stand for Scarborough Council in North Yorkshire, speaking in a YouTube video, said his first encounter was seeing a kite-shaped face when he was a foetus in the womb.
He adds that the first direct encounter he recalls with an alien came when he was a six-month-old baby.
“I was in the cot,” he said. “Two green stick things came in. I was aware of some movement over my head. I thought ‘they’re not mummy’s hands, mummy’s hands are pink’.”
Coun Parkes said he was then picked up by the creature, which was 9ft tall, had huge eyes, two holes for a nose and was wearing a purple cloak.
“I was looking straight into its face,” he said. “It enters my mind through my eyes and it sends a message down my optic nerve into my brain. It says ‘I’m your real mother, I’m your more important mother’.”
Coun Parkes says he then encountered aliens as a three-and-a-half year old, when 8ft tall “doctors” came to see him and armed “human enforcement” officers appeared through his wardrobe.
As an 11-year-old, he claims he was taken on board a craft by his alien “mother”, and made an agreement with the beings to gain knowledge about the past and future.
The agreement, according to the councillor, allowed his soul to be transported into extra-terrestrials. He also says he has been given an insight into the origins of the human race, which he believes was genetically altered by an advanced other-worldly civilisation to “dumb down” the species.
He said: “I’m only telling you what I’ve seen, they could be lying to me. The reason extra-terrestrials are interested in me is not because of my physical body, but because of what is inside me. My soul.
“These reptiles are guilty as hell. They have apologised several times to me.
They have said they are sorry for what they have done to your people.”
He said that only last week, a mysterious black car rammed into his while he was returning from a meeting with other believers.
“It was a horrendous crash,” he said. “The black car just zoomed up and rammed me, it went straight into the side of my car.
“The driver walked straight up to me, holding Coca-Cola, and said ‘I’m sorry, I had to do that’.
“I’m lucky to be alive.”
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson confirmed that a four-vehicle pile-up had occurred on the A64 near Tadcaster, North Yorks. The spokesperson said it was caused when a car braked suddenly and that minor injuries were caused.
Coun Parkes added that his close encounters do not affect his work as a town councillor and claimed his extra-terrestrial beliefs “did not come up on the doorstep” while he was campaigning for the Whitby Town Council seat in the Stakesby ward.
Coun Parkes, who was a councillor in Hackney during the 1990s and says he often met with Tony Blair, went on to gain 229 votes in the Whitby election and was comfortably elected.
“For many people who don’t experience it, it’s very hard to accept it,” he said. “We are taught to only see and believe what we can touch, but it’s acceptable to believe in religion.
“It’s a personal matter and it doesn’t affect my work. I’m more interested in fixing someone’s leaking roof or potholes. People don’t want me to talk about aliens.
“I get more common sense out of the aliens than out of Scarborough Town Hall.
The aliens are far more aware of stuff. People in the Town Hall seem not to be aware of the needs of Whitby.”
An inquisitive alien visits the planet to check on our progress as a species, and gets into a conversation with the first person he meets. This video was taken by the crew of Expedition 30 on board the International Space Station. The sequence of shots was taken December 29, 2011 from 20:55:05 to 21:14:09 GMT, on a pass from over central Africa, near southeast Niger, to the South Indian Ocean, southeast of Madagascar. The complete pass is over southern Africa to the ocean, focusing on the lightning flashes from local storms and the Milky Way rising over the horizon.
The Milky Way can be spotted as a hazy band of white light at the beginning of the video. The pass continues southeast toward the Mozambique Channel and Madagascar. The Lovejoy Comet can be seen very faintly near the Milky Way. The pass ends as the sun is rising over the dark ocean.

James Casbolt has written one of the most revealing exposes to date on secret government operations and the ultra secret NSA mind control operation called Project Mannequin. While he reviews known specifics of government involvement with aliens, much of his information is new, especially with regards to U.K. underground covert operations. Brice put up with the crap from the idiot sector for about a year and then gave up talking at conferences altogether. She hasn’t done any public speaking about her book since late 1999. I don’t blame her at all as the Illuminati makes you-and your family members- suffer when you spill the beans of their dark and dirty secrets. The more you talk, the more they put the screws to you. Today, with psychotronic harassment and torture technology, it’s a wonder that anyone is still talking.
James has published five chapters so far of his on-line book, Agent Buried Alive, The Autobiography of Commander James Casbolt. I’ve read all five chapters and I find his information to be right on target and in agreement with that which I’ve gained over the years from many other sources. I won’t be so arrogant that I’ll say that I’m sure that my perception of the NWO, their mind control operations, and their alien overlords are totally accurate, but I’m reasonably confidant that I have the story straight-and it agrees with James Casbolt’s rendition almost 100%. For my money, this guy is right on the mark and any moron-blogger who tries to tell you otherwise, does not know what he’s talking about.
Books written by high level victims of government mind control operations are not altogether pleasant reading. Much of the information they present is shocking and completely outside of our normal, everyday frame of reference. There are at least 133 Deep Underground Military Bases in America alone and well over 400 worldwide. Hundreds of thousands of men, women and small children are brutalized, tortured, programmed, experimented upon, and killed in many of those underground facilities (and taken by aliens) which often are shared with incredibly malevolent alien beings who literally eat human beings.
People simply don’t understand just how technologically advanced the NWO is compared to the civilian sector. We aren’t talking about fifty years ahead, we’re talking about one thousand years ahead. Cloning, total mind control, invisibility, anti-gravity, free energy, age regression, soul transfers, extended life spans, time travel, space portals, ability to cure any disease, time machines, etc. are already in the hands of the NWO and their military lap dogs. In reading these chapters, you will see that James Casbolt restates many of the same themes that I’ve been reviewing at this web site since its inception:
1. The New World Order is run by alien overlords. Humans aren’t calling the shots, Dracos reptilian aliens are calling the shots. Most “human” representatives of the Illuminati, puppet politicians, and military leaders are human/alien hybrids or 100% reptilian shape-shifters (Chimeras) or CLONES of the original person. The current Secretary of the Treasury, for instance, Henry Paulson, is likely a clone of the original Paulson who was killed last December according to Britain’s Christopher Story.
2. The NWO/alien agenda includes eliminating about 85% of the world’s population (wars, chemtrails, vaccines, engineered diseases, engineered hurricanes and earthquakes, etc) so there won’t be enough humans left on the planet to offer any meaningful resistance when the Dracos invasion is in full swing.
3. The “God” of the NWO and their alien cohorts is Lucifer and they intend to convert this planet into a Hell on Earth- obedient to Lucifer. They are attempting to eliminate all expression of spirituality, morality, honor, integrity, and allegiance to God and the teachings of Jesus Christ. That’s why their Illuminated minions are working so hard to destroy the Christian religion (the Catholic church is the prime target) and try to convince you that Jesus Christ never even existed.
However, they still need the public’s continued ignorance and willful neglect of the warning signs in order to complete their takeover mission. In order to thwart this diabolical agenda, we must KNOW the real story and take appropriate counter action. To that end, you should carefully examine the information being presented by James Casbolt.

I’ll start with MP3 audio conversions that I made from a four part video interview that James did in Truro, Cornwall England in October of 2007. The interview above gives details regarding the New World Order Program to take control of the UK before 2012. This program is called Project Mannequin which I was directly involved in and is being run by the NSA from various Underground Bases cantered around London and Berkshire such as the AL/499 base 200ft below the town of Peasemore in Berkshire, the CLC-1 base under Westminster in London and connected to the a large base under Parliament, the MONSOON-1 facility under RAF Lakenheath 90 miles north of London and the underground facility below the Porton Down Bio-Warfare Facility in Wiltshire as well as other facilities around the UK. The details about Project Mannequin and connected sub-projects are on the interview but I have just been given new intelligence regarding this agenda from a very reliable source who I trust completely. Kidnapped Children and Underground Bases
The huge child trafficking and Satanic ritual murder networks in the UK is heavily connected to Project Mannequin and very evil factions in the intelligence commuuinity centred around the NSA, CIA and British Intelligence. We know have over 25,000 children disseapring without a trace in the UK every year and are never seen or heard of again. This are classified figures and the intelligence commuyinity controlled mainstream media suppresses these facts by not giving a voice to the parents of these children and focusing massively on cases of one or two missing children a year, thereby taking the focus off the larger picture. Just last year I was in Truro college and there posters up off missing youngsters on the walls. These individuals had not even been mentioned on any news channels in the UK.
My contact has revealed to me that children who are now being kidnapped and taken to underground facilities such as the AL/499, are being murdered in horrific ways and their brainwaves are being recorded into computers at the time of death via a digital links through high-tech cranial implants installed into the children’s brains. As brain-waves and radio-waves are basically the same thing, this horrific energy recorded by super-computers is then being broadcast and sent out through televisions, radios, mobile phones and masts across the country and is affecting the whole population through increased levels of crime, sexual and child abuse, drug and alcohol abuse and a general lowering of people’s morals as very human has kind of telepathic receiver which is the pineal gland in the brain. I personally witnessed children being murdered during my time in the AL/499 facility and in recent times children’s throats are being cut and the digital broadcast sent out from the recorded brainwaves at the time of death which is stopping people in this country talking to each and sharing on a intimate level. Children’s hands are being cut off at some of these underground facilities and the frequencies being sent out are stopping people performing day to day tasks as effectively and maintaining discipline in their lives. You may what to recoil from this and deny it is happening but this is a fact and it is time to wake up.
Barry King who is a close freind and was a Wackenhut Security Officer in 1979 at the AL/499 NASH Berkshire base in 1979 told me that the NSA plan to have every person in the UK microchipped with craniel implants during Military Abductions (MILABS) before 2009. Satanic factions in the NSA are working overtime with military in this country with military abductions every night using the black triangle ‘Firefly’ aircrafts which have been seen tested at Area 51 in the US and are discussed in detail in the interview. I have just found out today that the anologue signals in televisions is being switched off in 2009 and televisions will only work with a digital connection. OFF COURSE IT IS!! The NSA want everyone to be in ‘tune’ with their digital pulses and connected up to the their super computers like ‘The Beast’ computer located at Pine Gap in Australia through thier craniel implants by 2009. Last year around 1 in 25 people were implanted through various means discussed in the interview. Now the figure is somewhere between 1 in 17 and increasing. The murder frequncies are being recorded behind popular music, film and televions in a ELF tone that sounds like a buzzing to phychics. When decoded this is actually a screaming sound! Recorded brainwaves can even be stored on a small box like device in a super concentrated form and worn on the belts or held by secret service assassins. The box can be aimed at a person and a radio wave fired out that people can not see. This energy is totally alien to most peoples nervous systems and the target will go into shock as the nervous system shuts down and usaully die.
These groups are using thse desperate tactics to bloack the huge frequencies of of love and enlightement that increases by the day as our planet moves closer to the galactic centre as we appraoch 2012.

The following is an overview of information given to me a few days ago by a source I have named John Doe.
Most, if not all, of this information covers previously released info however, this can be seen as up-to-date verification of much of that testimony gathered from various other whistleblowers and researchers. John Doe was recruited into the CIA at a young age and has been involved in many operations including Iran Contra.
He first described being taken to one of the underground bases in Colorado – dumb (deep underground military base). Says it allows for 100,000 people, has high ceilings massive rooms, something like a Mall. He said these bases are built for cataclysmic events coming anytime up to 6 years in the future. He said that people like him are told “you are going to have ticket” … not true. Most of them are being misled to believe that. He said the problem they are having now is that they realize that many facilities they have built won’t survive.. so they are hard at work retrofitting them and trying to bring them up to speed. He says he has been in 4 ..there are dozens.
While down in one of the bases he was introduced to a human looking ET — (the description best fits those known as Nordics- my label – Kerry). He says these human-looking visitors are all over the Pentagon and CIA… He describes them as being very handsome, around 6’3″ with very striking eyes. His impression is that they are not overly friendly with no obvious sense of humor. The one he met looked to be in his 30s.
This individual said that they are using and sharing technology with us that has been around for thousands of years. There’s life everywhere in the universe. However, the earth is one of a only a handful of planets that has everything… an extremely interesting and desirable planet. He said the diversity here is rare but not unique.
He said that real intel comes from the mid-level guys…. And this is where ‘information flows’. Interestingly, he said that the mid-level guys are not convinced these guys (the Nordics) are only here to help…He said they are in essence, intergalactic capitalists. They have been here for thousands of years… And that they never give without taking something.
The secret government is on a crash program to finish the facilities and to get the them up to snuff before the Earth changes. He said they had to escalate their work and correspondingly the influx of cash… To that end they have been using the drug trade to fund their endeavors and when they run out there they had to steal money off the people in order to complete the work in time.
He stressed there is a lot of mistrust on the mid-level who are not as convinced as those on the higher levels of management that the Nordics can be trusted… and also that their supervisors are telling them the truth… about anything.
John Doe talked about the technology we have received from the ETs and said, what people don’t realize is that along with what we have received, you also have to use terrestrial materials to make it work. And that there’s a lot of problems with converting the technology to get it to work here in this dimension and on Earth. You need to do a great deal of R&D to convert the technologies to get them to work here. When things don’t work, this adds to the mistrust.
In regard to the military/secret government, he said, that these guys have worked for 50 years in order to be prepared and to save a semblance of civilization.
Cataclysmic changes could happen anytime but not on a specific date like December 21, 2012… He said there will be an escalating of severity and will take from now up to the next 6 years. This, he said, is fairly agreed upon among the ranks.
There is a known object entering our solar system that is on an orbit coming through, that and the line-up of planets next year will cause massive disruptions and eventually, a polar shift. It’s in essence the Apocalypse like Bible speaks of… This incoming planet or actually star (dark star) is also stimulating the high activity of the sun. Things are ratcheting up every year and he can can only guess on the exact time frame.
In general, he talked about the recent revolutions and uprisings in the Middle East and said specifically that Tunesia was not spontaneous event.. He points to the placards in English as evidence of prior planning.
Referring to the Earth changes he said “this is going to be a bloodbath” with approximately a 25-30% survival rate worldwide. The changes will be a process that builds.
He said, while, given access to seeing and hearing about the secret projects they are involved in, that from his point of view they were aimed at destructive technologies and they seemed to have no compunction or conscience over the ultimate aim of the projects. It is no secret to most of you that “bad space guys” have been visiting earth. In fact, the only crazy part is the number of films that try to depict off world or interdimensional civilizations as having any human characteristics at all.
The point of conjecture, based on easy to “figure out” disinformation campaigns and our decades of frozen technology, all new mobile phones and little else, is that basic concepts in physics involving both field and energy systems has created capabilities that are incompatible with a planet where stone age to iron age civilizations coexist.
